Kyle Warner, a 29-year-old mountain bike champion from Idaho, gave his testimony during a three-hour panel discussion hosted by U.S. Senator Ron Johnson on 3 November in Washington D.C. The expert panel included doctors and medical researchers who treat Covid injection injuries and they were joined by patients who have experienced adverse events to Covid injections.
Kyle Warner developed pericarditis following a Pfizer Covid injection. He has been bedridden, unable to work and unable to exercise for months.
“I want to say thank you to Dr. Fauci, the FDA heads, CDC, NIH and everyone for not showing up to this meeting and not listening to us. I really appreciate it. I’m glad that you have our interests at heart. This message is for you, how you broke my heart literally and figuratively … You told me this vaccine is safe and effective – period – and I believed you,” Warner said.
“I believe where there is risk, there must be choice. And without acknowledging people are being seriously injured and dying we are doing a great disservice to the American people.”

Two weeks before his testimony in Washington D.C., Warner discussed his injuries in more detail with Dr. John Campbell.
Warner had his first dose in the middle of May and his second dose on 10 June. After his second injection he noticed a metallic taste in his mouth. About three weeks later he became fatigued and experienced phantom heart fluttering and dizziness multiple times a day. Shortly afterwards he was hospitalised with heart issues. He was released from hospital but was later admitted again after experiencing heart attack-like symptoms. He was diagnosed with pericarditis and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (“POTS”). Warner has also been suffering from severe joint pain and stiffness – reactive arthritis.
Warner explained that what he has helped to alleviate his symptoms, in particular POTS, is ivermectin, star anise tea, pine needle tea and black seed oil.

I’m sorry that this man suffered side-effects. I have personally tried to convince people not to take these experimental injections. But, the fact of the matter is, these companies do legally have a right to experiment. It’s covered under the EUA (emergency use authorization) legal code:
Allowing for an unlicensed, unapproved product to be used is the entire purpose of an EUA. If he got the injections in May and June in the US, then according to the FDA approval letter for Comirnaty, dated August 23, 2021, the injections that this man got must have been EUA-approved, not FDA-approved. There is little legal recourse because of the fact that it is experimental. The only thing that might help him is arguing that they didn’t adhere to the legal requirements laid out in section (e) Conditions of Authorization: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/21/360bbb-3 (it’s a little more than a third of the way down the page)
While it’s miserable, thinking of the situation of the government and companies experimenting on citizens, EUA code was really crafted for worst case scenarios and is necessary from a national security standpoint. If a disease or poison were killing off large swaths of the population and there weren’t time to go through the normal, lengthy process for FDA approval for a cure, something would need EUA approval in order to be administered to the population. But, that is supposed to be balanced out by giving people the option not to take it and telling them of the potential risks (this requirement is covered in section (e), as mentioned above). If they didn’t do that, that’s a problem, and imbalances the power/responsibility dynamic bestowed by that legal code.
I think there may be an underlying law that when consent is not fully informed, then the drug companies are liable irrespective of what “non-liability” agreements they make.
There was a video made by Reiner Fuellmich of the Corona Investigative Committee explaining this some time ago. Because the risks have been suppressed and censored etc, there is no-one on this planet that has been capable of giving *informed* consent to any of the Covid injections. And so, anyone involved: from drug companies to the people administering or even promoting these injections are liable.
I could be wrong, but it’s worth researching?

These people getting the jabs aren’t too bright, are they? Who allows something to go inside their bodies without the due diligence of doing the research outside of the “approved” “science” being spit at us on the main stream news about the said product BEFORE it goes inside their body?
I do not have a lot of patience for these people—they are making it very difficult for the rest of us that DO NOT COMPLY and haven’t done so from DAY ONE. Please, for the sake of ALL OF US, STOP falling for the lie of “germ theory.” It is medical fraud to justify ALL dangerous, disabling, and deadly “life saving vaccines.” Not just this “covid” one.
It’s either you are choosing the ZOO, where your captors are providing illusionary security to “keep you safe,’ while having no freedom or the JUNGLE, where you have no illusionary security but your freedom is intact.
