Eighteen-year-old Axel Rudakubana faces a terrorism offence, plus three charges of murder and ten of attempted murder after children were attacked at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class.

A viral Twitter post claims that Axel’s father was a perpetrator in the Rwandan genocide, also known as the genocide against the Tutsi, during the 1990s and that Two Tier Keir was involved in defending his asylum seekers’ claim in 2003.  This Is not true.

During an interview with Winston Marshall, Nigel Farage, Reform Member of Parliament for Clacton, described the state’s response to the murder of three young girls at a Taylor Swift dance party in Southport as “one of the biggest cover-ups we’ve ever seen in our lives.”

Nigel Farage On The Truth About Southport, Meeting Musk, Two-Tier Britain and Trump’s Win, Winston Marshall, 16 November 2024 (54 mins)

Because of this cover-up, citizen journalists are naturally eager to get to the bottom of it, to discover what the state knows but is hiding.  In a podcast yesterday, The Angry Bootneck highlighted Mr. Farage’s comments and some social media posts.

The Angry Bootneck: Southport | Why It’s About to Massively Kick Off, 17 November 2024 (14 mins)

One of the social media posts that The Angry Bootneck highlighted centres around the identity and history of Southport murderer Axel’s father.

British corporate media are avoiding reporting the father’s name.  For example, in an article titled ‘Who is Axel Rudakubana? What we know about Southport stabbing suspect’, The Times refers to Axle’s family members in generic terms, “father,” “mother” and “parents.”

And the Independent reported that “Rudakubana’s father is originally from Rwanda, a country that suffered a deadly genocide in the early 1990s, and moved to the UK in 2002, he told his local newspaper in Southport.”

However, The Comet did mention the father’s name, “A profile of Aphonse [sic] Rudakubana in his local paper, The Southport Visiter, said he moved to the area in 2013 and trained [in karate] with local clubs.”

Related: Alphonse gets to where he wants to be – after 19 hard years, The Southport Visiter, 19 June 2015

And Ghana Celebrities noted, “[Axel’s] parents are Alphonse Rudakubana and Laetitia Muzayire.”

Centred on the identity of the father, a thread posted on Twitter on Sunday has gone viral.  It has so far had 4.9 million views.  The thread links Alphonse to a trial by the “international criminal court for participation in the Rwandan genocide in the 90s.”

The first court case the thread uses was a case in the United Kingdom in 2003 when six asylum seekers challenged the refusal of UK support.  Keir Starmer Q.C. was acting for the asylum seekers.

According to the judgment, there was a Rwandan asylum seeker in the case:

The Guardian reported on the case in 2003:

The Twitter thread seems to have erroneously conflated the asylum seekers’ case with a criminal tribunal relating to the genocide in Rwanda.  A tweet in the thread claimed: “Keir was in the Guardian, publicly advocating for this [Rwandan genocide], alongside benefits and support for Alphonse alongside other refugees.”

With the image of the asylum seekers’ case shown above, the tweet provides a link to download a Word document. Unless they are protected, Word documents are easily edited and changed.  Unfortunately, in this case, the document has not been protected from editing.  Another Twitter user helpfully provided a link to where this document can be viewed online to avoid having to download it.  You can download the transcript directly from the ICTR website HERE, the transcript being referred to is dated 13 September 2006.  We have not compared the documents to the document on the ICTR website to establish if they are unaltered.  That the ICTR has published an editable Word document is very unprofessional.

The word document doesn’t relate to the 2003 asylum case, it is the transcript of a 2006 case filed with the International Criminal Tribunal For Rwanda (“ICTR”).  However, this could simply be a mix-up as both are mentioned and linked in the Twitter thread.  The accused were Pauline Nyiramasuhuko, Arsène Nthahobali, Sylvain Nsabimana, Alphonse Nteziryayo, Joseph Kanyabashi and Élie

The ICTR was established on 8 November 1994, by the United Nations Security Council Resolution 955. Its primary mandate was to prosecute people responsible for genocide and other serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in Rwanda and neighbouring states – including Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda – between 1 January and 31 December 1994.

