Yesterday, I came across the following articles from various outlets. Taken together, they tell a story of the failures of the climate alarmist agenda, that the climate narrative is failing and the clashing of two of the most important tentacles of the Globalist agenda: the climate agenda and the digital agenda.

The digital agenda relies heavily on artificial intelligence (“AI”) “governance” of the world’s population. Some time ago, we began to witness signs that the climate catastrophe agenda and the AI agenda were on a collision course, when the narrative about “dirty” nuclear energy began to switch. We noted this narrative switch in a 2024 article; nuclear energy was suddenly declared “green” by Globalist operatives so that it could provide the enormous amount of reliable energy data centres require to run the AI programmes they dream of. It seems fitting then to start this article off with two articles from yesterday’s news that are about the enormous consumption and cost of electricity required for the Globalists’ AI ambitions.
We then move on to a video that highlights how propagandists use irrational fear about climate change to brainwash the public. Followed by an article demonstrating that the public, in this case the German public, is not falling for the fear-mongering and another about how the USA is not only halting the destructive climate change agenda but is reversing it. We end with an article which indicates that the false climate change narrative is on the verge of complete collapse – moving from decarbonisation to de-decarbonisation – at least in the USA.
US Data Centres Projected to Consume 15 Billion Cubic Feet of Gas Daily by 2035
US data centres are projected to consume 15 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas for electricity generation by 2035. The projected volume would exceed current gas consumption in every country except China, Russia, Iran and the US.
For example, Germany, Europe’s largest economy, consumes roughly 9 billion cubic feet per day across its entire economy – less than what US data centres alone are projected to burn by 2035.
House Passes Legislation Aimed At Curbing Rising Electricity Costs Caused By Data Centres
On 15 September, the US House of Representatives passed legislation aimed at fighting rising electricity costs caused by data centres. The mid-term highlights that this move is happening as mid-term elections loom, suggesting it is the voters’ opinion about the link between energy costs and data centres’ energy requirements which has prompted the legislation. Only three representatives voted against the legislation – all three being Democrats.

When asked about the dire false predictions in AI and climate change, Climate Depot’s executive editor Marc Morano said, “This [tactic] goes back centuries, [they] use fearmongering and doomsday predictions to actually get you to suspend rational thought and objective thinking, so you’ll act on emotion, and you’ll act on fear, and you’ll make poor policy choices or the choices they want you to make … From covid fear-mongering, from predictions of running out of oil in the 1970s, the US Department of Energy warned we were running out of oil; experts have been wrong. The motivation is to make you suspend rational thought.”

On 14 September, the US Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) announced the repeal of most of the 2024 power plant regulations which imposed additional requirements on power plants, including facilities relying on coal and natural gas, that some existing power plants could not realistically meet, effectively putting those facilities on a path toward closure.
According to EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, the inability of some plants to comply was not an unintended consequence of the regulations. He argued that it “was by design”; the standards were structured in a way that would ultimately force affected facilities to cease operations.
Reversing the power plant regulations imposed during the Biden administration could produce more than $300 billion in projected savings while allowing coal and natural gas plants targeted by the rules to continue operating.

The much-hyped “energy transition” has predictably failed.
“For those of you paying attention – still no ‘transition’ evident whatsoever (to August 2025). 33 years of IPCC stewardship and panic and $billions spent and absolutely zero downward trend in slope of the curve,” Grant Lukies wrote almost a year ago. “THIS is THE failed KPI of alarmist catastrophism writ large. There is no renewables ‘transition’ – ONLY addition.”
Moving forward to this week. During a press conference at the G20 meeting held in Houston from 14 to 16 September 2026, Interior Secretary Doug Burgum said, “It wasn’t true, the idea that somehow there was an energy transition going on in the world, and the energy transition was the highest priority. We’re not talking about energy transition because the transition was actually energy subtraction.”
