According to a new report from Consumer Reports, electric vehicles (“EVs”) have nearly 80% more problems and are generally less reliable than cars propelled by conventional internal combustion engines.

The findings are based on a survey of Consumer Reports’ members about problems they’ve had with their vehicles in the prior year. The current report included data on more than 330,000 vehicles made between 2000 to 2023, with a few reports on new 2024 models.

“We study 20 trouble areas, from nuisances – such as squeaky brakes and broken interior trim – to major bummers, such as potentially expensive out-of-warranty engine, transmission, EV battery, and EV charging problems. We use that information to give reliability ratings for every major mainstream model,” Consumer Reports wrote.

The consumer group found that EVs had 79% more problems than fuel-powered vehicles. Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles were even worse with an average of 146% more problems than internal combustion engines. By contrast, the analysis found that hybrid cars have about 26% fewer problems than fuel-powered cars.

EVs can have up to 12 trouble areas.  EV owners most frequently reported troubles with EV drive system motors, EV charging systems and EV batteries.  Flaws in how the vehicles’ body panels and interior parts fit together have also been reported.

Plug-in electric vehicles can experience all 20 trouble areas.  As well as experiencing all the same problems as internal combustion engines, EVs experience problems with electric motors, EV batteries and EV charging.

Plus they need a new battery every 7 years and the manufacture and disposal of battery are incredibly toxic. This toxic battery lies in the earth for thousands of years. Plus they are putting/will put car mechanics out of jobs. I will. NEVER buy one – they are just about making money not about the environment at all – forcing everyone to buy new car.

Don’t listen to “Consumer Reports” because they are only telling you about the niggly costs of electric vehicles, simply ways of selling your own prisons to you, by making you think “these are surmountable problems”.

Watch videos from experts such as Mark Steele at S.U.N. who tell the truth about the HEALTH RISKS of electric cars: they CAUSE CANCER and the danger is especially true for children.

Bear in mind that the Satanic cabal intend to surveil, herd and kill us all with 5G, 6G, smart meters/phones etc. and we are already on the way to autonomous vehicles that have “kill switches” built in for ultimate control of us.
Please look at the short video released yesterday on InfoWars called “New World Order” to see it how it really is.

The truth (from genuine whistle blowers) about the Illuminati is always deeper than we are told, e.g. the illegal migrant males comprise area-designated U.N. “sleeper armies”, and we are witnessing OMNICIDE (murder of all carbon-based life) not just democide and genocide.

I would never ever get a Tesla, ever.
They have cameras and microphones everywhere, so every single word you utter will be harvested and stored by them.
Plus, they can control your car via remote control, switch the engine on or off, or worse, lock the doors so you can’t leave, or direct the car to a location you don’t want to go to.

(-: Good for you Aluna.
They already have working systems of 3D-imaging cameras roadside, that can scan every object inside a car, so the list of reasons we could make to avoid using EV’s will only get longer.

I saw a Tesla broke down in the middle of the road the other day. The driver was standing behind it. I asked him if he needed a jump since I have cables. He said it doesn’t work like that. I moved on.

EVs are a very expensive answer to a non-existent problem as are all the green initiatives. Of course, the worst malfunctioning fault is the sudden breakdown of the battery that causes thermal runaway. Goodbye car and goodbye to anything nearby.

the new batteries cost a ton of $$. What happens when everyone disposes of those batteries at the same time? What craziness is this? I will get a horse and buggy before I buy one.

As a holiday cottage owner, I can tell you that my insurance company will not insure any electric vehicle of any type whatsoever-fire risks all of them!

On my website I tell any prospective occupants that ALL EV’s of whatever kind are an unmitigated fire risk, and that I have no dedicated charging points for EV’s-so DON’T ENQUIRE/BOOK! (Not that the holiday industry will continue unabated-this is another issue).

I understand it is only a matter of time that the ferry companies will ban EV’s-we will see…
