Dr. David E. Martin, CEO of M-CAM, joined Matt Weinglass and Stephanie Pierucci on The Homeless Left podcast on Thursday to discuss a report that describes an exercise reminiscent of the Event 201 tabletop exercise held just months before the world was informed about a coronavirus “pandemic.”
This report, published by the US Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense in April/May 2024 and titled ‘The National Blueprint for Biodefence’, threatens a bioterror attack “scheduled” to take place on 4 July 2025. The scenario predicts that 200,000 animals and 280,000 humans will perish in a single day.

Dr. David Martin Issues An Emergency Warning On 29 May 2025
Since 1998, I have been briefing both law enforcement and intelligence agencies on biological weapons and chemical weapons violations.
I brought one of our unclassified briefing documents. This one happens to be from 2005 … on 25 April 2003 … the united states army was awarded patent on a biological weapons munition that was, I’ll just go ahead and read it to you just so you get a sense of how well protected we are and remember, we have been told that the Gain-of-Function research was all about you know, bad guys might do a thing so we have to find countermeasures, I just want to read this straight out of the patent which by the way was filed several years before and here´s where it says: “Projectile claim for aerosol composition includes a group of agents including crowd control agents, biological agents and chemical agents.”
Does that sound like countermeasures, or does that sound like a ballistic device to actually distribute a biological or chemical agent, because that is exactly what they say they are doing.
And here we have a patent that actually came out in 1997. This patent happens to be a blast-resistant rocket-propelled grenade that actually distributes, oh, that´s right: aerosolised biological and chemical weapons agents. This is actually in a book that we did, called ‘Vector Weaponisation‘.
They have rocket-propelled ordinances for dispersal of biological and chemical weapons against civilian populations, I just read it to you right out of the patent.
I don’t care how factual I am. I can hold up a document, I can show you there’s an RPG the US army has that can shoot biological weapons over a football stadium, and the good news is they can do that. I just showed it to you.
Or as this case that we now know is currently being cited as a desktop exercise, which is: ‘The National Blueprint For Biodefence: Immediate Action Needed To Defend Against Biological Threats’.
And if you read the fine print of that particular document you find that they are saying that on 4 July 2025, that´s just a month and a half from now we are going to have a biological attack on the 4th of July and we are going to have an attack that is going to, and I am quoting now, I am reading from the document: “… kill 280,000 Americans and infects 400,000 immediately. The same thing, two 200,000 animals dead with 800,000 animals sickened on a single day.”
Now, I am going to ask you a question. If you know that Event 201 absolutely precisely laid out exactly the events that unfolded under covid and you see that the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefence is saying that there is going to be an attack, and that attack is going to leave 200,000 people dead on 4 July, let’s just sit for a second in what I just said if we examine that, and by the way, I did this with SARS and I was doing what I am doing now.
I am saying: It´s coming, they said it´s coming. And people go, ‘yeah, well, but they wouldn’t really say it´s coming. They would not really do it.’ All that I am saying is: They just laid it out!
Now how on earth did you get a single attack on 4 July 2025? How would you get a single attack that would actually harm, 280.000 people dead, another 800.000 or whatever else and you get animals at the same time?
And the great news is, I happen to also have here a very interesting document. You can go on the CDC or the USDA sites , the ‘Select Agents and Toxins List’ (see HERE). And what I have on this list are the 65 distinct pathogens and toxins that have had gain-of-function research done on them, which we have been monitoring, which are highly likely to be used to actually destroy the population on 4 July 2025.
And I can guarantee you that after I get done with this interview, on the best of days, we might have 4,5,6.000 people who actually go: “Damn! We’ve got to get that out there!!”
But do you know what we won’t have? We won´t have an FBI investigation, or we won´t have a domestic terrorism investigation, or we won’t have Dan Bongino doing his work, that he´s supposed to do at the FBI, or we are not going to have an AG Bondi doing the work she is supposed to be doing. We are not going to have a single person in that administration who is going to do any of it because none of us are going to use the resources we have to make sure that we have an interdiction of this event.
And this video is going to be there, just like the video I did a couple of weeks ago (see HERE) … And we go: “WHY DIDN’T WE LISTEN?”
People, the only way we stop this thing is to get ahead of it. The only way to get a head of it is to share the heck out of what I am just saying because if enough people say it we would not have the reprisal of what we had with covid but the problem is, just like I did with SARS, back in 2002 and 2003, just like I did with Anthrax when I pointed out in May of 2001 that the United States military had acquired 300 million doses of Ciprofloxacin, the disease no-one ever had in the United States. We have 300 million doses of Ciprofloxacin ordered in May for an event that happened in September.
These are not speculations. I am literally reading off the page.
And people sit back and go: “Well, they certainly wouldn’t do that!” Well, I don´t know, how are we doing so far? Our batting average so far is: I have been right about these things every single time.
The only intervention we can do is to actually make sure we get ahead of this story so it becomes difficult for the story to be plausible as “there is a lab leak” or “an accident” because it turns out, if I am telling you about it, on 29 May 2025 and it happens on 4 July 2025, just like I did when I told people that there was going to be an earthquake or a major seismic event in the summer of 2011 in a book that I published six weeks before the event … Did you hear that? A book I published six weeks before, that´s in my book (‘Coup d´Twelve: The Enterprise that Bought the Presidency’).
It turns out that if you don´t get the message proliferated the facts aren’t gonna help.
I’m talking about the murder of a quarter of a million people and there are 5,000 people who think that´s worth talking about or sharing.
Here are the nefarious schemers who set out to murder 280,000 people and infect at least 400,000 throughout the country in a single day, in addition to the 200,000 dead and 800,000 sickened animals and whatever else are:

