The Gates Foundation gave US$9.5 million to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and principal investigator Yoshihiro Kawaoka to modify H5N1 viruses to preferentially recognise human-type receptors and transmit efficiently in mammals.

It looks as though H5N1, also known as “bird flu,” might just be the next “pandemic” the globalists are planning to unleash – thanks, in part, to a $9.5 million grant the Gates Foundation awarded to the University of Wisconsin – Madison to make H5N1 transmissible to humans and other mammals.
The McCullough Foundation, a project of Dr. Peter McCullough, tweeted that the Gates Foundation gave the $9.5 million to UW-Madison and principal investigator Yoshihiro Kawaoka to modify, possibly through gain-of-function tampering, H5N1 so it will “preferentially recognise human-type receptors and transmit efficiently in mammals.”
Much like bat coronaviruses, which we now know were modified in a laboratory to jump from bats to humans, H5N1 infects birds in its natural state. Building upon the research of Ron Fouchier, who previously modified H5N1 to become airborne transmissible in ferrets, UW-Madison and Kawaoka’s research provides two additional mutations that are needed to make Egyptian H5N1 produce “variants” that have mammalian “transmissibility features.”

The 2006 H5N1 “Pandemic” Never Materialised, So Now They’re Trying It Again
Back in 2006, Kawaoka and colleague Taisuke Horimoto published a study aimed at developing new “vaccines” for H5N1 influenza A viruses. As you may recall if you were around back then, there was a contrived H5N1 scare that went nowhere compared to what happened with covid.
Both poultry and people reportedly contracted H5N1 at that time, which “raised concerns,” according to Kawaoka and Horimoto, “that a new influenza pandemic might occur in the near future.”
“Effective vaccines against H5N1 virus are, therefore, urgently needed,” they added.
An H5N1 pandemic never materialised, of course, so now they are trying it all again. Millions of allegedly infected birds all across the USA have been slaughtered, and now we have the Gates Foundation funnelling cash into more research on H5N1 that conveniently aims to make it more transmissible to humans.
According to UW-Madison, the five-year grant from Gates is all about identifying certain virus “mutations” that the school says Gates wants to know about that “would serve as early warnings of potential pandemic influenza viruses.”
“Early intervention is critical to the control of influenza virus outbreaks,” Kawaoka commented. “But in order to intervene, we rely on early recognition of the pandemic potential of newly emerging influenza viruses.”
A news update about the research states that avian viruses in general do not infect human or other mammalian hosts. It then goes on to state that every once in a while, “a mutation occurs” that changes the game, which is how a pandemic starts.
How that “mutation occurs” is not explained in the article, but Kawaoka and Horimoto are reportedly being paid by Gates to identify an early warning system the moment one does occur that could lead to a global outbreak and pandemic.
“The improved ability to predict whether a virus has pandemic potential would be an invaluable asset to the global community,” Kawaoka added in a statement about the research.
“Millions of lives might be saved if intervention methods – such as social distancing, antiviral compound distribution, and vaccine development / production – could be implemented early.”

This is quite interesting because they have come hard for our poultry and right after Covid or maybe even during they were saying that Bird Flu was becoming more and more widespread even as they were stoking fears of RSV, they were really trying to get people to live in a permanent state of fear coming out with stories of Avian Bird Flu’s and saying that there were mass culls of various livestock and then what do we hear but Mr. Gates getting out there talking about the need for another new vaccine and of course he intends to profit from this system every step of the way. But, I would suggest we might be able go further even than she was willing to go and might actually be able to conceive that even the 1918 Spanish Flu may have been the result of a carefully planned use of a vaccine as a bioweapon though this seems to offend the sensibilities of most people to even suggest such a proposition. The fact is that David Rockefeller was very close to Frederick T. Gates whose son Frederick L. Gates was the one who administered the terrible injections to soldiers at Fort Riley that were admittedly leaky vaccines that should never have been administered for a supposed viral influenza in the first place. This experimental injection was shipped overseas as well, and was being recommended around the nation and globally; even Anthony Fauci in an NIH paper had admitted that the majority who died did not die from the Spanish Flu but a secondary infection of bacterial pneumonia. Since, there were studies around that time as well to determine if a person could be tested to see if they had any particular strain of influenza and to be able to find if infected persons could spread their infection from person to person that failed to produce any proof, and the matter was evidently settled that there was no way to test for influenza and no way to take infected fluids or tissue from one person to infect another person.
The reason that I think we should be looking back further is because the MO has been the exact same for every one of these so called pandemics that ended up with the government going right to getting people to roll up their sleeves. Mike Wallace had put together a piece during the Swine Flu Scandal of 1976 showing this that one soldier was wrongly said to have contracted the Swine Flu from a pig that never happened, they could not even prove anyone else had contracted it. These pandemic seem to have always began with a story of one soldier and a horse, one soldier and a pig, one soldier and a cow or something like this, it just shows that it was only partly true as it may have been gain of function work using tissues from those animals, and the experimental vaccines being used on the soldiers and since they never have been honest about mass vaccinations and the shedding process, well it seems that by giving a certain number of people a vaccination all at once that there is some shedding involved that ends up getting into the population, therefore this entire operation is most likely bioweapon/biowarfare military research.

In the 60 minutes piece, Gerald Ford is shown stating that this particular Swine Flu was the same H1N1 that caused the 1918 pandemic; however, evidence suggests that the Spanish Flu was originally blamed on a horse, this was how they had said that the meningitis had spread in the early stories, this was in the newspapers and discussed at that time that it originated from a horse. Then, when Gerald Ford gave a speech, he said the 1976 supposed pandemic had started at Fort Dix when a soldier had contracted it from a pig even though he suggested it was the same pathogen. In 1976, Gerald Ford stated, “This virus was the cause of a pandemic in 1918 and 1919 that resulted in a half a million deaths in the United States as well as 20 million deaths around the world” (Gerald Ford, 1976). An example is that for well over a hundred years, doctors were telling us that the appendix does not do anything, it can be removed because it is a useless part of the human body. Is this a joke? That image is CGI & as fake as NASA’s earth images. It proves nothing, other than providing further confirmation that we are being lied to. Any time the word “denier” is added after a word (like “virus denier”) it usually indicates that the legitimacy of the preceding word is questionable (like holocaust, climate change, science, to name a few). “Virus denier” is no exception. The concept of a non-living particle that somehow makes its way into a human (or bird) cell, comes to life, hijacks the cell, multiplies then wreaks havoc on the host is far-fetched. For the word “virus” this discrepancy can be easily resolved if you replace the word with its true meaning, which is POISON. Notice how we never hear anyone being labeled as a “poison denier” because there is no question that poison exists. Think about it.
