Although the technology appears to use sounds that are captured by ears, it reminds us of technology that has been used to experiment on people for decades: voice-to-skull and the Voice of God.

Amazing New Technology Can ‘Bend’ Sounds Into Your Ears Only
On Wednesday, Science Alert published an article about an “amazing new technology [that] can ‘bend’ sounds into your ears only.”
The article described newly published research that introduces a technology that can create “audible enclaves,” which are localised pockets of sound that are isolated from their surroundings, allowing people to listen to music or have private conversations in public without disturbing others.
The technology uses self-bending ultrasound beams and a concept called non-linear acoustics to send sound to a specific listener. The technique uses two ultrasound beams at different frequencies that are completely silent on their own, but when they intersect in space, non-linear effects cause them to generate a new sound wave at an audible frequency that would be heard only in that specific region.
The technology has many potential applications, including enabling personalised audio in public spaces, such as museums and libraries, and creating quiet zones to improve focus in workplaces or reduce noise pollution in cities. The following clip is taken from an interview with Eric Hecker published in July 2023. You can watch the full 35-minute interview HERE.
Hecker, formerly in the US Navy, was a contractor for Raytheon, a major US defence contractor. His position as a firefighter and plumber for the South Pole facility gave him unrestricted access to the compound. During his stay, Hecker observed highly advanced directed energy weapons and other technologies beyond what we previously thought possible. As well as alerting the public about these technologies by appearing on podcasts, he has also testified to Congress under oath.

The Voice of God and Brain-Computer Interfaces
Voice-to-skull is not the only technology that has been developed.
In 2023, a paper was published in the International Journal of Scientific Research in Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology about psychotronic weapons.
“Psychotronic weapons mean brain manipulation from a distance. These weapons interact with the nervous system of the target individual, affecting the target’s conscious and subconscious mind, and resulting in suffering,” the authors explained. The abstract of the paper continued:
A TI [targeted individual] is a person being tortured by psychotronic weapons. There are a variety of means that are used remotely to harm and control their target. Some of these techniques are voice-to-skull (V2K), synthetic telepathy, electronic harassment, microwave hearing, boys-to-school technology, Voice of God weapon and brain-computer interface (BCI).
These voices are being transmitted by microwaves and by misuse of online surveillance technologies. These methods, unfortunately, have become another tool to aid organised crimes run by criminals and terrorist groups worldwide.

The Voice of God is a long range acoustic device (“LRAD”) that projects voices into people’s heads to make them think God is speaking to them. It was used in Iraq by US troops to communicate with insurgents. The LRAD produces a very intense and clear sound that can be heard over long distances, leading to its nickname “the Voice of God” because it can be used to deliver messages that only a single person can hear, potentially causing confusion or fear among the targeted individuals.

In 2013, Dr. John Hall and David Knight discussed the use of psychotronic weapons, including voice-to-skull and the Voice of God technologies to harass people electronically.

Brain-computer interfaces were discussed by Elisa E, an MKUltra survivor, author and researcher, during an interview conducted by host of UI Media Network Tim Ray. The subject of the interview was the transhuman agenda. We were unable to establish when this interview took place.

They’ve been experimenting on targeted individuals for decades, she said, and now they’re moving to experimenting en masse, it’s becoming global. Using nanotechnology which she believes everyone has in their bodies, whether we’re covid vaccinated or not, “you’re already an antenna, you’ve already been loaded,” she said.
“If [people] don’t know about this [nanotechnology], if that voice comes in or something bizarre is crawling, you feel crawling in your body … it’s one of the first symptoms, you’ll feel the fibres moving under the skin. If you don’t know this is going on you’re going to attribute this to something else.”
She then discussed brain-computer interfaces, which she also refers to as brain hacking. She spoke of her experience with this technology. “One night, I remember clearly, I was very aware that they turned on the video, like video-audio through my eyes, real-time. So, in other words, they’re tapping in through my brain wave frequencies, it’s going to a computer – this in split seconds, speed of light time – and they’re, in real-time, looking at what I’m looking at and hearing what I’m hearing.”

Voice-to-skull technology has been around for some time. Elisa E believes they are moving to experiment with it at a larger scale or en masse, as she puts it. Are the audible enclaves Science Alert has reported a way of conditioning the public to accept voice-to-skull technology, or at least the idea of it, en masse “for your own good”? Only time will tell. But we can reasonably assume that if they succeed in making audible enclaves functional, this technology will likely be used to censor and control our verbal communication. It could dictate what we are allowed to hear, whether it’s between individuals or in settings like protests where a speaker addresses a crowd.

