PayPal defunds The Exposé for reporting the facts the mainstream refuse to

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

PayPal is the latest tech giant to join the censorship game, shutting down its services for a variety of organisations opposed to Covid-19 vaccine mandates, including The Expose.

This increasingly orchestrated attack has also targeted the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), Organic Consumer’s Association (OCA) and many others — and should send a chill down the spine of anyone who values freedom.

Powerful forces are at play, and Big Tech is among them, working to suppress, discredit and silence certain science, speech and viewpoints. “No longer is there any doubt,” investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson reported, “that vaccine industry interests and other corporate and political interests are pulling the strings so that Big Tech moves to squash scientific views, studies, scientists, and opinions that are contrary to the narrative.”

On 5th Jan 22, PayPal suddenly notified The Expose that it would no longer process donations from our supporters – effective immediately. This means The Expose instantly lost over 75% of its monthly subscribers who had chosen to support us via PayPal.

PayPal effectively wants to control your choices and tell you which organisations you may and may not support.

Many may not be aware of the close ties between PayPal’s early employees, who came to be known as the “PayPal Mafia,” and big names in the tech industry today.

As reported by Insider:

“The payments company — launched as Confinity in 1998 by Peter Thiel, Max Levchin, and Luke Nosek — grew to become a Silicon Valley giant.

“It was acquired by eBay in 2002 for $1.5 billion in a deal that altered Silicon Valley history and helped spawn the careers of some of tech’s most famous names,” including:

  • Palantir: This data analytics software company was founded by Thiel in 2003 —  the idea came from his experiences with credit card fraud at PayPal.
  • Affirm: This company allows people shopping online to pay for products over time using an instant line of credit. It was founded in 2013 by Max Levchin, one of PayPal’s cofounders.
  • YouTube: YouTube founders Steve Chen and Chad Hurley worked at PayPal during its early days.
  • SpaceX: Elon Musk’s banking company X.com merged with Thiel’s company Confinity to become PayPal in 2001. Not only is Musk a former PayPal CEO, but he made $165 million when PayPal sold, which was used to start SpaceX.
  • LinkedIn: LinkedIn’s founder, Reid Hoffman, was a former executive vice president at PayPal.

What can you do?

Fight back against the heavy hand of censorship by beating them at their own game. Instead of ignoring, fearing or abandoning the information that is being targeted with censorship, do as Attkisson suggested — use censorship as a cue or guide that you should delve more deeply into the topic at hand to reveal the underlying truth.

Thankfully you can still support The Expose via other means (for now), and because of PayPal’s unjust decision and censorship we now need that support more than ever.

PayPal terminating any organisation that opposes the official narrative is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Big Tech and its censorship of the information you see daily on the Internet. Efforts to shut down public discussions and information are in full force, while Big Tech is also actively manipulating what you can and can’t see online, to the extent that they can alter perceptions of reality.

If an uninitiated accountant looked at Paypal’s books, they’d feel like Alice in Wonderland.

Other banned sites now use ‘Cash App,’ but not sure, if it only serves U.S. customers?

I just closed my PayPal account. I was hoping they’d give me the opportunity to say why, but apparently they don’t care. Screw them, I will donate with a card.

Loss of Paypal no loss. I HATE Paypal. Plus you need a mobile phone which I dont have or want. Just tried paying somebody with Paypal and abandoned it after a lot of hassle. Never again.

You don’t really need a mobile phone. I asked, and their rep showed me how to evade that request.

Just received this notice and sent a msg to PP immediately asking if this is true and if it is I, being a very long member of PP, will have to make some tough choices. It appears that PP is overriding the Constitution of free speech. I am waiting for them to reply. If enough of WeThePeople write to them, call them, msg them it may make a difference. If not then bye, bye PayPal. I stand by and for Freedom.

A recent government FOI disclosure shows how we’ve been conned. We’ve been hounded with the official 156,000 covid “death volume” in England between 2020-2021. The actual real covide death figures in the FOI report from verified autopsies shows that the real number was 6183 and ZERO deaths in children under age 14 yet they are duped to be vaxxed. It has indeed been a sham all along to sell Pfizers vaccines and to infringe upon and control your freedom, earnings and everyday living.

You create a shopping cart system where payments link to a different website for services “digital downloads” and by that people can donate…

I’m appalled and outraged as I tried to make a donation thru PayPal and received large red X, stating no donations accepted/denied. PP joining the ranks of big tech censorship. Searching for an answer is futile. I fully intend on chasing this down with them, let them know how I feel. I am also going to send the article on your page about PayPal’s gross bias to every single link, platform, site and person I know in multiple spaces . This dictatorship of censoring must stop. We all need to act.

Givesendgo has a proven track record and stated policy of allowing fund raising for this sort of thing. Highly recommended.
