Parents separated from their daughter for objecting to her gender “transition” must, under threat of criminal charges, hand over documents to enable her legal “sex change,” a Swiss court has ruled.
The court ruled against the parents who had appealed an order to hand over the documents. Backed by ADF International, they will seek to appeal this loss.
The parents have been separated from their child, now 16, for over a year by court order after they objected to her gender “transition.”
The father said: “We are deeply saddened that this nightmare situation continues.
“Not only has the state separated us from our daughter because we objected to her ‘transition’, but we are now being threatened with criminal charges if we do not aid in her ‘legal transition’ by handing over legal documents.”

A viral video of the parents explaining their tragic story, reposted on Twitter (X) by Billboard Chris has 1 million views and was commented on by Elon Musk who said: “Same thing is happening in California.”
The video posted by Billboard Chris was accompanied with the following comment.
The Swiss government has stolen a child from her parents after they refused to give their girl puberty blockers!
For more than a year, she has been placed in a government home, and authorities may now begin medically transitioning her without her parents’ consent!
“We, as parents, are facing an alliance between the school, the Swiss Child Protection Agency, the Swiss hospital in Geneva, and we feel powerless.
“About three years ago, coming out of the pandemic, our daughter informed us that she was a boy. We understood that she was going through a difficult period in her life. We agreed to seek medical advice.
“When we first went to the Geneva hospital, the nurse showed her a ‘gender unicorn’ and it was based on this gender unicorn that we were instructed by the hospital to begin treating her as a boy.
“We were told she needed puberty blockers.
“The school got involved. Everyone at the school, the teachers, the administrators, started to call our daughter a male name.
“We were very clear with the school, that we did not believe it was up to the school to socially transition our daughter. We learned that the school psychologist was getting in and was feeding my daughter with materials, putting her in contact with Le Refuge.
“Le Refuge is a transgender advocacy organisation and has taken our daughter down the path of believing that she’s a boy in a girl’s body.
“Le Refuge convinced the daughter that her psychotherapist was ‘transphobic’. She immediately ended the treatment.
“Eventually the Swiss Child Protection Agency, with the school’s support, brought a case against us in the Swiss court system.”
The parents have lost their daughter, spent tens of thousands in legal fees, and could soon be sentenced.

Before this ruling, Kellie-Jay Keen, Steven Edginton, Billboard Chris and Amy Gallagher commented on the case.

Amy Gallagher said: “These parents have had their child taken from them by a state that is captured by gender ideology. The Swiss authorities should take into account the outcomes of the Cass Report and the increasing view that affirmation of transgenderism is dangerous.”

Parents separated from daughter – is the child now the ward of the court / state?
Why doesn’t the state do the paperwork because the child is now under the care of the authorities? Did I miss something or is the state not allowed to do this?
The birth registration process made the “child” a Ward of The State.
Both parents are now the guardian of State property with limited parental rights.
Most likely the Corporate State does not want to be liable for any complications and thus it is forcing liability on the guardians of State property.
When mums/dads choose whether knowingly or unknowingly to be part of the legal fiction world, Child Protection Services can take/steal a child on a whim.
Children are big business for these corrupt Corporate entities.

My heart truly breaks for these parents and their daughter. Legal adulthood in Switzerland comes at 18 so what we have here is a host of psychopathic adults in authority acting like a cult, completely isolating a child from her parents, other family, friends, community, to coerce, push, brainwash, and immerse her into a course of action she has no real grasp of and will set her on a course of mental and physical problems for life because her initial mental health issues have not been addressed. She will never be happy, she will be on drugs for life, she will have her young body mutilated, she may never be able to reconnest with those from her old life and will find it almost impossible to forge true bonds to give her true support and confidence. All of this puts her life at serious risk, and her parents will wither and grieve for the rest of their days.

Parents need to learn. A child in law is regarded as your property. Until age of majority. So if the court intents to trespass, harm on your property and or commit Barratry. That court is no court. It is a corporation acting in colour of law only and must be prosecuted for crime.
It takes standing to prosecute a crime. Dead legal fiction persons have zero standing. Land and Soil jurisdiction is where standing derives itself from. Sea jurisdiction has zero standing if one is always treading water.
Administration courts are not courts of Law. They are banks. Bench = bank. They do not hear nor administer Law.
“Child” is legalese as is “parent”.

Have the parents considered taking to court that if the child was born in the wrong body, it therefore must have a Soul that is male and not female. Thus the Satanists admit that the Soul exists. It is Spiritual and cannot have a gender, as gender is ascribed to the human, and other mammalian species of Earth.
