The House of Lords has opened an inquiry into the agreement the UK government has signed with Ukraine.  To this end, the House of Lords’ International Agreements Committee is currently calling for evidence seeking answers to various questions including the benefits and risks of the agreement to the UK.  The call for evidence closes on 10 March 2025.

In a recent article, Clare Wills-Harrison has explored some possible consequences of Keir Starmer’s agreement with Volodymyr Zelensky which may be useful for those who wish to make a submission.

In an article yesterday, we highlighted the ‘One Hundred Year Partnership Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Ukraine’ and its accompanying declaration.  It is a comprehensive agreement of cooperation between the two nations across multiple sectors.

Signed by Keir Starmer and Volodymyr Zelensky on 16 January 2025 in Kyiv, it includes provisions for deepening defence cooperation, fostering technological innovation, enhancing economic ties and promoting social development. It also emphasises the importance of addressing transnational threats and climate challenges, as well as supporting Ukraine’s democratic reforms and human rights initiatives.

The Agreement and its political declaration commits both parties to pursue mutual interests through appropriate forums and encompasses a wide range of topics, including people-to-people links, defence, maritime security, economic cooperation, energy, climate, legal collaboration and cultural exchange. It also includes provisions for collaboration in the fields of science, technology and innovation, and aims to boost the positions of both countries as leaders in these areas.

There seems to be nothing that has been excluded. It brings together experts to advance scientific and technology partnerships, in areas such as healthcare and disease, agri-tech, space and drones.  And cements the UK as a preferred partner for Ukraine’s energy sector, critical minerals strategy and green steel production.

Even education falls under the Agreement which includes plans to support at least 100 schools in Ukraine and launch special programmes between British and Ukrainian universities, the Ukrainian government stated.  It will “build lifelong friendships through classroom projects,” the UK government stated.

Uncontrolled immigration also seems to be on the cards. “After the war, both countries will work to eliminate travel barriers for Ukrainians and Britons,” a press release from the Ukrainian government stated.

According to the Agreement, Starmer and Zelensky have agreed “to work together to uphold the principles of the United Nations (UN) Charter and to support the reform of UN institutions, including reform of the UN Security Council” and that the UK dedicates itself “to supporting Ukraine’s irreversible path to NATO membership.”

The agreement was presented to the UK Parliament on 24 February 2024.  It will remain in force for 100 years from the date of entry into force unless terminated by either party.

All this will cost UK taxpayers no less than £3 billion a year until 2030/31 and for as long as needed.

Were British citizens asked if they wanted this all-encompassing costly agreement with Ukraine?  No.  Were Ukrainians asked? Are they even aware of it?

As Clare Wills-Harrison higlighted in a recent Substack article, after being presented to the House of Lords, the International Agreements Committee initiated an inquiry to assess the tangible benefits of the Agreement, particularly regarding defence and maritime cooperation, and to understand its alignment with Ukraine’s aspirations for NATO membership.

“Anyone can partake [in the inquiry] and if you would like to do so please read the call for evidence here before doing so – Call for Evidence – Committees – UK Parliament. The deadline for submissions is 10 March 2025,” Wills-Harrison noted.

The Agreement is also being referred to as a treaty by both the Government and corporate media.  The call for evidence document states, ”The Partnership comprises both a short, legally binding treaty and a more detailed non-binding political declaration.”

In her article, Wills-Harrison explores whether this document is an “agreement” or a “treaty” and why the difference between the two matters:

Wills-Harrison then goes on to describe some of the clauses the Agreement contains and their potential repercussions on both Ukrainian and British citizens.  For example, if it is regarded as a treaty, “we could very well see new domestic laws curbing free speech under the guise of adhering to the terms of Article 7” of the ‘One Hundred Year Partnership Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Ukraine’.

“This document may well serve as a vehicle not only for expanding support to Ukraine – support that has not been subject to our approval – but also as a tool to further erode our rights to free speech and protest, under the pretext of protecting Ukraine and silencing negative commentary about UK/Ukraine policy,” Wills-Harrison warned.

While previously it was a hobby culminating in writing articles for Wikipedia (until things made a drastic and undeniable turn in 2020) and a few books for private consumption, since March 2020 I have become a full-time researcher and writer in reaction to the global takeover that came into full view with the introduction of covid-19. For most of my life, I have tried to raise awareness that a small group of people planned to take over the world for their own benefit. There was no way I was going to sit back quietly and simply let them do it once they made their final move.

