Florida Senator Ileana Garcia has introduced a bill, SB 56, aimed at banning “weather modification activities” in the state.
Titled ‘SB 56: Weather Modification Activities’, the Bill would prohibit the injection, release, or dispersion of any substance or apparatus into the atmosphere within Florida’s borders for the express purpose of affecting the temperature, weather or intensity of sunlight. It includes a ban on what is colloquially known as chemtrails and formally known as stratospheric aerosol injection from aeroplanes.
If passed, it would repeal nearly a dozen provisions in Florida statutes that allow state-licensed weather modification such as cloud-seeding and would also ban all study, research or experimentation in the field of weather modification.

Senator Ileana Garcia (R) introduced the ‘Weather Modification Activities’ Bill on 20 November 2024 in Florida. Its introduction followed claims that recent hurricanes Helene and Milton, which devastated Florida, were intentionally manipulated.

On 15 January 2025, the Bill was referred to the Criminal Justice system. When a bill is referred to Criminal Justice, it means it has been assigned to the Criminal Justice Committee for review and consideration. The Committee examines legislation related to criminal law, corrections and law enforcement. The Committee may hold hearings, make amendments and decide whether to advance the Bill to further stages of the legislative process.
If passed and signed into law it will take effect on 1 July 2025.
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee (R) signed similar legislation into law in April 2024, though the state claims that the Clean Air Act enforced by the Federal Aviation Administration prevented them from enforcing the law.

Other US states have already banned it but the spraying continues – however, the ban does legitimise what the geoengineering activists have been saying for decades and also brings it out into the open so that more people will start protesting.
If it’s banned why are they still doing it?
The human race is pathetic. You can easily see that one day there’ll be someone about to be tortured to death, with a gun in his hand, and he won’t use it because it’s “against the law”. Instead he’ll start a petition and write blog posts.
In britain, no one was murdered with a bread knife, it was amazon’s fault. The parents, of course, are still walking around.
It’s still happening as the ban is at the state level and the spraying is at the federal level being done by the military and their cohorts who just ignore the state ban – they are beyond the law.
That’s ‘good’!
At the micro level, the state can ‘ban’ a driver from driving a car, yet many take not a blind bit of notice of it!
If the western governments “are beyond the law”, well, we are up the creek without a paddle!

Just like raj patel says, they are military.
One day when I tracked them on Planefinder, it looked like they came from US airbases.
When I asked a friend at a nearby airfield if he could track them.
He came back and said , no, because they were military, flying at 35,000 feet.

Another interesting article.
I have tried to get councillors and my MP Ed Miliband, to provide answers, to why we are being Chemrtailed every day.
Never got any replies, one councillor said they were contrails.
I thought it strange at the time, who would know what a contrail was.
Just before the snow we had in Yorkshire UK, I had counted 90 Chemtrails in one day.
Where I live is not even on a flight path.
I went to an aircraft jet engine web site and listened to one of their engineers state that the engines are so efficient that ther don’t leave a contrail anymore . I’ve seen documentaries on the aircraft and how there fitted
There are two problems with the Florida chemtrail bill. First it only covers spraying “within the borders” of Florida. Most chemtrail spraying is done over the Gulf of Mexico where it effects the weather and typically drifts over Florida. The second problem is that they are spraying nanotechnology as well, which is not covered by the bill.

I saw them spraying the skies in MS when I lived there and now in KY. They are intentionally spraying chemicals on people, pets, all animal life and plant life. This should be illegal all over the world and how is this news not getting more exposure? I actually wrote to Trump to do something about it in KY so we will see.
What’s funny about this is that people will STILL see the lines in the sky, because they are nothing to do with us getting sprayed with anything!
They are there purely because of humidity (70% and above) – and temperature below -37C in the flying regions! That’s why you NEVER see it when those conditions aren’t met.
Just look at the comments on here – people don’t understand what they’re looking at!

You are right, people don’t look up.
I have made a point to explain to friends about Chemtrails.
Days after I tell them, they come back and say I was right.
Then I tell them to tell other people, it’s the only way.
Rhoda, how about starting a petition to get such a Bill going in the UK? Our skies are criss-crossed nearly every day with these modification trails or whatever it is they are spraying up there.
