Slovak MP Peter Kotlár says that mRNA vaccines contain genetic material capable of modifying human DNA. A person in whom this “vaccine” DNA has integrated with their own DNA is a genetically modified organism, he said.

Dr. Peter Kotlár, a Member of the Slovak Parliament who was appointed to lead the government’s investigation into covid, held a press conference on Thursday saying that in some cases the DNA content in mRNA injections was higher than mRNA and that humans who had been injected with so-called mRNA vaccines are officially classified as genetically modified organisms. Kotlár also said that he had informed the heads of the US HHS and the FBI about their findings:
“My primary task is to uphold the Constitution, and as a doctor, I have the duty and the right to protect the health of Slovak citizens. Yesterday, I also informed the US Minister of Health and Human Services [HHS] by letter, Mr. Robert Kennedy Jr., who confirmed receipt. Furthermore, the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation [FBI] Kash Patel and Pamela Bondi, the US Attorney General, were also informed.
“34 batches from Pfizer and Moderna have been analysed so far, which were stored according to the proper cold chain and only those that were used for the Slovak population during the covid-19 epidemic. Today, I will present the most significant result of the analysis.
“The results of the analysis of all, I repeat, all analysed batches proved that in every single vial, there is an extremely high amount of DNA, a vector that encodes the cassette for the synthesis of the S-protein, if not other proteins as well. Almost in the same amount as mRNA, DNA is also present there. In three cases, the DNA content is even higher than the mRNA. This can no longer even be considered an mRNA vaccine. This genetic code for the synthesis of the S-protein, this information stored in this DNA, is stable compared to mRNA, can integrate into human nuclear DNA, and subsequently, such a human organism becomes – I’m not afraid to say officially – a genetically modified organism.”
As Aussie17 noted, “DNA contamination has now been found in 11 independent laboratory tests, with this one being the first official government acknowledgement.”
Pandemic-Vaccine Industry in a Panic
In January 2024, Prime Minister Robert Fico appointed Dr. P Peter Kotlár to lead an investigation into what happened during the covid era. “The Slovak public simply needs an answer. Needs an answer about vaccination, what it actually was. Why people were vaccinated with various experimental vaccines. Why all sorts of drugs were pushed into people,” Mr. Fico said.
In October 2024, Kotlár’s report was submitted to the government. He then gave a press conference.

The report’s findings upset and seemingly panicked the pandemic-vaccine industry. The Slovak Spectator wrote: “Recently, the government received his report, compiled in collaboration with disinformation agents, which controversially recommends halting the use of mRNA vaccines in Slovakia.”
The Slovak Spectator went on to list all the people and organisations that were attempting to bury Kotlár’s findings. The Health Ministry has also dismissed Kotlár’s conclusions. Scientists at the Virology Institute of the Biomedical Centre of the Slovak Academy of Sciences have expressed deep concern over Kotlár’s statements, urging the government to handle his report with extreme caution to avoid isolating Slovakia from the international community.
The attacks on Kotlár continue. In response to Kotlár’s press conference on Thursday, Euractive wrote, “Slovak MP Peter Kotlár … has long been known as an anti-vaxxer, who spreads disinformation about the covid-19, even questioning that Slovakia never had a pandemic but was a victim of ‘bioterrorism’.
As The Slovak Spectator had done last year, Euractive mustered up “experts” in a desperate attempt to debunk Kotlár’s statements. Infectious disease specialist Peter Sabaka dismissed Kotlár’s suggestion that vaccinated people were “genetically modified,” stating that the genetic information in mRNA-based vaccines does not integrate into human cells. Slovakia’s State Institute for Drug Control (“ŠÚKL”) repeated the “safe and effective” mantra. “All assessments and analyses conducted on mRNA vaccines by European medicines agencies have confirmed the efficacy, safety and quality,” ŠÚKL spokesperson Martina Štesková said.

Some Slovak politicians are also attempting to silence Kotlár. Euractive highlighted that one MP has accused Kotlár of having no evidence, misusing his position and insulting “scientists, healthcare workers, and pandemic victims.” The opposition party KDH (EPP) called on Prime Minister Fico to remove Kotlár from office. “The party warned that spreading misinformation about mRNA vaccines could worsen public health crises in the future,” Euractive said. And a day before Kotlár’s press conference, President Peter Pellegrini urged the government to focus on an objective review of pandemic measures rather than conspiracy theories.
The false narrative that vaccines are “safe and effective” has been in its death throes for years. And there is only a minority of people who still believe the “safe and effective” mantra and spurious claims of “conspiracy theories” to silence those who challenge the pandemic-vaccine industry’s false narratives. The minority will not be enough to save those who push harmful and ineffective “vaccines” onto the public. And history will not be kind to The Slovak Spectator and Euractive, as well as the “experts” and politicians they quote who are desperately attempting to keep the crimes of past “pandemics” hidden and their hopes for future “pandemics” alive.

Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis is the most researched and used bioweapon in history. It has an IRES. Other viruses with IRES’s are picornaviruses, such as ‘Encephalomyocarditis virus’.

The concerns, unfortunately, do not end there. CRISPR/CAS9 was designed for population diffusion (inheritable traits). It replaces the gene on both sides of the double helix, thus ensuring that the modified gene gets passed to offspring.

Yes other proteins, they use viruses with IRES’s. The IRES prints multiple proteins. Additionally, they can pack a protein into the poly-A tail and print that out using ribosomal frameshifting. I heavily suspect that it isn’t “DNA contamination”, but rather purposely placed proteins wrapped in the IRES. Keep in mind, the Moderna patent alone lists 1500 proteins, and 11+ are related to ovaries.
It is of upmost importance to remember that these were known risks. EUA immunity required known risks to be conveyed or immunity was lost, which it was.
Human patenting was authorized by the corrupt SCOTUS in 2013 with the Myriad case. Given the information in the patents, the risk of becoming an GMO was also known, but not conveyed by medical personnel.
Every test kit came with Fact Sheets for Healthcare Providers. In each one there is a “risks to the patient” section. No one was informed that their test, false positive or otherwise, placed their family and friends at risk of being isolated and monitored even though they never took a test.

One of the concerning proteins they found is OriP. This is actually a region of the Epstein-Barr virus and is used with the SV40 gene for transcription into the genome. In other words, looks intentional.

Females who took this need to get their genes checked. This information is aside from the IRES and it’s multiple proteins, which present enormous risk. These genes are used for targeting and transfection, but what gets transfected? There are 1500 proteins listed in the patents. One of these genes is C1ORF134, which was removed from genebanks on October 7 (shocker) 2020. This is a secretory peptide. Meaning, anything they tag with it will get secreted from the cell and travel. C1ORF134 sits on cytogenetic band 1p36.13, which is where 1p36 Deletion Syndrome occurs and is a listed side effect. Even worse, there is the PLA2G2A gene right next door. This gene has the same effects in the brain as snake venom. Again, they removed it from genebanks.

1. There is no high DNA content in any covid vaccine. Many laboratories use fluorometry to identify DNA levels, this also counts mRNA levels (which in vaccines is a lot), totally overestimating DNA values. 2. Vaccine mRNA is produced via culture cells and plasmid DNA that contain the spike protein gene. Once the mRNA has been obtained, the purification process takes place with the addition of DNases that degrade all the DNA present. Plasmid DNA may remain in the vaccine but it has a very short duration and degrades immediately, it is not able to integrate into cellular DNA, especially when there are no enzymes that help it such as reverse transcriptase and above all integrase and many others. Not to mention that plasmid DNA tends to be too large to enter the nucleus through nuclear pores and would be immediately recognized as foreign DNA and immediately degraded.
