House Oversight Drops New Report Alleging Green New Deal Benefitted Biden Allies
The House Oversight Committee released a report alleging the Biden administration funnelled billions of taxpayer dollars to nonprofits run by President Joe Biden’s allies through the Green New Deal.
The report found waste and abuse within the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, including funding for massive salaries and luxurious travel benefits for executives.
The Brits Are Rejecting Climate Change Boll*cks
Research for The Times has uncovered a huge rise in scepticism over climate change as voters turn against net zero policies. Thomas J Shepstone highlights and comments on some of the indicators in The Times article that “Brits are growing ever more sceptical of the global warming cause and ever less willing to pay for the grift that works off the cause.”
With Keir Starmer telling his new Cabinet that their priority must be “growth growth growth”, Ed Miliband’s extortionate Net Zero schemes may not survive November’s Budget, according to The Telegraph.

There is a lot of media talk about the UK government looking at introducing a digital ID scheme, supposedly to tackle the problem of illegal immigration. Is it a good idea? Would it work? I’ll answer those questions, but first it’s instructive to look at the history of ID cards in Britain to see how they have worked in the past and whether there is anything we can learn from these experiences.
Economy Stalls as Labour Leads Britain Into the Slow Lane
Britain’s economy ground to a halt in July, with official figures showing zero growth as Rachel Reeves’s Labour government drives the country towards stagnation and decline.
Data from the Office for National Statistics revealed that the UK flatlined in July after the sharpest collapse in manufacturing output for a year.
Production plunged 1.3% in July, wiping out the fragile gains seen earlier in the summer.

The Hidden Mechanisms of Unfreedom
In ‘The Hidden Mechanisms of Unfreedom’ series, Alex Klaushofer has been examining various ways in which democracy is being covertly undermined, with power and resources being steadily transferred from ordinary people to a small elite.
In the fifth part, Klaushofer covers the Trojan horse mechanism. “This strategy facilitates the introduction of a policy that would never gain public acceptance if described truthfully, presenting it in the most innocent of lights,” she writes. “Once in place, the new system or measure is used for other, less benign purposes – but by then people tend to feel ‘it’s too late’ to ‘resist’.”
Ireland’s Communications Minister Stands by “Disinformation” Plan, Citing Need to Tackle Online “Gossip”
Despite overwhelming public resistance, Ireland’s government is pressing on with its national “disinformation” strategy.
Communications Minister Patrick O’Donovan has acknowledged that most responses to the public consultation opposed the plan, but said the State has a duty to tackle “gossip” circulating online.
How the EU Pays Mainstream Media to Promote Its Narratives
A June 2025 report from the European think tank MCC Brussels shows that the European Commission (“EC”) runs a highly sophisticated “EU media complex” through which it gets to shape media narratives about itself and its agendas.
The EC has, it seems, literally paid off almost everything and everyone in the media world – meaning that everyone, from news agencies to media outlets, public broadcasters and other media organisations, sits in the pocket of the European Commission to greater or smaller degrees.

When the news hit the feeds on the assassination of Charlie Kirk, Brandon Smith witnessed leftist journalists try to hide the event and bury the story until it blew up on social media, and they had no choice but to cover it. And when they did, they complained more about online treatment of the killer than they complained about the murder itself.
“I have watched thousands of leftists across the web cheer for the death of that innocent girl. I have watched hundreds of thousands of them cheer for trans mass shooters after they killed Christian kids, just as they now cheer for the death of Charlie Kirk,” he writes.
“They can barely contain their glee. They blame Kirk and his beliefs as the catalyst, as if he is being punished for a crime. They say ‘people are fed up with right-wing violence’, but where is this violence? It doesn’t exist. The claim is gaslighting on an epic level. The only violence we have seen for the past decade has been from the political left. Normally, this behaviour would be called terrorism.”
AI Has No Idea What It’s Doing, But It’s Threatening Us All
Artificial intelligence is reshaping law, ethics, and society at a speed that threatens fundamental human dignity. Dr. Maria Randazzo of Charles Darwin University warns that current regulation fails to protect rights such as privacy, autonomy, and anti-discrimination. The “black box problem” leaves people unable to trace or challenge AI decisions that may harm them.
Are GMOs Safe? A Molecular Geneticist Speaks Out
In an interview with a leading molecular genetics expert, Professor Michael Antoniou, US Right to Know discusses the scientific evidence behind health concerns tied to genetically modified (“GM”) corn and pesticides, how genetically modified organisms (“GMOs”) are changing in ways that increase health risks, and how regulatory systems have failed to keep pace with modern genetics.
In a report Prof. Antoniou prepared for the Mexican government, as the country attempted to restrict GMO corn imports for health reasons, he cited “a large body of evidence from well-controlled laboratory animal toxicity studies that show evidence of harm to multiple physiological systems” from toxic agents found in GM corn.
In this interview, Antoniou explains that the health risks of GM corn and its associated pesticides arise from three main sources: Bt insecticidal proteins engineered into the plants, DNA damage caused by the genetic modification process itself, and pesticides used on the crops.
Measles Vaccine Used As Base For Experimental Covid Vaccine
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen recently claimed, “We are on the brink – or even at the start – of another global health crisis,” she said, citing disinformation as a major threat to progress on diseases like measles and polio.
Which brings up the question of why it was decided to use measles vaccines as the base for covid vaccines, as reported by the US National Institutes of Health (“NIH”) in March 2021.
“Scientists developed a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine by adding a key coronavirus gene to the measles vaccine. The experimental vaccine [called rMeV-preS] protected against covid-19 in animal studies, supporting further development. This vaccine candidate could potentially be used against both covid-19 and measles,” NIH said.
Modifying the measles vaccine by inserting genes for key proteins from other viruses is not limited to covid; the safety of the measles vaccine, combined with advances in reverse genetics, has expanded its proposed uses as a vector for immunisation against other infections and even as an oncolytic agent for tumours.
Although rMeV-preS showed promising results in animal studies, it was not approved.
The measles vaccine uses a “live” but weakened strain of the measles virus. A weakened strain is referred to as “attenuated.” Attenuated organisms, such as bacteria and viruses, don’t necessarily remain attenuated. There is often a viable residue of organisms capable of multiplying and spreading indefinitely after being treated to weaken them. And when inadequately treated vaccines are introduced into populations, even those organisms that were inactivated may revert back to their original virulence.
