On Thursday, the National Infrastructure Commission published its latest assessment of the UK government’s progress in implementing its commitments on infrastructure.  The report has suggested that compulsory smart meters are crucial to fight the “real and growing risk” of drought.

The National Infrastructure Commission is an Executive Agency of HM Treasury and its commissioners are appointed by the Chancellor.  Currently, there are 10 commissioners.  The Commission aims to provide the government with impartial, expert advice on major long-term infrastructure challenges.

Although it’s not the subject of this article, perhaps we should question how independent the commissioners’ advice is and whose advice they are giving.  For example, its deputy chair Julia Prescot is also co-chair of the Global Infrastructure Facility – a G20, World Bank and multilateral bank-promoted organisation. Professor Jim Hall Freng, another commissioner, is a member of the Prime Minister’s Council for Science and Technology. NIC commissioner Nick Winser is on the Board of Greencoat UK Wind, an investment company that invests in UK wind farms.

Reporting on the Commission’s infrastructure assessment report released on Thursday, 16 May 2024, The Telegraph said:

Even though the article was exclusively about NIC’s report and the UK, The Telegraph shared the graphic below about global water demand.

Last year, the World Economic Forum (“WEF”) and the United Nations (“UN”) joined forces to initiate the next crisis – water.  In March 2023, the UN held its first Water Conference in 46 years.

According to an article published by WEF, the Special Envoys for Water from the Conference’s two host countries, Netherlands and Tajikistan, said: “We hope it could result in a ‘Paris moment’ for water – with outcomes as critical for water as the Paris Agreement has been for climate action.”

On the Conference’s website, the UN notes: “Water is a dealmaker for the Sustainable Development Goals … But our progress on water-related goals and targets remains alarmingly off track, jeopardising the entire sustainable development agenda.”

Is it merely a coincidence that water alarmism is appearing in reports just a little over a year after the UN Water Conference?

Referring to The Telegraph’s report and the claims NIC made about water, Not a Lot Of People Know That shared what was happening in the real world by displaying two graphs from the UK Meteorological Office (“Met Office”).

As noted by The Telegraph, the NIC report also criticised the Government’s progress in cutting greenhouse gas emissions, especially from the domestic boilers relied on by 25 million homes for heat and hot water. It urged ministers to bring in radical new measures to persuade households to replace boilers with heat pumps.

So many “tipping points” and false predictions have been made over the decades by climate alarmists and now net zero zealots that Watts Up With That has dedicated a section on its website to keep track of them.  Titled the ‘Failed Prediction Timeline’, there are 12 pages, each containing several failed predictions.  You can filter the predictions for a particular topic, such as heatwaves, hurricanes or famine.  Or you can filter by year or who made the prediction.

You can access the ‘Failed Prediction TimelineHERE.

While previously it was a hobby culminating in writing articles for Wikipedia (until things made a drastic and undeniable turn in 2020) and a few books for private consumption, since March 2020 I have become a full-time researcher and writer in reaction to the global takeover that came into full view with the introduction of covid-19. For most of my life, I have tried to raise awareness that a small group of people planned to take over the world for their own benefit. There was no way I was going to sit back quietly and simply let them do it once they made their final move.

I cannot use “smart” meters as I am electro-sensitive that’s why I don’t have one for my electric and gas!? People are unaware of the effect they have always being connected by Microwaves!!! Climate Change is a misnomer and if you check HAARP you’ll find that this diabolical enormous microwave transmitter in Alaska and 5 other countries is to alter the weather patterns! Check it out. Also Climate Change is a big money spinner for companies to make a fortune. The climate has always changed every so often, humanity is not the cause it is a natural process!