We actually know who the weapon maker is. He is outed in THIS document (pg. 4 Ex Officio Members).
Several of them are veterinarians and bioweapons BSL-lab runners who are actually working on Equine Encephalitis, they are working on all sorts of other weaponised systems and if you look at people like Gerald Parker and George Post (on pg. 4) and you find out what they have been doing and what they have been weaponising, we actually had a high probability of knowing what pathogens they are looking at.
We actually have all kinds of potential liabilities. We have Nipah virus being suggested, we have a bunch of other things that are in this. And if you read the research they had funded, we know that Encephalitis risk is high, we know that the Nipah risk is high, we know that haemorrhagic fevers are high. And this is stuff we don’t even have to guess.
This is just like Event 201, right? They used the coronavirus image in Event 201 and people go: “How did they guess it was going to be coronavirus?” They didn’t guess. That was their scenario. They laid it out.

OK, I watched this presentation. But there is a logical flaw I noticed. The document says it is a hypothetical date of July 4th. So, if we follow the example of Event 201, we can expect the actual event to follow it a bit later! What worries me is if the 4th come and and goes with nothing happening out of the ordinary, and people then dismiss his warning as fearmongering.

Hate to tell you, but the Rapture was actually inserted into Biblical teachings by the Jesuits in the mid 19th century along with preterism, futurism and dispensationalism. I didn’t say into the Bible, but the interpretations thereof, which most Christians depend on. They came on the scene by way of John Nelson Darby, a Jesuit coadjutant, also a Brethren minister to mislead Christians into false dead ends of eschatological teachings. These teachings were pushed as hard then and since as the Covid narrative was in 2021. So there is no “get out of jail free card” for born again believers for this end times hellscape except endurance(actually in the Bible) and/or death. I do agree with you that the time is very short. And God’s people have suffered all kinds of atrocities in horrid times throughout history rife with corruption and evil.

