I think you’re right about the psyop. Big Bad Dan on TV huffing and puffing about how his Victoria Thugforce will be cracking heads of anyone foolish enough to dissent. They want the images to go around the world to frighten people away from protests everywhere.
I think its having the opposite effect. There are police who are reluctant to be used this way. Many people who are pro-vaccine are anti police intimidation, especially after they are, or witness, people being harassed in the park or going shopping.
