Last week, cancer genomics expert Dr. Phillip Buckhaults testified to the South Carolina Senate about the DNA contamination found in Pfizer’s mRNA covid vaccines. There are an estimated 200 billion pieces of plasmid DNA in each dose of the Pfizer covid vaccine, he said. These pieces of DNA are packaged in lipid nanoparticles, basically a synthetic virus, and are delivered into vaccinees’ cells.

Dr. Phillip Buckhaults is a Professor at the University of South Carolina. He has a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology and conducts cancer genomics research. What that effectively means is he and his team are specialists at detecting foreign pieces of DNA in places where they are not supposed to be.
On 12 September, he testified before the South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Ad-Hoc Committee on the Department of Health and Environmental Control (“DHEC”).
“The Pfizer vaccine is contaminated with plasmid DNA. It’s not just mRNA, it’s got bits of DNA in it.” Prof. Buckhaults said.
A colleague who was in charge of the vaccination programme in Columbia, South Carolina, kept all the Pfizer vials, containing remnants of the contents, from the two batches that were used. From the remnants, Prof. Buckhaults sequenced all the DNA that was in these vials. “I can see what’s in [the vaccines] and it’s surprising that there’s any DNA in there. And you can kind of work out what it is and how it got there and I’m kind of alarmed about the possible consequences of this both in terms of human health and biology,” he said.
“This DNA, in my view, it could be causing some of the rare, but serious, side effects like death from cardiac arrest.
“This DNA can and likely will integrate into the genomic DNA of cells that got transfected with the vaccine mix … we do this in the lab all the time; we take pieces of DNA, we mix them up with a lipid complex, like the Pfizer vaccine is in, we pour it onto cells and a lot of it gets into the cells. And a lot of it gets into the DNA of those cells and it becomes a permanent fixture of the cell. It’s not just a temporary thing. It is in that cell from now on and all of its progeny from now on and forever more … So, that’s why I’m kind of alarmed about this DNA being in the vaccine. It’s different from RNA because it can be permanent.”
Based on solid molecular biology, it is a theoretical but reasonable concern that this DNA could cause a sustained autoimmune attack towards that tissue, he said.
“It’s also a very real theoretical risk of future cancer in some people. Depending on where in the genome this foreign piece of DNA lands it can interrupt a tumour suppressor or activate an oncogene,” he added. “I think it’ll be rare but I think the risk is not zero.”
“DNA is a long-lived,” Prof. Buckhaults explained. “What you were born with you’re going to die with and pass on to your kids. DNA lasts for hundreds of thousands of years … So, alterations to the DNA – they stick around.”
Prof. Buckhaults explained that there are a LOT of pieces of DNA in Pfizer’s vaccines. Although some are 5,000 and 500 base pairs long, most of the pieces are around 100 base pairs. But this is irrelevant because the probability of a piece of DNA integrating into the human genome is unrelated to its size. “Your genome risk is just a function of how many particles there are,” he said. “All these little pieces of DNA that are in the vaccine [give] many many thousands of opportunities to modify a cell of a vaccinated person.”
“The pieces are very small because during the process they chopped them up to try to make them go away – but they actually increased the hazard of genome modification in the process.”
Prof. Buckhaults’ team took all these little pieces of DNA and “glued them together” to try to establish its source. After putting together 100,000 pieces of DNA they were able to establish it came from a plasmid that can be purchased online from Agilent, a Californian life sciences company which was established in 1999 as a spin-off from Hewlett Packard.
“It’s clear that Pfizer took this plasmid and then they cloned spike into it and they used it in a process … where you feed an RNA polymerase, this plasmid, and it makes a whole bunch of mRNA copies … and then you take this mRNA and you mix it with the lipid nanoparticle transfection agent and now you’ve got your mRNA vaccine. But they failed to get the DNA out before they did this … they did make some effort to chop it up so all these little pieces of the plasma got packaged in with the RNA. That’s clear as day what happened just from the forensics of looking at the DNA sequencing,” Prof. Buckhaults said.
He explained that this process was not the same as the process that was in the vaccines used to gain emergency authorisation (“EUA”). So, there was no DNA in the batches used for the trials before the mass covid injection campaigns. The problem with DNA contamination only occurred when Pfizer scaled up production for the administration of millions/billions of doses to the public after it had gained EUA.
“We can quantify how much of this [DNA] is in a vaccine … I estimate that there were about two billion copies of the one piece [of the plasmid] that we’re looking for in every dose … If you see two billion copies of [one piece] … [then] there’s probably about 200 billion of pieces of this plasmid DNA in each dose of the vaccine,” Prof. Buckhaults said.
The hundreds of billions of pieces of plasmid DNA are encapsulated in the lipid nanoparticles so it’s ready to be delivered into the cell. “This is a bad idea,” he said. “[The DNA is] basically packaged in a synthetic virus able to dump its contents into a cell.”
He recommended that some vaccinated people be tested to see if the plasmid DNA is integrating into their genomes. This harm you can prove. With other vaccine harms you can be suspicious because of the timing but you can’t really prove it. “This one you can prove it because it leaves a calling card. [If] you find it in the stem cells of harmed people, it’s equivalent to finding a certain type of lead in someone who is now dead, it’s pretty reasonable to assume that that’s what caused it,” he said.