The any moment pre tribulation rapture doctrine is a satanic deception – it is NOT biblical. For 1830 years or so the Church knew nothing of it.
Hi Islander, The Wikipedia page for Manuel Lacunza does not say the Jesuits came up with the pretribulation rapture idea as Redsheep had said. Wikipedia says:
“In 1827, [a 1790 manuscript published by Rome in 1812] was translated and published in English by [Presbyterian Pastor, Edward] Irving. To Lacunza’s basic system, Irving added a ‘pre-trib rapture,’ an idea he may have obtained from a Scottish lass, Margaret Macdonald. However, it was under Darby’s name (Darbyism) and skillful guidance that the system spread over the whole earth. It became the foundation for the Plymouth Brethrenism.”
The Plymouth Brethren originated in Dublin, Ireland, in the mid to late 1820s, and later expanded to England. It began with several groups of Christians (?) meeting informally to celebrate the Eucharist together, with key figures including Anthony Norris Groves, Edward Cronin, John Nelson Darby and John Gifford Bellett. Some describe the Plymouth Brethren as a gnostic cult, see HERE and HERE.
Wikipedia’s page for Manuel Lacunza also says:
“Irving had well perfected the new Ben-Ezra ideas when he took it to the 1833 Powerscourt conference – the loose ends were tied together … We should mention that Darby answered the question, ‘Is there a prospect of a revival of Apostolic churches before the coming of Christ?’ … Powerscourt saw the teaching of a pretribulation rapture introduced.It developed into its full bloom at these meetings … Though others e.g. Irving offered a secret rapture idea, its origin has since been attributed to Darby by most scholars.”
I was interested in the Jesuit angle that Redsheep mentioned. I would be interested to see what source Redsheep is using; it may or may not provide some solid details.

The source of the demonic pre-trib any moment rapture doctrine was indeed through Margaret Macdonald’s utterances/Edward Irving.
I only mentioned Manuel de Lacunza because I believe he was the Jesuit Redsheep was referring to, he might like to correct me if I am wrong. Some pre-trib teachers try to write this false doctrine into the writings of some of the early church fathers, notably Pseudo Ephraem. But the plain fact is it cannot be expounded from Scripture-which is ALL that matters.
Many blame the Jesuits for pretty much everything! (hardly surprising!?) I wouldn’t believe a Jesuit if he told me the Earth was flat! So they sometimes never get to the root of the matter-sorting the wheat out from the chaff.
Also, Redsheep conflates “futurism” with Dispensationalism (note the capital D).
Dispensationalists are “futurists” as indeed I am, but I’m not a Dispensationalist! I am what is termed a historic pre-millennialist. The Lord’s Second Advent will be pre-millenial.
The Second Coming and the rapture are one and the same event.

