Dr. Francis A. Boyle, an American human rights lawyer and professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law, died on 30 January 2025 at the age of 74. He was known for drafting the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 and for serving as legal counsel for various international entities.
In January 2020, he declared that SARS-CoV-2 was a biological weapon. Before the covid vaccine was rolled out, he declared that that too was a biological weapon.

The last article Dr. Boyle published on his Substack page was on 21 January 2025, just over a week before he died. It was about President Donald Trump signing an Executive Order to withdraw from the World Health Organisation. “In a major blow to the Biopharmaceutical Complex and their attempt to obtain domain over plants, humans, animals, and the environment,” he wrote.

Dr. Francis Boyle Died Jan. 30th, 2025
Sadly, it appears that Dr. Francis Boyle died on 30 January 2025 at the age of 74. According to the News Gazette, he died at 12:22 a.m. Thursday (30 January 2025) at Carle Foundation Hospital. Funeral arrangements were incomplete at Evergreen Cremation Services, 314 Tiffany Court, Champaign. This also apparently has been corroborated by someone in contact with his brother on X.com.
Dr. Boyle stated that the covid-19 injections were bioweapons in 2020 before they even came out. As you are probably aware Dr. Boyle provided an affidavit stating that mRNA nanoparticle injections are bioweapons in my case. So many cowards still refuse to tell the truth about that. Among other things, Dr. Boyle was an advisor to the National ARM. May he rest in peace.
Here is a brief highlight of his professional career from the University of Illinois College of Law where he was a law professor:
Francis Boyle is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. He received an AB (1971) in Political Science from the University of Chicago, then a JD degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, and AM and PhD degrees in Political Science from Harvard University. He practiced tax and international tax with Bingham, Dana & Gould.
Professor Boyle serves as counsel to Bosnia and Herzegovina and to the Provisional Government of the Palestinian Authority. He also represents two associations of citizens within Bosnia and was involved in developing the indictment against Slobodan Milosević for genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Over his career, he has represented national and international bodies including the Blackfoot Nation (Canada), the Nation of Hawaii, and the Lakota Nation, as well as numerous individual death penalty and human rights cases. He has advised numerous international bodies in the areas of human rights, war crimes and genocide, nuclear policy, and bio-warfare. From 1991-92, he served as Legal Advisor to the Palestinian Delegation to the Middle East Peace Negotiations.
Professor Boyle served on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International, as a consultant to the American Friends Service Committee, and on the Advisory Board for the Council for Responsible Genetics. He drafted the U.S. domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush.

I never liked this man, many did, but I was troubled that the virus escape story from Wuhan that is a lie started with Boyle on Alex Jones telling it. This is where the lie began and then msm ran with it as well as alt media.

Then Dr Fauci and Moderna sent vaccine samples to Dr Ralph Baric at the University of Nth Carolina for testing on Dec 12, 2019, 19 days before China announced the breakout of a respiratory illness in Wuhan on Dec 31 2019.
Where did Dr Fauci and Moderna get the viral genome to make the mRNA vaccines? Answer: From Dr Ralph Baric and not from Wuhan , because there was no Wuhan coronavirus.
if there really was a ‘pandemic’ then that would of killed more people than the vax – the vax could of been just saline solution and they could claim unfortunatley it did not help – after 4 years ‘trying’ (and making their money)
then no one would of been anti-vax. and no wiser.
They HAD to get that poison into people (along with neglect & ventilators)
The ‘pandemic’ was the vax.
This is a gigantic loss. He was able to contribute in so many ways, especially in assistance to Reiner Feulmich to prosecute the Human Rights Tribunal of the COVID Criminals.