With the UK – Ukraine Agreement, the Globalists have started their final march toward Global Government control. This effort would have gone smoother if Trump didn’t ruin the Globalist Plans to directly destroy the U.S. as Biden’s Open Border among other policies greatly weakened their National Security and Economy. This UK – Ukraine Agreement should be viewed as a direct attack on Freedoms and an attack on Humanity calling into account is the Globalists goal of 90% Global Depopulation to fight “Climate Change”. If the UK and other Globalists can push Russia into using Nukes, that 90% reduction should be very achievable. If Trump can intervene we will probably not have Nukes used and we might move toward peace which Globalists are directly against. Know that Starmer is directly a WEF Globalists and the non-advertised mission will be for you to be… depopulated. Choose your political support carefully.

The nuclear option is not an option and has been used for decades to keep the global population in fear and under control – even the so-called atomic bombs dropped over hiroshima and nagasaki were in fact fire bombs – having visited hiroshima and observed that brick/stone buildings such as bridges and the famous landmark were left unscathed but the wooden buildings were burnt to the ground (most were wood), it is quite obvious it was fire bombed – in addition survivors jumped into the river to escape the flames and some still lived to a ripe old age which would not be the case if it had been atomic bombed as the radiation would have killed them – i’ve also read articles that pour doubt on the viability of ballistic nuclear missiles as the chemical reaction to detonate the war head would melt the missle well before the target. Even if they could detonate a nuclear bomb i doubt that the cabal would want to risk killing themselves and making the planet inhospitable for 1,000 of years – even if they supposedly have bunkers these would not save them – if they ever poked their heads outside they would be killed by any survivors – the cabal love to control everything and the nuclear option would be chaotic and unpredictable – more likely the convid jabs and/or geoengineering chemicals will be the depopulation tools.

you haven’t considered the main venal upshot of this “agreement”…..
it will bend UK politics in toto, towards Ukrainian Nationalism….like Zionism does for the US. Once you commit a monetary annuity in perpetuity to an entity, you empower that entity to BUY your politicians in perpetuity using the same money they gave you, to lobby for even more money…….watch……if this gets ratified………time to bail out of the ship!

Treason against who? He rules over the people and serves rothschild, who owns everything through blackrock etc. The “police” serve “the crown” (rothschild). The army are there to fight their wars and kill anyone in britain who steps out of line. The “judiciary” lock up anyone who tries to change anything (assange and thousands of others). Everything you say and do is illegal and, unless you’re rich, you’re forced to live in a slum surrounded by drug dealers and the lovely migrants, who you’re forced to love. Your water is poisoned with “flouride” to “keep you healthy”, your food is poisoned by pesticides and then processed to oblivion to remove any goodness that tried to survive and your entire media, “main stream” or “alternate” is controlled by rothschild.

If you wait long enough, there’ll be petitions and “questions asked in parliament”. Enjoy the show while you still have the “right” to eat.

Does anyone remember the english civil war? It happened because henry the whatever wanted to get his leg over yet another strumpet who wouldn’t come across with the goods unless he married her, which the pope objected to. Anyway, cromwell won and everyone got a tiny slice of land to live on. Then the “royalists” came back, some more “royals” turned up and all the land went back to the (censored). Later, even those “royals” died out and they had to import more germans to pretend to be the “royals” in 1915, which was the exact same year the (censored) world council announced the “great reset”, but that was just a coincidence, obviously. Meantime, churchill firebombed dresden and firebombed/atomic bombed two cities in japan because “they deserved it”. Laughably, most of the world thinks the british (and the “migrants”) “elect” the “prime minister” of britain, just like they think the british want their country overrun and destroyed. Well, enough of history. Where’s my lager and porn?

This Treaty or Whatever, reads to me, as if Starmer and Zelenski had already figured out that President Trump would be looking for a return on funds supporting Ukraine, and GB just happens to hold this piece of dangerous paper. I certainly hope that the British Nation are made aware of the consequences.

Are people waking up?
Starmer proposed his “long attachment” to Ukraine even before Trump’s in your face showdown with Zel in the Oval Office. But it appears The Starmer proposal was fluff….meant to be “ratified” by UK Parliament ONLY contingent on USA providing security guarantees (which could be backdoored into by way of minerals mining agreements). How shifty and shimmery are Anglo politricks? World beware the Anglo!

This is exactly how WW 1 started. All nations involved had agreements/treaties with each other and when things got complicated, the die was cast. With their hands tied by treaty obligations, WW 1 was inevitable. All it took was one act of terrorism by one man to trigger the four year slaughter.
Watch “37 Days” a great expose of how it only took 37 days to commit to war.
Starmer is a donkey of the first order, a dumb ass dimwit with loyalties to the WEF, overriding his obligations to the UK. He showed his colours when he rubbished Trump as a potential next US president. What a prat!
This donkey will drag us all to war, doing the bidding of the WEF and their globalist money soaked backers. He is a quisling and should be tried and hung.