Here’s my thinking, but it is simply musings for the time being as I’m waiting to see what other sources say, such as anything Redsheep may be able to provide. It’s the usual scenario, when people and groups act in the shadows there are few facts to go on so much is left up to speculation etc as we try to fill in the gaps. The more opinions/research from different sources we consider, the hope is, the closer we are to the truth.
Darby is credited with the pre-trib rapture narrative, possibly through the Plymouth Brethren (perhaps the Plymouth Brethen was even started for this purpose?). In the early days, the Plymouth Brethren, according to Matt Ehret, had connections to British intelligence services. In the more recent past, some have said all intelligence services were/are Jesuit controlled. So, was Darby an intelligence services and/or a Jesuit asset/agent? Is Darby the Jesuit Redsheep referring to, even though the pre-trib rapture was not originally his idea?
The other potential twist in this tale is Irving. Whenever I think of those early movers and shakers from Scotland, I instantly think of the infamous Scottish Rite. And depending which period we’re looking at (as I think it shifts), the Freemason are purportedly either under the control of the Illuminati or the Jesuits. So perhaps Irvine was a freemason (Scottish Rite) and although a Presbyterian, was (also) Jesuit controlled by association? But then again, perhaps the whole thing was an intelligence operation rather than Jesuit per se – that either took on a life of its own over time or is still an active intelligence operation/Jesuit PsyOp.
All of this is conjecture (thinking out loud, so to speak). There could be other scenarios and other people involved that I haven’t even heard of let alone considered. Which is why I’d be interested to see Redsheep’s source/s – its part of my effort to explore all avenues to help me make my mind up. Call it personal development if you like, which could take many years yet to reach fruition 🙂
It is interesting that the great Christian evangelist C.H. Spurgeon is on record as calling Darby “a thorough pope”!
As a believer in absolute predestination, I believe it right of you to say “perhaps the Plymouth Brethren was even set up for this purpose?”
Very briefly, B.W. Newton, S.P. Tregelles, George Muller and others parted from Darby because they didn’t accept this new teaching-an acrimonious split ensued in the Brethren movement-Newton and his friends became the Open Brethren, Darby and his followers the Exclusive Brethren.
There is a lot of conjecture, speculations, and half truths out there, no doubt! I have studied the Brethren movement extensively (not exhaustively) because it was through this movement that this novel doctrine came to be and spread like wildfire in the US, mostly through Darby’s many visits there and with the help of Scofield’s ( C.I. Scofield, a very interesting character!) new Reference Bible with the marginal notes on the rapture.
It maybe that B.W. Newton knew a lot more than what was made public (but I don’t know), nevertheless he was a very gracious man who never reviled-unlike his opponents in the Exclusive movement who fervently promoted the pre-trib rapture above pretty much everything else…

Regarding the 4 July “prediction” – I don’t think its a prediction, I think its an aim. But we must remember that the Globalists, the controligarchs, are not as clever or as in control of events as they think they are – their plans often don’t work out as they hope. This is for various reasons.
For example, they develop yet another pathogen (virus, bacteria and I’m guessing, based on their mosquito experiments, they are now also trying to genetically engineer parasites) to bring about the crisis and depopulation they are aiming for, hoping for example, to kill hundreds of thousands on 4 July 2025.
But all they have are lab experiments to go by and scientists willing to exaggerate their findings (or even lie) to get more funding from the controligarchs. Yes, non-controligarchs can play the controligarchs as much as they play us.
When they get those experiments out into the real world, they don’t work as hoped – aside from the injections and harmful treatments, they have not yet succeeded. Swine flu and covid were classic examples of this. They thought they had developed a virulent/deadly pathogen, the lab experiments showed they had done this (maybe with some exaggeration mixed in to please their masters) – but when they released the pathogen into the real world (before the pathogen containing injections) they were damp squibs, because the “deadly” viruses caused colds or flus and, if it was fairly widespread, herd immunity was reached within months (God has created/designed the human race and the natural world to survive). Hence they needed the back up plan of a PsyOp to create the illusion of a deadly pathogen epidemic or pandemic.
I also agree with Dr. David Martin, that our most powerful tool to stop them is to make as many people aware as possible (some of whom will take appropriate action)- we have the numbers on our side and they actually fear us which is why they do these things largely in secret and constantly bang on about “disinformation” and “misinformation.” People need to stop seeing themselves as helpless victims and realise that the power to shape the future sits with us – not the controligarchs.
My advice to everyone is, whenever they threaten to release another of their genetically modified/chimaeric/hybrid pathogens on the world (whether through aerosols, injections or mosquitoes), don’t accept their solution but instead keep your immune system strong the natural way and refuse any of their made-for-the-occasion interventions – e.g. non-pharmaceutical interventions (masks, social distancing, Do Not Resuscitate orders etc), injections or treatments – until you are sure they a not trying to harm you (psychologically or physically) by using them.
I think this rapture idea has an antecedent in Cabala and in Blake’s mythology. Milton O. Percival’s Circle of Destiny is a good read. Blake’s eschatology mirrors the Cabala and its Adam Kadmon character. It’s interesting that the Percivals are always writing about Destiny. There were two other Jesuits that I can name that were busy in doing Satan’s work-Francisco Ribera and Luiz del Alcazar (you might want to look them up on Wikipedia).
These last two named Jesuits were leading figures in the counter Reformation in regards to unfulfilled prophecy, but from what I can gather, not much else.

