A confidentiality agreement shows potential coronavirus vaccine candidates were transferred from Moderna to the University of North Carolina in 2019, nineteen days prior to the emergence of the alleged Covid-19 causing virus in Wuhan, China.
The confidentially agreement which can be viewed here states that providers ‘Moderna’ alongside the ‘National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ (NIAID) agreed to tranfer ‘mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates’ developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna to recipients ‘The Universisty of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’ on the 12th December 2019.
The material transfer agreement was signed the December 12th 2019 by Ralph Baric, PhD, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and then signed by Jacqueline Quay, Director of Licensing and Innovation Support at the University of North Carolina on December 16th 2019.
The agreement was also signed by two representatives of the NIAID, one of whom was Amy F. Petrik PhD, a technology transfer specialist who signed the agreement on December 12th 2019 at 8:05 am. The other signatory was Barney Graham MD PhD, an investigator for the NIAID, however this signature was not dated.
The final signatories on the agreement were Sunny Himansu, Moderna’s Investigator, and Shaun Ryan, Moderna’s Deputy General Councel. Both signautres were made on December 17th 2019.
All of these signatures were made prior to any knowledge of the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus. It wasn’t until December 31st 2019 that the World Health Organisation (WHO) became aware of an alleged cluster of viral pneumonia cases in Wuhan, China. But even at this point they had not determined that an alleged new coronavirus was to blame, instead stating the pneumonia was of “unknown cause”.
It was not until January 9th 2020 that the WHO reported Chinese authorities had determined the outbreak was due to a novel coronavirus which later became known as SARS-CoV-2 with the alleged resultant disease dubbed COVID-19. So why was an mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidate developed by Moderna being transferred to the University of North Carolina on December 12th 2019?
The same Moderna that have had an mRNA coronavirus vaccine authorised for emergency use only in both the United Kingdom and United States to allegedly combat Covid-19.
What did Moderna know that we didn’t? In 2019 there was not any singular coronavirus posing a threat to humanity which would warrant a vaccine, and evidence suggests there hasn’t been a singular coronavirus posing a threat to humanity throughout 2020 and 2021 either.
Considering the fact a faulty PCR test has been used at a high cycle rate, hospitals have been empty in comparison to previous years, statistics show just 0.2% of those allegedly infected have died within 28 days of an alleged positive test result, the majority of those deaths by a mile have been people over the age of 85, and a mass of those deaths were caused by a drug called midazolam, which causes respiratory depression, and respiratory arrest.
Perhaps Moderna and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases would like to explain themselves in a court of law?

Can anyone say, plandemic?
I’ve been saying PLANDEMIC ALL ALONG, but hey, we’re conspiracy theorists right?
Covid is what Coronavirus becomes, if left untreated during the 10 to 14 days of self isolation.
The Achilles Heel of Coronavirus, is while it is still in the developing stage as Coronavirus in the warm, wet areas inside your head and before it gets to become Covid in your head and lungs, 10 to 14 days later.
If Coronavirus is not treated with my free salt water cure, which flushes out the nasal cavity, to kill it in the head, it becomes Covid, which is where the money is. You cannot catch Covid!!
I want to clarify my free, salt water cure, so that there is no misunderstanding.
We know that if an airborne Coronavirus particle lands on a flat surface, any household cleaner will quickly destroy it, because the Coronavirus is about 0.012 in size and is covered by a weak membrane, which it is easy for the household cleaner to penetrate and kill the Coronavirus, much along the same lines, as washing your hands frequently with soap, does.
The Coronavirus is lighter than air, it is lighter than the fine mist rain, you probably have experienced and if you have ever watched a Mosquito when it is raining, the force of the droplet blows the Mosquito out of the way and the Mosquito never gets wet, same as with Coronavirus and of course, Coronavirus is so fine we cannot see it in the air.
Always breathe through your nose and keep your mouth shut, because you really don’t want the Coronavirus to seed itself in your lungs!!
My free salt water cure has “absolutely nothing” to do with test vaccines, or what they do, because virologists are not interested in Coronavirus in the head, (whereas I am) virologists are only interested in Covid, in the body.
Treating Coronavirus with my free salt water cure, by flushing out the nasal cavity, kills Coronavirus, before it gets to be Covid.
By mixing one heaped teaspoon of salt in a mug of warm or cold water, cupping a hand and sniffing or snorting that mugful up into your nose, you flush out your nasal cavity.
If you get a burning sensation (which lasts for 2-3 minutes) then you have a Coronavirus infection and you can tell how advanced it is, by the area of soreness you experience and although you may not know it, Coronavirus likes to get into your sinuses and when you sniff the salt water up into your head, you can feel the salt water clearing your sinuses, sometimes, right back to your ears.
When you do my free salt water snort or sniffle to flush out your nasal cavity inside your head, , you quickly discover there is a hole, roughly level with the middle of your ears, inside the top of your throat and that is sometimes sore, as the Covid begins to move down into your lungs, so washing that out, as indeed you will, also is great and the salt water, will come down into your mouth, with your infection in it, so spit it out and flush it away.
As long as you experience soreness in your head, continue doing my salt water nasal cavity cure until the soreness goes away, morning, noon and night, or more often, if you want, until, when you do my free salt water cure, you don’t experience any soreness at all in your nasal cavity, when you have cleared Coronavirus in your head and you won’t ever get Covid in your head or lungs, because salt does not differentiate between Coronaviruses or which Covid they will become and by murdering the Coronavirus in the nasal cavity in your head, naturally, you stop that Covid from evolving.
When the soreness goes away, after 2-3 minutes, blow out your head with toilet paper and flush away, washing your hands afterwards and this is what I have done for over 26.5 years and I am NEVER ill and there is no reason, you should ever be ill again, from virus related things, like me.
You can swallow a couple of mugfuls of the salt water and if you have Covid in your lungs, the salt water will kill it there too – you will experience a burning sensation in your chest and that is the salt doing its thing there too.
What we have done, is to use a natural salt disinfectant, to kill Coronavirus, whenever you get it, (in the nasal cavity in your head), which you will, irrespective of if you have had test vaccines, or not, in just the same way that you would use a household disinfectant to wipe down your kitchen areas to kill off Coronavirus particles, which might reside there.
When the Coronavirus is dead, so is the Covid it would otherwise become.
There is absolutely no reason to ever agree to a test vaccine, or any vaccine for that matter and the questions of how safe they might be for you.
I have been using my above salt water cure, as I have discussed it here, for the past 26.5 years and I am never ill from external viruses or illnesses – nor do any of you need to be either.