Water wars are going to be very real soon. In the UK, whilst it appears that there has been a lot of rain, what there has actually been for the last few weeks (after the very real deluge of the spring) is lots of grey skies, but with very little actual rain. The spraying of the skies at the moment is not cloud seeding, but rather desiccation, the natural rain clouds get sucked up into that hazy grey layer and then moved around by satellite/radar (presumably to be seeded somewhere else). The ground is getting drier and drier, if this is allowed to continue, by August we are going to be in a real drought. And then, no doubt, like the past two years, it will once more rain in torrents… Drown the seeds when they are planted, stunt, with the heat, any crops that do germinate, saturate the stunted crops at harvest time… Unfortunately the torrents of rain at this point don’t deep water they ground, they only serve to wash away the topsoil making the ground even less fertile, ready for the cycle to repeat the next year. As an added bonus for the climate change hoaxers, the chemicals in the desiccant sprays turn the ground and vegetation into tinder ready for the outbreak of “unprecedented wild fires”… I wish I knew how we can stop this evil. (PS, after the demise of the Ash Trees in Britain over the last few years, I’m starting to get really worried about our majestic oak trees….)

explains why my seeded flowers grow fantastic indoors then flop when put outside ;-(

I start them off indoors and grow outdoors under solar run grolights.

Just got handed 30 old windows with glass. Going to catch the water and then allow it to flow to the plants to stop torrential rain destroying them.

I also use fish water from my pond for nutrients the black sludge is really good.

Same here. The sky is almost constantly grey due to chemtrailing mainly and the weather is very cold.

The whole farce started at the spring of 2020, a very dry spring followed a very dry summer. Before that the weather was normal, we never had to worry about rain, it was only one or two summer weeks we had to water the plants outside.

It’s not natural. They do it and the irony is that we have man made climate change, because of their messing with the weather.

When was the last time you saw a decent summer storm with lightning and the rest? I can’t recall. They were frequent before 2020.

That is what I have observed, Abi, and guess what? They are telling us we are having more Northern Lights in two weeks – mid summer?

Hitherto unheard of!

I wrote a comment yesterday to that article discussing the weird(ly only red) “northern” lights. I stumbled into an interesting comment on youtube, HAARP’ channel. The guy wrote that he saw man made red northern lights around 1980 when satellite was blown up. Satellite’ balloons are filled with helium.
I found suspicious the Malone narrative, mainly because of Malone himself who is neither honest nor our friend.
They somehow ionize the upper layers but I don’t know much about it, Mark Steele maybe.
True northern light is not only red but has many colours.

I observed 2 more things, first that almost all of the fruit trees were full with flowers but dropped everything, all which in the past produced reliably, sometimes a bit more or less, now they are completely empty but started to produce new branches (a lot) and very fast. What affected them in this way?
The second is sadly malformations in newborn animals, a lot, half almost can’t survive. Never seen this before, ever but I know one thing, frequencies influence and direct development with changing the polarizations as needed, if that is disturbed then the result is abnormal development.

Your comment makes sense-as usual!

My apple and pear trees have pretty much “dropped everything” as you say. The fruits get up to about half an inch, then turn yellowish and drop! Hardly seen a bee this year either. The leaves however are flourishing! My plum tree is doing real well (so far!), the raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries are coming through, but still early days.

My lettuces have gone into overdrive! But the really weird thing is that I sowed lettuce seeds yesterday and today green shoots have appeared!

Exactly the same here Islander, berries are ok, fruit trees are not, the ‘wire’ (don’t know the English word) which holds the fruit to the tree, turns yellow, lifeless and drops the fruit.

I read somewhere that when the tree works hard on new branches and leaves, the tree struggles, as if you would be more lungs to have enough oxygen, not a good sign, the tree scarified the fruits for survival due to more leaves needed to survive (what?).

More green = more struggle to survive.
Not good news even if it looks nice.

The word you’re looking for Abi is stem.

I tried to upload a photo of my shot fruits, but the Expose’s attachment link won’t accept 4mb.

This isn’t good…

The BBC are telling us to expect more (fake) Northern Lights in about two weeks due to increased solar activity.

I believe we can expect widespread power/internet outages-so be prepared. I hope I’m wrong.

I start to worry when it affects the water supply…. it is summer, warm enough, light enough, I know not everyone can share my point of view but a couple of days without communication or even power won’t kill us.

