You probably know that a massive Energy Bill is being rushed through Parliament by our fake ‘Conservative’ Government in the first two days of our parliamentarians’ return from their generous summer break. The Bill is 446 pages long and written in dense, largely-incomprehensible-to-any-normal-person legalise.
Moreover, many clauses in the Energy Bill make reference to other pieces of previous legislation. So, to fully understand the Bill, you would have to read at least a thousand pages of dense legalistic gobbledegook. says David Craig author of There is No Climate Crisis, and author of the article below.
Given that our MPs have just passed the Bill with a mere nine voting against it, one must assume that they have spent their summer holidays diligently reading through the Bill and other relevant legislation in order to fully understand what they were voting for.
Here’s the full title of the Bill:
‘A Bill to make provision about energy production and security and the regulation of the energy market, including provision about the licensing of carbon dioxide transport and storage; about commercial arrangements for industrial carbon capture and storage and for hydrogen production; about new technology, including low-carbon heat schemes and hydrogen grid trials; about the Independent System Operator and Planner; about gas and electricity industry codes; about heat networks; about energy smart appliances and load control; about the energy performance of premises; about the resilience of the core fuel sector; about offshore energy production, including environmental protection, licensing and decommissioning; about the civil nuclear sector, including the Civil Nuclear Constabulary; and for connected purposes’
As you’ll see, this legislative monster covers an awful lot of areas – energy production, regulation of the energy market, CO2 transport and storage, carbon capture, hydrogen production, low-carbon heat schemes, hydrogen grid trials, heat networks, smart appliances, load control, energy performance of industrial and residential premises, offshore energy production and the civil nuclear sector. We must be considered fortunate in Britain to have MPs who have such a strong work ethic and such a deep understanding of all these disparate issues to be able to vote for the new Energy Bill knowing exactly what they are voting for.
Life is too short for any normal person to read and to try to understand this massive abomination of almost impenetrable legalise. But here are some choice titbits which I think I understand.
The Bill explains what a ‘Smart Meter’ is:
“Energy smart appliance” means an appliance which is capable of adjusting the immediate or future flow of electricity into or out of itself or another appliance in response to a load control signal; and includes any software or other systems which enable or facilitate the adjustment to be made in response to the signal.
So it seems that the conspiracy theorists were right yet again – a key purpose of ‘Smart Meters’ is not only to measure power usage but also to allow energy providers to control how much energy we are allowed to consume using “a load control signal”.
Moreover, authorities will be allowed to use “reasonable force” to enter any homes or premises to ensure we have the approved ‘Smart Meters’ installed:
Requiring persons to supply evidence of their compliance to enforcement authorities; conferring powers of entry, including by reasonable force.
All electricity and gas meters have dates by which they should be replaced. From what I have read the Bill gives representatives from energy companies the power to enter any home, with police protection if required, to replace traditional meters at the end of their lives with smart meters. Again, “reasonable force” may be used.
The Bill gives the Government the power to force us to have energy assessments for any premises:
The Secretary of State may make regulations for any of these purposes: (a) enabling or requiring the energy usage or energy efficiency of premises to be assessed, certified and publicised;
We can be fined up to £15,000 or face one year in prison for failing to meet any future energy performance levels any government imposes:
Energy performance regulations may provide for the imposition of civil penalties by enforcement authorities in relation to cases falling within subsection (1)(b), (c) or (d); but the regulations may not provide for a civil penalty that exceeds £15,000.
Under the totally misleading title of ‘Energy Savings Opportunity Schemes’, authorities can force any person or company to make energy savings using the threat of criminalisation for failure to comply:
The Secretary of State may by regulations (“ESOS regulations”) make provision for the establishment and operation of one or more energy savings opportunity schemes. An “energy savings opportunity scheme” is a scheme under which obligations 30 are imposed on undertakings to which the scheme applies for one or more of the ESOS purposes.
I could go on. But I imagine you get the picture by now. This ‘Energy Bill’ creates the means by which some puffed-up public-sector mini-dictator could gain powers to control us in ways most people would find completely unacceptable. Yet our useless MPs passed the Bill with a massive majority and the Lords are set to do the same.
If there really was a ‘climate crisis’ caused by humans burning fossil fuels and threatening the existence of the human race as the BBC and others of its ilk repeatedly claim, then you might be able to argue that some of the measures in the Bill could be justified. But given that changes in atmospheric CO2 levels have little to no influence on the Earth’s temperatures, that Britain only contributes less than 1% of world CO2 output, and that developing countries like India and China each increase their CO2 output by more each year than Britain’s total CO2 emissions, we are creating a totalitarian regime which will intrude on people’s lives, restrict people’s freedoms, wreck the British economy and immiserate our country to fix a problem which doesn’t even exist and, if it did, would not be solved by our action anyway.
And if you fear this horror will lead to an intrusive, oppressive police state under the Tories, imagine how this will be used and abused by Ed Miliband and the climate fanatics in the next Labour Government.