Interesting to read the word “vaccinee” in this article’s beginning when “victim” is more appropriate.
Similarly we are using the word “depopulation” for the current global genocide when “extermination” is more fitting.

I have a different theory. Why are there so many doctors and so called scientists speaking about these issues and others yet the push to get jabbed is still on going. I think these so called experts could be paid opposition…….meaning they are allowed to speak about this………get it out to the public so it becomes talked about. What if they cannot actually change the DNA of a person but want us to BELIEVE they can therefore they can in the future tell all the vaccinated that they are no longer humans…….they have no human rights because they’ve been so called modified. Its all a mind game and they will get many sheep that will fall for everything they spew. I believe that the so called vaccines contain horrible deadly toxins and other shit but they cannot modify your DNA.
I think you need to reassess what you are thinking because it does not reflect reality. Politicians and their global corporations are busy manufacturing crises and with the population controlled by fear of a virus, climate change, weapons of mass destructions, enables politicians to hand billions and trillions of tax payer funds to their corporate buddies. You should be alarmed if certain folks are allowed to talk about it this way as the enemy must be controlling the narrative, for and against. My impression is that they would prefer you believe these injections are the culprit because they just may be the “cover” for the real culprit they imposed on you in your youth with your parents’ permission. Whoever is behind this demolition of civilization, certainly would not wait till this moment to secure the biological parasites into their host targets. Who do you think created your childhood vaccines? All of us kids in our family got the typical childhood vaccines in the late 50s and early 60s, which were substantially fewer injections than what has been given in recent decades. Despite that vaccines were touted as protection against these diseases, such as measles, mumps, chicken pox, and whooping cough, all of us kids became ill with those diseases within weeks of receiving those injections. There was no protection except what natural immunity gave us after contracting the illness.
Coincidentally, our father born in 1924, never received childhood vaccines even though some were available because his parents wouldn’t permit it. Our father NEVER got one of those diseases. NONE of those we got as children. Our mother, however, was vaccinated and like us, she got all the same diseases we got and she also got shingles in her 80s.

And he states integration is “likely.” At which point it’s permanent for life.
If some of this foreign DNA is inserted next to one of the many tissue-specific tumor suppressor genes, methylation will likely be altered. If methylation is increased, that tumor suppressor gene will be down regulated and cancer becomes more likely.
If this foreign DNA inserts next to an oncogene causing methylation to decrease, oncogenic expression is up-regulated and cancer becomes more likely.

Genomic insertion in gene therapy using RNA & DNA vectors

In proper gene therapy, chromosomal integration is often desired since it will correct the gene defect in question in a lasting manner. To this end, special DNA vectors have been developed which have a greatly increased propensity to undergo such integration. These vectors are derived from retroviruses, whose entire survival strategy is based on genomic integration. It turns out, however, that integration, when it occurs at the wrong place within the genome, frequently induces malignant diseases, especially leukemia [34]. This is indeed so common that it has prevented the widespread adoption of gene therapy.
However, as we will see, in some cases a plasmid molecule may indeed be integrated into one of its host cell’s chromosomes, and it will then be inherited by all descendants of that cell.
Chromosomal integration is one form of “genotoxicity”, i.e. toxicity which causes genetic damage. With respect to the possibility of such effects, the…
EMA assessment report on the Pfizer mRNA vaccine notes succinctly [4, p. 50]:
‘No genotoxicity studies have been provided.’ (So once again, no studies on nucleic acid integration [Either mRNA or DNA] was even done, even though this phenomena has been known since 1982).
‘This is acceptable as the components of the vaccine formulation are lipids and RNA that are not expected to have genotoxic potential.’