The ICTR was the first international tribunal to prosecute genocide and crimes against humanity since the Nuremberg Trials.  It was responsible for trying high-ranking officials, including military and government leaders, politicians, businessmen, religious leaders, militia members and media personalities.  It delivered its last trial judgment on 20 December 2012, although appeals were heard in later years.

The ICTR transcript referred to on the Twitter thread mentions a person with the surname Rudakubana.  A witness testified:

Bourgmestre is a French title equivalent to a mayor or burgomaster.  The Mouvement Démocratique Républicain (“MDR”) was a political party in Rwanda, established in 1991 after the National Republican Movement for Democracy and Development (“MRND”) lost its monopoly on politics and opposition parties were legalised. The MDR’s primary base of political support was among Hutus in the centre of the country.

You can read more about the Rwandan genocide in the articles below, which refer to Ruhashya and its bourgmestre:

As we previously mentioned, it is not uncommon in Africa for people to be known by multiple names and also people are speculating whether Martin could have changed his name to Alphonse before migrating to the UK.  But this is not the case.

We can confidently state that MDR’s Martin Rudakubana is not Axel Rudakubana’s father as the Twitter thread supposes.  To provide proof, in 2017, Ugandan independent news outlet Red Pepper published a list of over 230 people of people wanted for genocide that the Republic of Rwanda had released:

While previously it was a hobby culminating in writing articles for Wikipedia (until things made a drastic and undeniable turn in 2020) and a few books for private consumption, since March 2020 I have become a full-time researcher and writer in reaction to the global takeover that came into full view with the introduction of covid-19. For most of my life, I have tried to raise awareness that a small group of people planned to take over the world for their own benefit. There was no way I was going to sit back quietly and simply let them do it once they made their final move.

Does it matter? Just another bunch of english children killed by immigrants. You love them, so why complain when they do what they do? Oh, yes, it’s like when you complain when your foreign government screws you over for the billionth time – you don’t have the balls to do anything else.

WTF? You’ve spent years making money from this site and what have you achieved? And then you jeer at people while asking for more money. What he said is pefectly true. You don’t have the balls to actually do anything. By never telling people to do anything you’re working for the people you claim to be against. Not that anyone comes here anymore.

I see we have Zionist trolls casting their abuse. That proves that The Expose is effective.

Hi Rhoda, I should said trolls who are the useful idiots of their Zionist masters.

Zionists, the Iluminati, the deep state – its a question of who are “they”, i.e the people behind the curtain? We don’t know.

“You’ve spent years making money from this site and what have you achieved?” – The Expose has spread truth and many people have been awakened. Who knows what they might eventually do, but if they hadn’t been woken by The Expose, they would still be clueless and never likely to act.

“And then you jeer at people while asking for more money” – who is jeering?

“By never telling people to do anything” – so want The Expose to give orders – to do what – “Sop up your beer and collect your fags”? You fool. What are you doing?

“you’re working for the people you claim to be against” – whenever I have tried to post a comment on a newspaper and mentioned the relevant article on The Expose, my comment gets instantly banned. The Expose is heavily censored, so that dismisses your claim of “you’re working for the people you claim to be against”

“Not that anyone comes here anymore” – you are here, I am here, so you are someone who makes false claims – a lair.

“Sop up your beer and collect your fags?” – I copied that line from a lyrics website then carried on writing my post, but afterwards I thought, “Wasn’t it ““Sup up your beer and collect your fags”?” Other lyrics websites say it is “Sup” not “spp”.

A tip there – always check against several sites as some are inaccurate and wrong.

“It is inhumane to subject someone to that sort of destitution.”

It’s done in j britain every single day. 300,000 homeless that no one cares at all about. Judges signing off on evictions just as fast as their j hands can. I think you have the j k confused with a non j country.