I am more worried about the health effect of this type of messing, plants, trees, animals, us.

Very cold and grey today-haven’t seen the horizon for nearly two weeks now. Folk living inland wouldn’t be aware of this phenomenon.

Not everywhere, they spare their “properties”, I am just back from the Canaries, they sprayed the island heavily, but there were no franken-clouds above the ocean.
They not equally ruining the earth, they just ruining us, most likely for land-grab.

Make it simple. Unusual lights = ionization.
They have several ways to do that.
They sport on it probably to raise the fear level and the climate change half-hoax (half because they are messing with the weather and know well how to do that).
Fear porn 24/7 since 2020 spring, but how much really affects us? (Just my line of thoughts)
The more disturbance, the more fear, they are closer to make us beg to make order (their order).
They for sure work hard for famine and starvation, food is currency, I mean, when no one buys anything “fancy”, food is the no1 stuff to blackmail us into compliance. The other is water.

I really don’t know how they do this, but I am sure they somehow do this, affecting “new life”, trees, fruits, animals or us, blocking the healthy new born pattern.

There is no country called Great Britain; there never was. Great Britain is an international business structure cemented together by four National Trusts which have all been breached. Yet, strangely, the British Empire, a derivative of Great Britain, existing in the Jurisdiction of the Air, continues to have a life of its own nearly a century (1926) after its purported renunciation of Colonialism, peonage and slavery. Just as the Brits substituted themselves and their State of State organizations for our American State of State organizations after the so-called Civil War, and just as they are still trying to sneak into our Federal Republic and substitute their version of “a” Federal Republic for ours, they lied and never gave up Colonialism, peonage, or slavery. They simply changed jurisdictions, rebranded themselves as the UK, incorporated their business enterprises, and sailed right on, substituting Corporatism for Colonialism. They continued their practices of indentured servitude and enslavement, only now, they used paper instead of chains. They replaced their military with another kind of “Uniformed Officers” instead, and coined another oxymoron, “civilian military” to describe the weaponized Bar Attorneys, Medical Doctors, Registered Nurses, University Professors, and other Licensed and Regulated Professionals that they unleashed on the unsuspecting world. The vast majority of these people were conscripted under force of illegal licensure and were never even made aware of all the “professional obligations” to be imposed on them by the British Guild system and such innocuous-sounding organizations as the American Bar Association and American Medical Association and the National Banking Association and the National Education Association and so on, which have been used to coerce the members of these professions to commit crimes and accept payola for doing so. Business as usual for the British Crown.

Smart meters … then drop the standing charge for water. In the UK I used to use the minimal amount of water years ago mainly showering etc. The problem is no matter how much water I saved my bill was always the same because of the extortionate standing charge.

That standing charge should be removed and a true cost for a unit of water used.

Then if a person decides to use no water they have no cost. Now when government turns of your water or rations it then you are no paying for the standing charge.

Right now an elderly pensioner not using much water is subsidizing those who use far more water with the standing charge.

UK government … Extortion INC.

Whenever they bothered about implementing murderous plans? The vax, the hospital protocols, the fluoride in the water, the level of e-smog, the junk food, messing with the weather in the name of solar management, the materials in the chemtrail (Mark Steele now has a substrack, worth to follow).
As long as they can explain of the majority of sheep, they can get away with it.

I rather pay, it is demanding, more than 200 for half a year but I don’t want to be controlled on how many water I use. As the water is poisoned with added stuff like fluoride the osmosis filter system uses lots of water to get rid of it and make it drinkable.

Also – apart from collecting rain water – at least I can water the garden if needed (soon).

They don’t need that. If there is no rain this is because they manage it.
They could cause flood as early as the Devon one, with the management of the RAF, cloud seeding and causing rain is an everyday knowledge (of theirs).

Nobody with any sense is accepting the climate change nonsense. So now the plan is to affect water supplies by rationing, this is to be done to focus the minds of the masses. The protagonists feel that the masses will fully understand a water shortage.
Pipes can be dug up and tapped, the solution to this odious plan will be to share any water available.