Hi Islander, in the early days, the Jesuits were the intelligence and military arm of the Catholic Church. Obviously today they no longer carry arms and kill their opponents (e.g. Protestants). Although rumours in recent times have circulated that they still assassinate troublesome people, well I heard such rumours about 30 years ago which is only recent considering the timeline, the centuries’ since the Jesuits came into existence.
But I gather they were very clever in that they understood that to control, influence, manipulate and shape the minds of the masses they needed to control education and entertainment (movies, music etc). Which I gather they did from very early on and some say they still play a role in education and entertainment in modern times.

Dispensationalism has nothing to do with futurism.
Dispensationalism is the belief that the Jews are still God’s chosen people and can be excused or dispensed from criticism or reprisal for whatever evil they do. This idea did not exist until the concept was pushed by eastern european jews or khazarian jews who came in droves to this country from the mid 19th century till the 1930s. Before that time Jews were routinely shunned as the murderer of Jesus Christ, the fomenters of the Russian Revolution and were evicted from numerous counties due to their subversive activities. Jacob Rothschild personally financed this Jewish migration to the US with the caveat that they must always vote liberal. I am not a Bible expert and don’t quote chapter and verse, but I have read the Bible several times in English, Greek and Latin. We are living this Dispensationalism as antisemitism where Israel, Zionism, Jewish control of Congress, AIPAC, etc cannot be criticized without it being brutally put down by on this premise.
Futurism is the belief that all Bible prophecy is going to happen in the future. Preterism is that all Bible prophecy has already happened. Neither are true.
God has NOT finished with His “chosen people” the Jews. There is a remnant that will be saved by His free Sovereign Grace-see Romans 9,10&11, Zechariah 12:10ff &13:8-9.

Other theologians came along, notably E.W. Bullinger who modified much, and his theology was termed ultra Dispensationalism or Bullingerism, we also have hyper Dispensationalism! The waters got very muddy and confusion is rife within this unbiblical theology.
Without exception, all Dispensationalists were futurists! They believed (as I do) in a future 1000 year reign of Christ on Earth. Their error was to bend the Bible to fit in their theology, rather than letting their theology bend to the Scriptures.

I don’t. I have been researching these things all my life and I am now 71. Since I was not interested in writing a book, I did not keep bibliography files. Having done extensive research on the Jesuits and having been exposed to their duplicity growing up in the Catholic Church, I can tell you they are crafty, extremely learned, amoral and hell bent on the destruction of Protestantism by any, and I do mean any and all means. I do thankfully have a good memory for history and for what I have read. Here is what I can tell you in a nutshell:

The Jesuits ran the Inquisition until they got the Dominicans to take over so they could devote more time to mayhem and destruction.
Are leaders of and directly involved with all modern intelligence agencies, these all being rogue agencies, uncontrollable by their own governments. They lie, cheat, murder, propagandize and psyop the populations, steal and would murder their own mother.

The various Masonic lodges and secret societies are part of the Jesuit coadjutant forces Contrary to the propaganda both entities put out of hate towards each other, they are joined at the hip. High level masons are their field staff. Lower levels don’t know the master they serve which is Lucifer. They are responsible for the French Revolution, to some extent the American Revolution, the Russian Revolution and other uprisings and conflicts including all those of the 20th century.

They invented Communism/Bolsevism during the Colonial period in South America, stealing millions and murdering peasants for the smallest infraction. Called Concentraciones, this is where the term Concentation Camps derived from. That worked so well for them, they decided to use it and make the jews perpetrate it. The jews do it to this very day.
They worked with Hitler as did the Roman church and the high level jewry. Hitler himself said he loved the Jesuit way of thinking and their hierarchy rules. In reality they were paying back Germany for Martin Luther who started their problems. Revenge is a big thing with them and they don’t mind waiting.
Their tentacles and coadjutants (who are usually, but not always Catholics, many times Jews) run deep into our Supreme Court, our supposedly respected organizations and positions high in government and/or diplomatic circles.

