Letter to the Editor: Australian Government Departments Reverse Decision That Vaccines Are a Condition of Employment

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

“From 10 October 2022, CSNSW staff members will no longer be required to be vaccinated against Covid-19 as a condition of employment,” stated the Commissioner for Corrective Services New South Wales (“CSNSW”) on 7 October.

This comes after a 99% “compliance” of CSNSW to get vaccinated.  We place “compliance” in quotation marks because when someone is given the choice of “no jab, no job” then it isn’t “compliance” it’s coercion, at best.

One of our readers has had personal experience with CSNSW’s “compliance.”  He was dismissed for gross misconduct as he refused to be injected.  For almost a year he has been fighting his unfair dismissal.

It’s important to note that the CSNSW has backtracked on their coercion of the general public as well. The Commissioner further stated: “All Visitors/Contractors/third party organisations to CSNSW locations (including Correctional Centres) will also no longer be required to show proof of vaccination to enter.”

Attached below is a copy of the Commissioner’s statement sent to us by our reader.

Dear The Exposé,

Corrective Services NSW re-employing staff fired for not getting injected

Let me state from the beginning I have been following and using your information for my unfair dismissal claim going on nearly a year now.

I live in NSW, Australia, and I was working for the Corrective Services NSW which is a branch of the Department of Communities and Justice (“DCJ”).

I have information that is not being covered by Australian media – the Corrective Services NSW employees that were dismissed for not getting injected are now being re-employed.

I state again: re-employed NOT re-instated. This means the State Government is attempting to get out of paying back pay for staff that were unfairly dismissed.

I was dismissed for gross misconduct and now we are being informed that there was no misconduct!

The PDF attached has been officially released to me after harassing CSNSW for the past week. I have friends still working there that forwarded me this internal memo.  After many emails and phone calls, I managed to get CSNSW to email the memo to me, officially. They eventually complied as I have an active matter before the NSW Industrial Relations Commission for unfair dismissal.

Please use it anyway way you want. This is big news! The DCJ itself employs over 40,000 people and if that Department has backed down, they all have within the NSW Government.

I am writing an email to them for this Monday, with many questions, aiming to comprehend where I stand in my matter.

One of those questions is: What medical/scientific evidence is being used to validate the DCJ now not mandating injections as a condition of employment as the WHO has not said there is no pandemic?

As stated, no one in Australia is reporting on this.

Regards,

Scott White, New South Wales, Australia

Trying to create the narrative of being good people.

Nope … does not work … you cannot reverse gaslight what was attempted no matter what they do now.

Right now they need to put in legislation so that vaxx injured and dead can get financial support.

Take it away Scott, now it is fingersnapping time for you! And after dancing and fingersnapping a bit every morning, you act as cool as John Travolta in Pulp Fiction, while writing or saying on regular basis just one thing: I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING WRONG AND ONLY THEREFORE they should pay you your missed saleries at once and try to imagine what the cost reasonably should be for the hurt and damage they done to you.

Take an juricairy verdict from the highest court possible where someone in a situation compairable to yours, got the judge condeming the abusers to pay biggest amounts of money you can find to the person they mistreated.

And don’t take anything less, because the time of less is over now, and you didn’t even started the circus AS WELL AS YUO TRIED immedeatly to STOP IT.

Ask also for a reasonable raise because it is clear to even your mostly unwilling boss that you are by far the best and brightest employer they ever had, and also mention the fact they didn’t really act like they could do anything that they should have done with it, besides really appreciating you for being their employer!

And, realise they have to pay ultra to all employees who are vaccininjured now or later, so what your are going to ask for is
peanuts compaired by all other damage they have done to everybody else they forced to be a experimental subject but ofcourse you have them selves figuring that out later.

Also important, when they offer you anything and want something in return, for instance to shut up about whatever, just say ‘then my laywer will have to start a lawsuit. It’s a pity and a shame but your the boss!

Good luck and don’t forget to have some fun once and a while because you are goning to be completely okay!

A huge lawsuit for ‘unfair dismissal’ would help to set things right.

“The current advice from health experts is that vaccination against COVID 19 protects individuals against serious illness and death but does not impact transmission for the current COVID 19 variants circulating in NSW” – Commissioner’s Update

The latest “NSW respiratory surveillance reports – COVID-19 and influenza” figures (for the week 2 – 8 October, 2022), show:

Hospitalisations
VACCINATED 153
UNVACCINATED 0
UNKNOWN 55

So how do these “health experts” conclude that COVID ‘vaccination’ protects against serious illness?

As has been speculated, Australia is being used as a trial by the WEF/Technocrats for the USA as it has similar land mass but a much smaller population – c330 million vs. c26 million. Not sure I believe the 99% compliance to get a jab as they have lied about these figures in the UK and other countries.

Yeah, the latest figures (from 13/10/22, at https dot slash slash www dot health dot gov dot au slash resources slash collections slashcovid-19-vaccination-rollout-update), claim that:

97% of Australians 16 years and older have been poisoned and
99% of Australians 65 years and older have been poisoned.

I have heard 2 Australians say something like, “If that’s the percentage who’ve had it, I must know all the ones in that small percentage who haven’t” (because I guess they know quite a few unpoisoned people).

This was only ever a requirement at the State level. Federal Govt Departments did not require vaccination for employment with the possible exception of Health Related fields.

Although in the latest government stats (I gave the link in another comment), the Australian Capital Territory supposedly has a 99% rate of poisoning among all residents 30 years and older.

A lot of government workers work there and it has a higher poisoning rate than all the other Australian states and internal territories – so I guess the bigwigs there figured they got a pretty high compliance rate anyway 🙂 .
