Based on a recent decision to hold an organiser of a paddleboard outing accountable for its abysmal approach to health and safety which led to the death of four people, Dr. Vernon Coleman believes that doctors who administered the covid vaccine without fully checking its safety will be held accountable and imprisoned for 10 years.
Dr. Coleman also expresses concerns about the influence of drug companies, the rise of digital currencies and the decline of freedom, among other issues, in his 283rd list of passing observations.

1. A former paddleboard firm owner has been sent to prison for ten and a half years after four people died on a river. The judge criticised the abysmal approach to health and safety. So, I suspect that’s going to be the benchmark for the doctors who gave the covid-19 vaccine to their trusting patients – without fully checking out the vaccine’s safety. I published the evidence proving the vaccine wasn’t safe in 2020. There was not and is not any excuse for what doctors did. The truth is that they did it for money. They didn’t bother to look at the evidence because they were so damned greedy and could make thousands out of looking the other way. Every doctor or nurse who gave the covid vaccine will be imprisoned for more than ten years. Every country in the world will need some new, large prisons. At least the old lags in the prisons will have plenty of inmates to offer them free medical advice.
2. The big banks are doubtless making a fortune out of Trump’s tariff nonsense. Still, there’s good news. The entire “global warming movement” will now die off since components for windmills and solar panels come from China – as do rare earths. China makes 80% of America’s iPhones, almost half of the ingredients needed for antibiotics and essential ingredients for making AI chips, MRI scanners, lasers, wind turbines, jet aircraft and spacecraft. For the record, I still think Trump’s tariffs are introducing the Great Reset but I suspect that there’s a twist – with the plan to isolate and destroy America first. I’ve heard it said that Trump is a psychopath, a narcissist and a megalomaniac but that’s just silly. All politicians are psychopaths, narcissists and megalomaniacs. “If someone accused the entire American Government of having parties where they barbeque and eat babies, I’d believe them,” says Walter Wallkarpet, the well-known collector of alpine plants and bowler hats.
3. Am I the only person to find it worrying that the most corrupt, incompetent and utterly moronic people in the world are apparently in charge? Actually, of course, they only appear to be in charge. They are just doing what they are told to do by the conspirators who are planning to destroy every country as a precursor to launching a World Government which, as I’ve been saying for some time, will, of course, be based in Israel.
4. I laughed when I saw claims in the corporate media that the British Government wasn’t properly prepared for the flu known as covid! Really? Within hours, the Government had produced a massive document (the size of an encyclopaedia) giving itself new powers. Of course, they were prepared. The whole thing was a scam. That’s why the covid inquiry won’t let me give evidence – even though everything I said at the start of the fake pandemic turned out to be true and everything the government and the medical establishment said turned out to be wrong.
5. My recent article, `Vaccines and Vaccination are extreme quackery’ mysteriously disappeared from my website. Maybe it upset the drug companies. Gosh, what a surprise. We put the article back up. And we’ll keep putting it back up.

(They’re not all there, I’m afraid. But if you fly to another country, you can watch my videos on BitChute because there is less censorship outside the UK. I used to feel sorry for the Chinese and the North Koreans but now they feel sorry for us.)
7. After a lifetime of research, I am convinced that drug companies are the most evil companies in the world. How odd it is that they are rarely, if ever, criticised by the corporate media. It was drug companies which forced YouTube and the social media companies to ban me. Drug companies control far more than most people realise – including much of the so-called alternative media.