False doctrines like the rapture, prosperity Christianity that are neither mentioned in the Bible or in direct disagreement with the Bible. Since very few Christians actually read the Bible, OT and NT in it’s entirety, they are susceptible to any false teaching that comes along. Many ministers are no better as the seminaries and religious schools are themselves teaching false doctrines.
Degradation of human morals and society against God’s teachings especially of people who should know better, who have been exposed to true Christian teachings and were not born savages with neither exposure nor temperament.
The melding of the sexes for which silly women fell and fought for. Don’t mistake me, I am a woman and have been working in a male dominated field for many years. But I respect my God given differences and embrace them.
The Democrat, Rino liberal unified party, is closely tied with and a mouthpiece of the Jesuits, several layers down. Layers of puppets are necessary to keep their own identities secret. Most of these puppets don’t know or care about the origins, but they know the evil they are transmitting is good for their cause of dictatorship, Luciferianism and One World Church and religion.
If anybody thinks these were organic grass root movements, they are living in delusion, which is safer to them, than the truth.
The foregoing is just a miniscule amount of information that I have gleaned over more than 50 years of study. Since I am always in pursuit of the truth, no matter how horrid, I have dissected and cross read over much written matter. Of course anyone is free to believe or discard. A free society allows and encourages that, but a free society is not desired by those who are at the top.

I first came across the nefarious history and activities of the Jesuits in my teens. While some of what you say I am already familiar with and have been for decades, some of it I have not heard before.
But I must correct you on one thing as there is a lot of Jew bashing going on, generally, to the point it is becoming almost a religion, or perhaps I should say cult as there is potential violence and death wishes involved for its most ardent followers. Linking the Jesuits to “the Jews” is not correct. There may be specific people who masquerade as Jews and who are in bed with the Jesuits but to say “the Jews,” and so implying all people who follow Judaism are intertwined with the Jesuits, is entirely incorrect. It’s the similar to saying all Catholics are Jesuits, or all Catholics are Freemasons – and you obviously know that is not true.
As you may have seen in preceding comments, I was interested in your source as I was attempting to find out more about the Jesuit connection to the pre-trib rapture belief. As my comments above note, John Darby is associated with disseminating the pre-trib rapture idea worldwide through, it seems, the Plymouth Brethren. I’m guessing you haven’t come across John Darby or the Plymouth Brethren in your research as you’re likely to have remembered the names. So there is a knowledge gap in how all this, as you say, ties into the Jesuits.
Also, when I use the term Dispensationalism, I use it as a noun to describe the pre-tribulation theological construct promoted by J.N. Darby-to her it means something entirely different…
I fully expect some mass extinction event to happen in 2025 due to the predicted population drop cited in the Deal (sp) Report, which has since been scrubbed from the internet. In the US, the population by 2026 would drop like over 50% and even higher in other countries like GB. The demon elites will go into the DUMBS which are located around the world. Suggestions for survival:
Stay out of crowds.
Have stored food and water to last several months at least.
Have strong herbal antibiotic/antiviral/antifungal tinctures (not capsules), they work differently than pharma made antibiotics and work better. Do not buy the cheapest, buy the best, like Herb Pharm off Amazon (no, I am not making money off this recommendation).
Keep yourself and your immune system in top shape…eat healthy organic, no smoking/vaping, recreational drugs or frequent alcohol, get exercise, muscle strengthening. This can be done even if you are elderly and without usual comorbidities.
Get in the sunshine without sun screen daily.
Protect your mental health.
There are other ways I am sure, but this is what I do.
It takes a while, so start now.
If nothing happens, you are still better off than you were and will have a longer life and better quality of life.
