Using the example of Lindsay Clancy, Benjamin Bartee explains how psychiatrists treat patients as cash cows without giving a moment’s thought to the effects of the copious amount of drugs they dish out to “treat” a condition.
Why aren’t psychiatrists held accountable for the damage and harm they’re causing?
Bartee explains: If you poison someone, call it “medicine” and then smear anyone who raises suspicions as a “conspiracy theorist,” all of a sudden you’re off scot-free – and well-paid.

Psychiatry as Diabolical Pseudoscience: The Sordid Tale of Lindsay Clancy
By Benjamin Bartee, 19 August 2026
“The ten most terrifying words in the English language are: I’m from the psych ward, and I’m here to help.”—The Gipper
Lindsay Clancy, currently on trial, allegedly strangled her own three children in the basement of the family home with exercise bands in January 2023. She had seen multiple psychiatrists over the course of the previous four months.
If you ever had any doubt that the field of psychiatry is populated by degenerate sociopaths who practice alchemical witchcraft with seemingly no remorse for the lives they destroy, I present to you the grilling of Lindsay Clancy’s psychiatric nurse, who prescribed psychotropic drug after drug after drug until she achieved the catastrophic results that, in retrospect, seem inevitable.

From September 2022 until she allegedly murdered her own family and jumped out of a two-story window in January 2023, Clancy was dosed with no fewer than 13 psychotropic pharmaceutical drugs furnished by multiple providers, none of whom bothered to coordinate their prescribed regimens despite knowing that she was seeing other doctors and suffering extreme side effects:
- Sertraline
- Lorazepam
- Hydroxyzine
- Clonazepam
- Buspirone
- Amitriptyline
- Trazodone
- Fluoxetine
- Zolpidem
- Mirtazapine
- Quetiapine
- Diazepam
- Lamotrigine
Clancy’s psychiatrist, Dr. Jennifer Tufts with the dead eyes – she appears to perhaps be drinking the proverbial Kool-Aid herself, as it were – testified that she had conducted all of Clancy’s “therapy” sessions, which lasted a grand total of 17 minutes, via Zoom or its equivalent, via what they call in the business “telehealth.”
She literally had never seen Clancy, her own patient to whom she prescribed numerous hard drugs simultaneously, in the flesh until she testified at the trial, a fact which Clancy’s attorney drew out of her disastrous testimony.
Tufts further admitted under examination that she never even administered the standard diagnostic test for post-partum depression, the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (“EPDS”). What’s more, she was forced to concede she wasn’t even familiar with its specifics.
Indeed, Lindsay repeatedly reported to the respected healthcare professionals tasked with her healing that the drugs they gave her only spiralled her further into psychosis:
- She felt “like a zombie.”
- “I started having very intrusive thoughts that I never had before.”
- “feeling like I am going to die” in response to Remeron
- “dark thoughts.”
- Feelings of developing addiction to Ativan.*
(How could they have known which drugs were doing what, one might wonder, given that she was taking a dozen different ones? Obviously, they couldn’t have. Rather, they sprayed the target indiscriminately with automatic pharma gunfire and hoped something would land.)
*Author’s note: Having withdrawn from benzodiazepines myself, let me assure anyone who hasn’t: if there is a hell, where these doctors are headed, it’s probably a lot like benzo withdrawal. (Of course, “the Experts” never warn any of their patients of the addiction risk when dispensing them like candy, and many literally don’t know the risk exists.)
(The woman in the video above later killed herself.)
Clancy brought her concerns to her trusted healthcare providers. To help their patient through her drug-induced psychosis, their solution was to give her new ones. And then some more. Just to sort of see what happened.
Then the cops find three strangled kids in a basement and a woman lying in the snow under a window, having jumped out, with a core body temperature of 82 degrees.
The modern psychiatrist’s modus operandi:
- Zoom in on the “telehealth” call.
- Ask the patient what their deal is.
- Demonstrate your deep empathy via copious nodding with furrowed brow.
- Click buttons on your autonomous diagnostic computer program (“sad,” “anxious,” “suicidal ideation,” etc).
- Dispense the drugs the computer program recommends.
- Get the cash cow off the screen. Time is money.

Why Not Prosecute The Shrinks?
In short, the psychiatric industry very likely murdered Clancy’s children.
Of course, all of Clancy’s doctors maintain plausible deniability, with the default presumption that Clancy was already mentally ill before they ever “treated” her – ergo, she probably would’ve killed her children anyway.
If you shoot someone in the head with a revolver, there’s some fairly straightforward cause-and-effect that doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to piece together – and a plethora of forensic evidence.
If, on the other hand, you poison them, call it “medicine” and then smear anyone who raises suspicions as a “conspiracy theorist,” all of a sudden you’re off scot-free – and well-paid.
Even if their culpability were plain, the industry pays enough bribes to lawmakers and law enforcement to ensure that none of the perpetrators are ever held civilly, let alone criminally, liable.

Back in the 1960’s, I first learned a little about Sigmund Freud, on whose beliefs all psychiatry is based. I learned, approximately, that he believed all normal little boys want to kill their fathers and marry their mothers, and a lot of women claim to have been victims of incest when it’s only their fantasy. I thought, this guy has built a fake science based on encouraging unhealthy male urges and claiming females who were entrapped and raped as children are only making it up. I also learned that he plagiarized a significant portion of his theories from a doctor who was not as aggressively self-aggrandizing as Freud himself.
Anybody who would willingly dream this stuff up, perhaps to justify his own sick urges, and push it on others who have real issues they want to resolve is cruel and power mad. I resolved not to give any credit to anything psychiatric because it would either be a deluded person or a nut case trying the scam me. Better throw out the baby, if there is one, with the bath water than risk being drowned in his madness yourself.
Drugs are the extreme end-version of the psychiatry scam. You’re treated in a way that makes you worse while those giving the treatment cut the time they spend with you to the bare minimum. The longer you suffer, the more they profit.
This is not the case with all mental disorders and all drugs, of course. Some mental health professionals really do want to help and are leery of freakish theories and harmful drugs. But their professions are still ruled by the deluded and the scammers.
Look at how many of them support extreme physical mutilation, mind-twisting fantasizing and anti-social behavior in the name of transgenderism. ‘Nuff said.