9. I have for over half a century been warning that prescription drug residues end up polluting rivers and, therefore, drinking water. Now, scientists have taken notice – pointing out that benzodiazepine tranquillisers are calming salmon so much that the fish aren’t behaving normally. Maybe one day someone will realise that the millions of people who still drink tap water containing tranquilliser residues have also been turned into zombies. And by the way, you can’t remove drug residues with a filter. We use bottled spring water for everything except washing and flushing.
10. I’m reliably informed by my royal correspondent that Prince Laurent of Belgium, younger brother of King Philippe, receives 388,000 euros in annual allowance plus free accommodation. He nevertheless also applied for social security benefits. I think I perceive a pattern with second sons. Incidentally, if the police are now going to start protecting people, shouldn’t preference be given to full-time residents and taxpayers?
11. People diagnosed with ADHD get extra cash benefits from taxpayers. It’s not surprising that the incidence of ADHD is rocketing. I heard of one mother who deliberately trained her children to adopt all the signs and symptoms of ADHD so that she could collect the extra money.
12. Industrial electricity in the UK costs vastly more than electricity elsewhere. The British pay more for electricity than any other comparable country. We pay three times as much as Americans and far more than citizens in the EU. I suspect that the reason is simple: the Government’s absurd enthusiasm for Net Zero. The result is that we import much of our energy and are ever more vulnerable to geopolitical problems. The title is something of an understatement.
13. Sir Ramick Hobbs celebrated his 100th birthday this week. I asked him his secret of good health. “I only smoke French unfiltered cigarettes,” he told me. “And for 70 years I’ve limited myself to 40 cigarettes a day except on Saturdays when I let myself go. And I always drink my whisky with a little branch water.”
14. Sir Ramick points out that the incidence of violence in our society has risen notably since energetic small boys were prevented from playing with toy guns and bows and arrows, and told instead to play with dolls.
15. The war against cheques is hotting up in America. The end of cheques will seriously harm our freedom and expedite the move to a global digital currency. Please keep writing cheques.
16. Face recognition cameras in shops are a real worry. My fear is that when cameras identify people (as they will), shopkeepers will sell the information to burglars. “Mrs. Crippen is in my shop, so you can safely burgle her home and steal her valuable collection of 1950s Welsh memorabilia paperclips.”
17. Think of the price of the things you buy as being measured not in money but in time. So, for example, if you earn £5 an hour and want to buy something costing £10, it will require two hours of your time to buy it.
18. Doctors and bureaucrats in the UK who are responsible for making patients wait more than 24 hours to get the results of vital medical tests should be staked out on anthills after being smothered with honey. (Only in the UK are patients routinely forced to wait for the results of tests.)
19. Our truck has a cover over the flat bed at the rear but the cover leaks and after heavy rain, the flat bed can contain 50 gallons of water. I drove out of our driveway the other day as gallons of water poured out of the back of the truck. A middle-aged couple walking by stopped and stared. The man sniffed apprehensively. “Don’t worry,” I said. “It’ll be OK if you don’t light a match.” I’ve never seen people not wearing running shorts move as quickly.
20. Last year, the US government took in $4.9 trillion in taxes. And spent $6.7 trillion. Someone should tell them about Mr. Micawber’s discovery.
21. Struggling to make ends meet on £150,000 a year, plus £50,000 for telling someone to vaccinate everyone who keeps still, GPs are planning to charge patients to park their cars. This could be very profitable. If a small car park holds 20 cars, the parking fee income could reach another £1,600 a week. Meanwhile, GPs are complaining that their working week of 23 hours is far too much. It has been argued that GPs should only be expected to work one day a week. You may think I’m kidding. 22. I’m quietly convinced the NHS wants me dead. This week I’ve had a phone call and a text message offering me the toxic and useless covid-19 vaccine. (I’ve probably had emails too, but I reported the NHS as a source of spam.)
23. According to the official figures, 23% of British working-age adults are disabled. Huge numbers are disabled by mental health issues – mostly anxiety, depression, feeling under the weather and generally out of sorts. Eight out of ten applications for incapacity benefits are approved. It’s difficult to see why anyone bothers to work at all.
24. Nurses, doctors and policemen are now allowed to work at home. I look forward to hearing that traffic wardens and speed cops are allowed to work at home too. I think it’s time to re-read Gibbon’s masterpiece ‘The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire’ to find out what happens next. The difference between us and Rome is that no one planned the collapse of the Roman Empire.
25. According to the UK Government, GPs must offer free health checks to everyone aged 40 to 74. The free health checks are available every five years. Have you had yours? Older citizens who need them most don’t get them, of course.

Coleman is right. But most allopathic doctors, a lot of whom are psychopaths, should have been put in jail for many decades because they’ve been causing a medical holocaust EACH YEAR, going on for over half a century, with other drugs and procedures of theirs apart from the Covid “jab” … it’s why ‘official medicine’ has been called a ‘medical mafia’ or ‘psychopathic medicine’ (https://www.rolf-hefti.com/covid-19-coronavirus.html).