Exactly, the lipid nanoparticles were specifically engineered to allow the vaccine (gene therapy for spike protein production) to evade the body’s defenses and ultimately be integrated into the host’s genome permanently.

Genomic insertion of SPIKE-ENCODING DNA by way of the vaccine vector
“Reverse transcription is known to occur in principle, and it has previously been reported in cells of patients infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus [33]. However, in light of McKernan’s discovery that Pfizer vaccine vials may contain substantial amounts of DNA, it seems equally possible that the observations by Aldén et al. indicated simply the cellular uptake of this DNA. Either way, however, their findings indicate the presence of spike-encoding DNA within those cells, which indicates a risk of genomic insertion.”
In other words, in addition to directly promoting cancer through random foreign DNA integration, spike-encoding DNA can also be permanently integrated into the host’s genome after the vaccine’s spike-encoding mRNA undergoes reverse transcription into spike-encoding DNA using reverse transcriptase naturally occurring in all people.
4.3.2. How does genomic insertion cause malignancies?
Our genome contains multiple genes which may give rise to cancer if their expression level—the rate at which mRNA and protein molecules are synthesized from them—is either too low or too high. A foreign DNA molecule may perchance insert directly into such a gene and knock it out altogether, or it may insert next to it, and a strong promoter present on that foreign DNA may cause excessive expression of the gene in question. Additionally, it has been observed that insertion events can also cause genome-wide changes in DNA methylation, which will affect the expression levels of many genes; and some of these changes may contribute to the induction of malignancy. Importantly, this effect has been seen not only with viral DNA but also with bacterial plasmids [36].
When cells are isolated from a healthy human or animal organ and grown in cell culture, they will divide for a limited number of generations and then die. In contrast, cells derived from malignant tumors and leukemias can be propagated indefinitely. A similar change may also occur in cultured cells, which thereby become immortalized and typically also lose some features that are characteristic of their tissue of origin. This transformation can be induced e.g. by infecting the cells with the aforementioned SV40 virus. Similarly, the cells can be transformed by transfection with a SV40-derived plasmid which retains the crucial parts of the viral genome, including the gene encoding the large T-antigen. On the other hand, if the large T-antigen is missing from the plasmid, transformation does not typically occur [30]. However, some exceptions have been reported [37,38]. These cases must have arisen from the disruption or dysregulation of cellular genes involved in controlling proliferation.
4.3.3. Genomic integration in germline cells
Oocytes can be transfected in vivo at certain stages of maturation [39], and so can sperm-producing cells within the testes [40]. In the latter case, the offspring of the animals subjected to such treatment were shown to be transgenic. It can therefore not be ruled out that persons injected with mRNA vaccines that also contain DNA will subsequently give rise to transgenic children. DNA insertion into germline cells might also interfere with early intrauterine development and thereby induce miscarriages or malformations.

Why wasn’t there more research done on known pharmaceuticals? Seems like countries were in lock step to initiate an Emergency use authorization and discredit any other treatment plan on a unproven vaccine. Then a known drug that was pulled from Ebola trials became part of the U.S. treatment plan which killed over 50 percent of the patients. Doctors were also threatened that they could lose their medical license for going against the federal treatment plan. In any illness the patient could be given all alternatives and let the patient decide the best course for them. This whole pandemic response was an incredible failure. I hope more doctors speak out about what they are finding.
What I would like to know is — WHERE did the DNA come from??? Apes? Monkeys? It’s been my guess that the evil ones want to claim everyone is now an animal and has no human rights. I hope I’m wrong about that, but I woudn’t put it past these evil b*stards.
