Dr. Jessica Weinkle is an associate professor at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Her research interests are broadly in the area of science, policy and politics, with current projects examining issues of climate science and conflicts of interest, regulatory capture and state-level science advice.
She holds a doctorate in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her Substack page is called ‘Conflicted’. She is also an author for The Breakthrough Institute.
Last year, on 26 June 2024, the Freedom Research Podcast interviewed Dr. Weinkle. She said:
“There is a business interest in maintaining the scenarios, and maintaining a specific conception of our climate change future. It’s an analytical industry. It’s tied into the financial industry. And it seems to be a thriving industry.
“When you have the financial system, the global financial system – when you have central banks, when you have major insurance corporations, reinsurance corporations, when you have real estate entities or those that are governing mortgages – when you have them relying on a certain construction generated by science or technical models, rather, then that’s a lot of weight on global climate change or the IPCC to hold on to those conceptions because it’s holding up this entire industry that has engaged itself with the financial institutions of the world.
“The IPCC was not built for that purpose to undergird the financial system. It was built to provide science advice to nations and to help facilitate practical policy at the UN level.
“At this point, because you have a lot of people that are deeply embedded within the IPCC also consulting with financially oriented groups, and because the IPCC work has become embedded within and as a legitimacy for this climate analytics industry, it’s a lot of pressure to keep things the way that it is, to keep the narrative the way that it is.”

This is what I know about climate change.
Last week we had two sunny days in the UK, not a Chemtrail in sight.
So the US just had a national holiday, so the pilots who Chemtrail had a day off.
I have noticed this over the last 15 years.
We are being sprayed by the US military.
Nobody wants to talk about the Climate change Chemrtails.

Although the pilots are US military, they do not set off from the US.
The US has military airbases over all the world.
Even the small UK, has three or more US airbases.
I have tracked the Chemtrail aircraft using Planefinder.
All people that are able to fully understand what a “Ponzi” scheme is need to make the connection with those schemes have with almost every government policy from taxation downwards. The financial sector purports to oversee such schemes and stop them before they do harm but yet they abound under official support and recognition. Climate change is, from any perspective, a Ponzi scheme. The rich and powerful defrauding the worlds population.
The ONLY people who talking about suddenly concern about mother earth obviously from the family of smelly crabs in crotch BS practice decades of polluting the earth via big tech industries/companies.
Now, they are filthy rich by destroying the environment and future of human civilization both mentally and physically, suddenly howling.
Why no one are bringing up the history of these people these family tree who destroying and endangered every living creatures before just for the gain of money, power and riches.
She indicates that she agrees that carbon drives climate change and has to be addressed. ‘Everything/All Truthful Science’ on that subject says she’s as wrong as the global banking system. Look it up.
Look up what the % of carbon in our atmosphere is today. Then look up what would be the healthiest % of carbon in the air for the health of food, humans . . . everything alive. Every major greenhouse operation in Canada has devices producing and pumping ‘extra’ CO2 into them . . . and look at the size of the products they grow compared to what you can do in your home garden.
