An anonymously written book has been made available to read for free. Titled ‘My Dad’s Got a Tinfoil Hat: The Unofficial Survival Guide to Seeing Through the Bullsh*t’ it’s a must-read for anyone aged 15 years and older.
Written in a humorous style where advice is given on the world’s ills by a tinfoil hat-wearing dad, it’s a great book to give to your children; don’t worry, the only swear word is in the title, which is only used twice. And it’s a delightful and educational read for parents and other adults, too.

‘My Dad’s Got a Tinfoil Hat’ is a guide to questioning the official story and exploring the truth behind various aspects of the agenda society is currently being faced with.
It discusses a small group of powerful people and organisations, including the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organisation, the IMF and the Bilderberg Group, who are exerting significant control over the world without being elected or accountable to voters.
It delves into the topic of money creation, revealing that most money is created digitally by commercial banks through loans, and that this system is designed to perpetuate debt and give those in control immense power over individuals and societies.
It explains that digital IDs are being tested, which can be tracked, paused or revoked, and can be used to control people’s access to society. It also explains the risks of a central bank digital currency (“CBDC”), that China’s social credit system is a blueprint for digital control and that 15-minute cities will become a restriction on people’s movement and freedom.
The book deals with the mantra “trust the science,” which is used to silence questions and criticisms. It pulls no punches when it comes to who owns the science. Science is often funded by governments, pharmaceutical companies and billionaires, which leads to biased results, the author states.
It goes on to point out that Big Pharma’s business model is to keep people sick enough to need their products, manage symptoms and create drugs to treat side effects, rather than curing the root cause of diseases. And science is often weaponised to shut people up and becomes a form of propaganda. So, we should question and critically evaluate scientific information.
The book also exposes Big Tech’s involvement. Companies like Meta, Google and TikTok make billions by keeping users engaged, often through anger and fear, and by selling personalised ads.
Climate change is not left out, although if there’s one aspect of the book we might nitpick about, it is its stance that man-made climate change is a significant factor we should be aware of. However, this is a mere few sentences out of the numerous important points that the book makes, such as: the climate change solutions presented by Big Tech, banks and governments are more about control and profit than actually helping the environment.
It’s good to see the book address the disinformation being propagated around food, which is often overlooked. The food industry, with the help of governments and health experts, has been deceiving people about what is healthy to eat by promoting grains, seed oils and sugar over whole foods like meat, eggs and vegetables, the author explains.
It also takes aim at the “education trap.” As the book describes, the education system is designed to produce obedient citizens, not to encourage critical thinking or practical skills, and is often more focused on preparing students for entering the debt system and conformity with the system in general than for real-world success.
Corporate media doesn’t escape being exposed. The news is not about truth, the book says, but about control. To do this, it uses techniques such as repetition, emotional bait and selective framing to shape public opinion and limit critical thinking.
Throughout the book, the “Tinfoil Hat” dad offers sensible and practical tips and advice. But in the final chapter, it offers advice on how to “escape the matrix,” the whole system that they are building around us.
To break free from the system and reclaim one’s mind, it’s essential to question everything, rebuild one’s inputs, train focus, trust one’s own reasoning and build mental resilience, the book advises. Choose what to let into your mind and thoughts, and decide for yourself what to believe.
Find a “tribe” of like-minded people who think for themselves and are not afraid to question the status quo, the book suggests. Live like a rebel; own your time, your health, your money, your knowledge and your voice. Make deliberate choices to live differently from the system they are pushing you into.
The future is already here, the book warns. Digital IDs, CBDCs, AI and social credit systems are becoming ever more prevalent. But, people can stay one step ahead by staying informed, building skills and creating parallel systems.
You are not alone. We are the “tinfoil generation.” A growing group of people who see through the lies and are relentlessly curious. We can make a difference by asking questions, sharing what we learn and living our truth.