According to the theory, Covid is the name for the disease that a particular coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2 causes.
In actual fact though, there is no such virus, and there are no pathogenic viruses at all. Research Stefan Lanka’s Control Experiment.
I’m confused Richard, Corona Virus and Covid are the same thing. Covid is just a sort of acronym for COrona VIrus Disease and the 19 is for 2019, hence COVID 19. Enjoy your posts though.

Our personal experience with Covid:
My husband and I live in Texas. I work near an Air Force base that trains pilots from around the world. There was a viral respiratory infection of unknown cause circulating the base and in families with ties to the base. He and I both got sick before Christmas. It was the sickest we’ve been in years. We missed the holidays, and his turned into a wicked pneumonia that had to be treated with 2 back to back rounds of an antibiotic (Z-pac) and steroids.
Months later when we heard reports of loss of taste and smell we knew for sure what we had contracted. Thank God the medication we needed was not banned when we were sick. Our story has a happy ending.
Others have not been so fortunate…
I got sick in early December of 2019. I had some light flu symptoms but what stuck out was that I had a unusual cough that latest more than a week. My entire family got it and most of the people at work also got sick too.
I remember hearing a news report at the time saying that the flu season came early. I live in SoCal and there was a lot of Chinese traveling around the holidays.
I don’t know whether anyone really thought they were transporting live SARS-CoV-2 or not, but I can guarantee that no-one did because no such virus exists – except ‘in sillica’, which means as a string of sequences in a computer.

Look into Stefan Lanka’s Control Experiment, and you’ll see what a complete fraud virus ‘isolation’ is. All they do is starve an poison a concoction of material including human sample, monkey kidney cells and bovine calf serum, which probably contains all kinds of RNA itself, and then interpret the fact that the monkey kidney cells are dying, and that they’ve found RNA sequences as proof of a virus.
Damaged cells release microvesicles and RNA as a matter of course, and, as I say, there will be all kinds of other genetic material in their concoction anyway. They then get a computer to virtually assemble all those sequences by using another ‘virus’ as a template and filling the gaps in with invention – and that’s what they call ‘isolating’ a virus.
The whole thing’s an exercise in fraud and self-deception, and the idea that virologists can enhance infectious viruses (which don’t exist) just help keep the scam going. I realise this might all seem strange because virologists obviously do something all day long – but it’s basically just very convoluted farting about, and if some of them really think they’re helping a virus gain function, then they’re mistaken. It’s just the fraud of virus isolation performed repeatedly with some animal torture in between where they do things like force tubes into their lungs and call the subsequent trauma proof of transmission.

I just noticed that the document was talking about transferring vaccine candidates, not virus candidates (and I was puzzled as to what that could mean) – So I misread. I’m just too used to seeing alleged leaks about virus bioweapons and feeling triggered.
I can well believe they had the vaccine ready – although, the technology they have means that mRNA vaccines can be printed more or less ‘on-demand’.
Anyway, I’ve leave my comment up there because I think it’s relevant (and I don’t know how to delete it 🙂

can anyone say there are a whole lot of different coronaviruses for the last decade and this nowhere says “covid-19”?
Very true observation. However, those branches of the Coronaviridae have never lead to significant damage or harm to a high number of people. The 2002-2004 SARS outbreak only killed 750 people. There was never an incentive to develop a vaccine for diseases caused by the group of Coronaviridae, at least in my eyes, please correct me if I’m wrong with this statement. There’s just not enough profile for this to happen, and the fact that this document was signed not even one month before the WHO recognised it as SARS-COV2 doesn’t really help. .
I no longer put any credibility into document copies like this unless there is a way provided to verify that they are not doctored in any way.