Hi Nicole, thank you. But I wanted to respond to encourage you that you should not be afraid. To show you why I will briefly retell my personal experience.
I can never be sure as I can’t prove it, of course, but I believe I was one of their voice-to-skull guinea pigs a few years ago. It went on for 6-8 months – only at night as I was drifting off to sleep. My thinking is this is the brainwaves they’re hacking into. Its not a frightening experience, just confusing (until you work out what it is) but mainly frustrating because it disturbs your sleep. Like Elisa E, I believe I was able to reverse hack.
But how did I stop them getting into my head? Simple. I used to sleep with my mobile phone next to my bed. When I stopped doing that the brain hacking stopped.
You ask where is God? If you follow Jesus, He is surrounding you. He will give you a helper, if you ask Him he will send you his Holy Spirit to guide you. To explain what I mean, I’ll expand on my personal experience.
How did I work out what was happening to me? I prayed about it several times, asking what it is, why, how do I stop it etc? Then I was talking to someone who, out of the blue, happened to mention the Voice of God, they didn’t know much about it and had only just heard about it – it fascinated me so I looked into it. God inspired fascination? That helped me to wonder if something similar was happening to me. Then I got the idea that whatever method they were using to hack my brain I can reverse it. God inspired thought? Then I thought, they need a device to be able to send signals to my brain and so I reasoned my mobile phone was the device. God inspired thought? Then I thanked God for showing me and leading me to the answers I was seeking but said to Him I will never fully know if I was tired, stressed, going nuts or if I was being experimented on. And then, by chance I came across Elisa E’s interview. I have not idea why I watched it and because of time constraints I nearly stopped a few minutes in but for some unknown reason I kept listening with half an ear while doing other things. Then much to my surprise, in respect to the brain hacking, she described exactly what I had experienced. Was coming across Elisa E’s interview luck or an act of God?
You ask where is God? He is all around us and He will help us if we ask Him. Do not be afraid, we have God on our side. However, if we are not looking for Him we have little possibility of finding Him.

I do understand that most of the attacks on us are coming through devices, phones, etc. and the simple solution would be for all of us to throw them out! Unfortunately not going to happen though.
I don’t even have a ‘smart’ phone, I have a ‘dumb’ old school Nokia (call & text) that I hardly use and never keep on me and it’s always in the farthest room away from me when in my one-bed studio home.
No ‘smart’ devices/appliances or wifi (modem in the main house), etc here and I have advanced EMF protection both at home and when I am out (not often!).
I only have a laptop where I use a private web browser and with EMF protection. I only occasionally comment on a couple of sites, yours included.
I have always talked to and called upon God/Jesus/Holy Spirit – all day most of the time and much more in recent times. I feel like He’s just not listening anymore. I mustn’t be dedicated enough.

I want to encourage you that even the Psalmists at times felt that God was not hearing them (see Psalm 30:7).
But God always hears. I believe some times He does not want to respond right away so that we may grow in faith and in trusting Him even when we don’t understand things.
The Bible says that if you believe Jesus is the Messiah you have been born of God (1 John 5:1). And God will not abandon His children!
We must walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).
God is greater than modern technology, as powerful as it may be. He WILL see us through these perilous times!

Go online and get yourself an ionic foot bath machine. You can find them many places like Amazon of eBay. IFB shoots an electrical current through the body and pulls out magnetic particles and other toxins out the pores of your feet. The result is a big bucket of nanotech goo. Works like crazy. You won’t believe it till you see it.
You can examine the goo under any cheap microscope and learn about nanotech. It’s like dead fish in the mud.

God is able to speak clearly to people, as is evidenced by the very specific “words of the LORD” that came to Old Testament prophets. Also, it would seem, other spiritual beings are able to communicate supernaturally, as people report hearing from “spirit guides”, which I assume are often or always spirits opposed to the true God.
One effect of reporting like this is that people may doubt a genuine communication from God. In Revelation it says that in the last days three angels will proclaim important messages to all the people of the earth (Revelation 14:6-11). If the message you hear is one of those prophesied thousands of years ago or if it is in line with the teachings of the Bible, it would make sense to heed it!
Hi Travis, yes, it is as you say. God does sometimes call out in what seems to be in a clear audible voice. Famously, He called Samuel three times before Eli told Samuel it was God who was calling him.

I can’t provide proof, of course, but I believe I have experienced both human technology (voice-to-skull, perhaps) and supernatural experiences from God.
I don’t know how to describe the difference except to say that something inside you knows. I don’t know how, but we just know. With my limited knowledge, understanding and experience, the best way I can describe the difference is a message from God is immersive, its as if when God speaks He witnesses to more than just our minds (we can “feel” it as well as “see” and/or “hear” it and its as if our spirit dances with joy), while a technological experience does not (its very “flat,” mind only). Its similar to the difference between listening to someone talking on the radio compared to meeting and conversing with someone in person.
Technology cannot mimic God – even satan who knows God very well can’t imitate God. I believe I’ve had one or two spiritual experiences from satanic/demonic forces as well and it’s very a different experience to messages from God. The satanic/demonic attacks are usually accompanied by some level of fear; if he cannot fool/trick/entice you, satan tries to overwhelm you with fear to bend you to his will. If you ever have a demonic experience, call on the name of Jesus and satan will flee. The darkness (satan) cannot exist where there is light (Jesus). When you walk into a room at night it is dark, when you switch on the lightbulbs it is light, darkness cannot exist where there is light.
The golden rule is: If you experience something unusual, don’t guess where its coming from or what it means, ask God.

That’s a very good description for the voice of the true God, it’s immersive instead of hearing with the ears. You just know and can’t tell people how you know, you just know. Yes, it must come through the heart and not the brain.
I heard God speaking out loud to me when I was four years old. I don’t remember any more than that, except that when I was five I got saved in Sunday School, and I never heard the voice out loud again. I was in an abusive situation, I must’ve needed him very badly. He stayed with me, so I will never leave him.
I’ve heard the voice of a devil while casting out one. Brief conversation. It was not too loud, but plenty loud enough to be able to be heard well, and it spoke plainly and clearly. It sounded just like any other man.