Thank You,
great info. to share my children and grandchildren. Make them think!
Lovely! Exactly what i want to happen. Many thanks again.
Hi Max Doubt, sorry about that. Thank you for correcting us.
Thanks for publishing my thoughts.
Hi Max Doubt, thank you for making your book available to us all. I hope our readers make good use of it.
My pleasure, although manmade climate change is absolute nonsense, i think my context was a bit off – so just wanted to clarify that. I’m just a regular guy who has 1 GCSE and not in English! 😉
Hi Max Doubt – that makes sense. It seemed a little out of the character of the book when I read it, but I took it that you didn’t want to get too caught up in the ins and outs to keep the message simple.
There are multiple types of intelligence. Education is not one of them. Education is the pursuit of knowledge, and anyone with intelligence knows that our education does not stop after we leave school. In fact, it increases and it is life long. We gain more knowledge after school than a formal education could ever teach us.
Its just my wording. I will correct it. Every day is a learning day. Again, thank you for your exposure and kind words. Its appreciated.
Just downloaded it, thank you.
Would you like it proofread (for free, of course) or have you got that covered for the final version?
That would be really kind. Thank you.
Be like me, use cash only, flood the system with it so they cant bring in CBDCs or digital ID like they want to.
Agreed! Apart from Tescos. Local trading, indie businesses, keep it all real and alive. Thanks for your message. Very much appreciated
Really good idea, thank you – and well put together, I think it would get into teenagers minds. Some editing needed on spaces between words and I think I spotted a spelling error or two. I’ll do you a free proof-reading job, if you need.
Great work though, and if you’re intending to go to print, I’d buy some printed copies to gift a few people I know.
My one big annoyance though is something in the climate change section because it isn’t right about CO2.
This us just a suggestion, but would
it be better to say, “ basic biology class should have told you that plants breathe in CO2 and expel oxygen. Doesn’t that make you think, why is CO2 being made into a villain if it’s plant food? It is a greenhouse gas, yes, it’s a natural element in the air we all breathe, and hence in greenhouses – they have open windows, don’t they? Plants utilise CO2. If CO2 wasn’t there, the plants would die – so how much sense does it make to attempt to remove CO2 from the atmosphere? There isn’t too much if it, and it can’t be the wrong type of CO2, as there’s no such thing, otherwise it would be called something else.”
Just spotted my own typo on ‘This us’ which should have been ‘This is’. All this one fingered typing on small devices!!!!
Hi Lyndsi. The Co2 in my error has been out of context. If you read the above comment to Rhoda, man made climate change is nonsense. Im just a fairly normal human trying to get a message out there. This was only a draf and Expose jumped on it, and quite rightly. I would be happy to rework it, as i have been today for the final polished version.
Co2 is not our enemy, i know that. I’d be happy for any help so thank you very much!
The greatest struggle becomes “Seeing what the indoctrination is too fight the indoctrination”. Even more difficult, especially for teen agers, is an historic perspective that understands how the information platforms arose, and what they originally taught.
Edward Bernaise and “Propaganda” is imperative reading for teen agers. But what teen ager, or contemporary teacher reads any thing?
The Post WW2 middle class compliance was recovery from WW2. Every one was happy to have work, aspirations, Goals, set by the information platforms, they obeyed.
Own your own House. Get a mortgage. Go to work and pay your debt. You have to work within those indoctrinating information platforms to influence them. Try and get a job there if you can.
Ha!
Your only possible employment there, and therefore access, is to be one of the team that does what they are told.
Nothing to see here.
All very well to tell the teenagers how to live, but as as a baby boomer myself, I didn’t do what my parents said.
I was my own creation.
I also try to offer alternatives to my teen agers every day, and they only know what the TicToc etc. tells them.
“Older people are old and don’t know what is happening”.
The very concept of the “Tin Hat” is not relevant except too the past. The only readers interested in this Book are redundant people.
The past, according to the TicToc etc indoctrination, is no longer relevant. What is happening Now (which is hypnosis indoctrination just like all totalitarian indoctrination education) is all they see, as instructed.
Old persons belated insight here. “To Late” She cried!
I hear you — teenagers live in a different world, and TikTok sets the tone. That’s exactly why I wrote the book in the style I did: not to lecture, but to slip in critical thinking with humour. It’s less about telling them what to do, more about planting seeds they might come back to later. I hope you at the very least had a good read.
If anyone would like to help put a pictogram together, for the younger generation i am more than happy to collab. No fee’s or paid services. Just facts to distribute.
Hi Max
Do I presume correctly that you also want to do an illustrated version for children younger than teenagers? Are you thinking about the age group 5 – 12?
I did study graphic art and illustration, albeit years ago, and I do still sometimes draw. If you don’t get any better offers, it might be good to meet up and discuss what you have in mind. Perhaps we can start a conversation outside of this forum. I’ve got your email, I’ll send a test mail from my iPad.
regards
Lyndsi

Considering others diverts own attention from own feelings, enabling thought thus self-control; courtesy counters emotional bait, anger, fear, repetition.
Need nature, humour, skilled reading, listening and language. People are fallible, mostly same and each bit unique. None 100% correct but any can go with crowd, go solo, leave or join. Wide-spread sources offer pick-and-mix for unique decision.