Just have seen the news at Icke, Anything Goes. Smart meaning is: Secret Militarised Armaments in Residential Technology.
The only hope that if they need to make a law to use force to install a smart meter then the resistance not to is rather big I guess. We didn’t allow it not because it is spying but because it is radiating badly and also because a fire-risk.

Hi Dave, sorry I don’t know. If I would have an idea how to survive it I probably would fetch much less time to read articles and others’ comments to gain ideas.
After some thinking… so bad I can’t delete/edit my comments.. it is not exactly the smart meter issue (they allegedly can be shielded but I don’t know how useful, safe it is and still won’t solve the fire issue), there are some small things we can do and work if enough people do it.
One of it is the electro culture gardening, the base goes back to a scientist 100 years ago, very easy and cheap, gives you better yield, cures tree illnesses (experienced) you need less fertilizer if any and it screws the chemtrails (allegedly) as starts a chain reaction, releasing different ions. Bamboo or other wooden sticks wrapped around lightly with copper wire in the direction of CW, the wire is longer (1-2 inches) at the ends than the stick, you put them into the soil 3-4 inches deep, the other end points toward the sky or magnetic north. A big one like 2+meters covers 20sqm, small ones like 30-40 cms are good in pots. Unbelievable effect just after a couple of months. Two trees struggling from 1-2 years with different illnesses healed, a third which never gave fruit now did, giant tomatoes and sky-high tobacco plants here. Food shortage is one of their weapon against us.
Then there is the vaporization of white vinegar, also starts a chain reaction against the chemtrail clouds. Many documented, many videos, there is science behind it. We need a lot of people doing things like these. Chemtrails are important to them, as far as I understood it is not only poisoning but for the Bluebeam and bounce back radiation (mirror effect) to us. (info at Amandha Volmer among others)
The orgonite part, called tower busters, I don’t know that they really work or a just a myth, but people do it claiming that it changes the harmful radiation into not harmful or even beneficial. Ancient buildings, pyramids had crystal (quartz) cores, they must have a reason using them. There are experiments proving that they do something (water freezing, plants). They can be efficient against the radiation part of smart meters.

Well, Abi, normal, like everywhere. There are a variety of people, most of whom are absorbed in propaganda, and fewer are conscious (on a different level). Perhaps the conscious ones are a little more than in the West (but less than in other Eastern places), and only because they have seen only bad from the authorities (state + business, they are not separate as everywhere).
“Resistance” is very strong. Undoubtedly, the real resistance, but even the talk against propaganda is much less than in the West. As I told you, everything became very complicated after the fake war. For example, when during the fake pandemic the authorities wanted to put QR codes on the Russians, they resisted and the law did not pass. But after the fake war, when Putin signed the biometrics law, there were no protests. Now any resistance is very dangerous and can bring you accusations of “discrediting”, so there are no protests, but the plans of the authorities from plandemic time go much much faster.
That is: everything is the exact opposite of what over 90% of free alternative media from around the world suggested. How is that possible? Isn’t that the CIA? (Of course, there are different types of alt-media: some are the opinion leaders who are reprinted and copied by the vast majority of smaller media; others are simply silent on the matter; what everyone has in common is that even those who understand what they are doing in Russia still preach the reality of the fake war.
Let’s review the material:
1. Plandemia – the beginning of the final phases in the construction of the new world order (Russia participated 100%, but the alt-media was mostly silent or denied); The construction of the new world order continued with 2. Fake war (over 90% of the alt-media, much more than in their denial of Russian plandemic complicity, immediately sang “Holy Russia against the agenda of the Evil Deep State” and consistently spread this vile deception); We’re somewhere at 3. now. Fake climate situation (by waiting for “covid 2”), digitalization continues, CBDCs are going well, and so on.
The bottom line is that alternative media massively support building the new world order (which continued in only one way: with the continued construction of the new world order under the veil of false war by the full plandemic collaborators)., and if it’s not the services, what are they? Probably, as some have said, these “soft” technologies fade over time, and therefore it is the need for regular injection. In my opinion, the injection thing was a sample (about how IoE is obtained in practice, among many people) of something that they have undoubtedly tried on a limited number of people in closed laboratories, etc. places. According to what I think I have understood, some hardware part will certainly be needed. The other thing I think is that this cannot work quietly, but must be formalized, to have agreement (forced, of course).

Just a little addition, the western media is full with trolls or bots, paid people and artificial voices to push agendas like the war. For example on DM you can see that the leading comments are always the same, different words but same content, never focusing to the real issue and heavily moderated. It is like as if they would have read and write from a script or they are fully fake, bots.

I hope it is not just the usual hopium. As things go we waited long enough for Fuellmich and similar, this was always about ‘numbered days, borrowed time’ but nothing happened. The midazolam murders were out and no one went to jail. The truth about the content of the covid vaxxes was also out but ended with a buried criminal case and they carried on poisoning including children – absolutely nothing happened. Waiting won’t stop this that’s for sure.

Iv had massive pressure from my energy company to get a smart meter , I have refused on exactly the grounds you have pointed out . I advise not to comply with this as its implications are immense

(In my opinion, today practically every digital proposal for facilitation, or anything else, is a step towards the birth of the so-called “digital prison” or “concentration camp”, which is the real goal. I, because I am bad with health, I will not have to, but in the future I would throw away any digital widget, even my computer.)
We changed them several times because of pushing smart meters, usually even accepting the less good prices, the two main point were: no smart meter, no direct debit given. But if they can force I can’t see what we can do. I think the only chance is to enlighten people not about only spying and turning down the electricity in their houses, but the fires they tend to cause and their dire health effects. Even for those who are not sensitive (yet), it is like the effect of ionizing radiation in the meaning it accumulates. First you just notice you can’t get out from this or that illness, slow recovery, stars again, wounds heal slowly, you can’t think straight (brain fog), can’t sleep, become sensitive to voices and other mysterious things like fast worsening joint problems, headache, whatever. But then other stuff comes, like cancer, stroke, ‘panic attacks’, heart attack, gut problems. It literally can cause everything.
We used to live without electricity-at this rate I might have to go off-grid!

I thought about that but can’t see how, we are sadly surrounded with brainwashed and mean enough neighbors, stoves make visible fume. We should move but not rich and young enough.
But that’s what I thought, I rather try to live without electricity than with a smart meter. How are your chicks? Someone wrote that smart meter caused cancer to hers, irregular eggs and colors. It won’t stop at the wall. It made me think as possible reason of why there are spots in the garden where nothing lives or if do, it has very irregular fruits. You don’t have to have the stuff, enough if your neighbor has and close enough. We think we see it on cats, too. Not just meters, we are surrounded with the poisonous LED lights and 5G masts. So fed up. An idiot has cried on DM, that some MPs tried to commit suicide, we are unlucky they failed, grrr.
I live in a sparsely populated island-8×4 miles, with some 1200 inhabitants. My neighbour (fully jabbed & boosted-he told me so!) lives about an eighth of a mile from me-he has gone away down south to see his relatives for two weeks, so I am looking after his sheep, birds, cats etc. He had a smart meter-fitted about a year ago-his cats and chickens seem absolutely fine-no problems, though I have noticed that one hen in particular is laying a very off colour egg-nearly green! I did place my EMF meter on his smart meter for about 5 minutes-no RF reading-perhaps because there was nothing switched on?

Perhaps things are not so bad in sparsely populated areas? I don’t know, but I can only speak as I find. I have read as indeed you have about dreadful things attributed to smart meters here and abroad. There are only (currently at least!) a few dozen LED lights on the island, only one near where I am. There is a 5G mast about a mile away from us-enough for now.

Notice all the homes burned in fires on the west coast of the US in 2020 — Homes completely burned but the trees were just fine. So MAKE THEM take that d*mn evil smart meter out and put the analog back in!!! They will burn your house down with your family inside if they choose to, otherwise. There are numerous ways to block or substantially reduce the EMF from these things, similar to the devices used to block the signals from car keys & based on the Faraday cage. go to your local scrap yard and buy a section of lead sheet & carefully mould/place around the meter.
