There has been a flurry of articles on the internet, and in the mainstream press, sneering at people who drink bottled spring water, rather than tap water. These critics claim that bottled water is a waste of money.
Well, they’re all wrong.
The truth is that anyone who drinks water taken from the tap is endangering their health. Even boiling tap water doesn’t make it safe to drink. And, of course, the conspirators want us all to drink tap water (rather than bottled water) because they can put drugs into the tap water quite easily. Fluoride is already added to tap water (despite the dangers) and some conspirators want to add hormones (to stop women getting pregnant) and tranquillisers to drinking water. Tap water has been weaponised.
Let’s not lose touch…Your Government and Big Tech are actively trying to censor the information reported by The Exposé to serve their own needs. Subscribe now to make sure you receive the latest uncensored news in your inbox…
The following essay is taken from my book ‘Meat Causes Cancer – and Other Food for Thought’.
Back in 1982 – in a column I was writing in a medical journal – I raised the question of whether or not public drinking water supplies could be polluted with female hormone residues which might affect the development of male babies.
I tried to get television and radio journalists to take up the problem. And I tried to interest politicians in the topic too. But although many were horrified by the idea all quickly decided that it was far too controversial a subject.
“It’ll frighten people far too much!” was the common view.
However, it wasn’t just the possibility of female hormones – residues from the contraceptive pill – which might be causing problems which worried me. At the time when I first wrote about this subject, I was so alarmed by what I had discovered that I spent over a year doing research before I wrote the article and my fear was built on several pieces of information.
* Fact one: More and more people are taking increasingly powerful medicinal drugs such as antibiotics, painkillers, tranquillisers, sleeping tablets, hormones (particularly those in the contraceptive pill) and steroids. Huge numbers of people take drugs every day. Not many people go through a whole year without taking at least one course of tablets. Half of the population will take a prescribed medicine today (and tomorrow and the day after that). And on top of the prescribed drugs, there are all the non-prescription drugs that are taken – pills bought over the chemist’s counter and taken day in and day out.
* Fact two: Many drugs are excreted in the urine when the body has finished with them. For example, up to 75% of a dose of a tranquilliser may be excreted in the urine. With other drugs, the figure may be as high as 90%. Some drugs which are degraded can chemically react with the environment and become active again.
* Fact three: After going through standard purification procedures, wastewater is often discharged into freshwater rivers.
* Fact four: Drinking water supplies are often taken from freshwater rivers – the same rivers into which the wastewater has been discharged.
* Fact five: Water purification programmes were designed many years ago – before doctors started prescribing vast quantities of drugs for millions of patients and before the problem of removing drug residues had been thought of.
I felt that even someone with a modest IQ should be able to see where all this was leading.
It seemed clear to me that anyone who turned on a tap and made a cup of tea could be getting a cocktail containing leftover chemicals from other people’s tranquillisers, sleeping pills, antibiotics, contraceptive pills, heart drugs, anti-arthritis pills and so on.
Back in 1982, I wrote that: “With an increasing number of people taking drugs there must be a risk that the drinking water supplies will eventually become contaminated so heavily that people using ordinary drinking water will effectively be taking drugs. Or have we already reached that point: and are people who drink water in certain areas of the country already passively involved in daily drug taking?”
Back in 1982, no one seemed to know the answer to that frightening question.
And today I still don’t know the answer.
Does anyone?
Are you an involuntary drug taker? Could you be addicted to any of the drug residues which might be in your drinking water? Could you be taking regular supplies of bits and pieces of other people’s antibiotics? Are you taking contraceptive hormone leftovers? Could these drug residues be affecting your fertility? Could drug residues affect the health of any unborn children?
No one in government seems concerned by these questions.
I think they should be.
It may soon be too late, for evidence is already appearing to suggest that my original fears were accurate.
A report published in 1999 by the Environmental Agency in the UK reports that 57% of the roach in one river had changed sex. Chemicals in treated sewage and factory waste were blamed for upsetting natural fish hormones. The researchers found that the fish were more likely to be affected when they spent time close to a sewage outlet. They also found that fish who lived upstream (away from the sewage outlet) were much less likely to be affected. Apparently, the chemicals in sewage which are most likely to affect fish are female hormones such as oestrogens.
Strangely, some scientists still seem puzzled about the source of the female hormones. Since the average scientist seems to have the IQ of a dead tree one should not, I suppose, be too surprised by this.
(Female hormones in tap water mean that men become feminised while women have an increased risk of developing breast cancer. Women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer should definitely avoid drinking tap water. Wisely, Antoinette doesn’t consume drinks made with tap water in cafes. The risk is considerable. At home we fill our kettle with bottled spring water.)
While they were studying lake water for pesticide contamination, Swiss chemists were surprised to find that the lake was polluted with clofibric acid – a drug which is used to lower blood cholesterol levels. The possibility that this could have been caused by industrial spillage was ruled out when it was established that clofibric acid is not manufactured in Switzerland. When the chemists checked other lakes and rivers, they found low concentrates of the drug everywhere.
When researchers in Germany started looking for clofibric acid, they found the drug in all sorts of water supplies – including tap water.
Intrigued, the researchers looked harder.
And they found lipid-lowering drugs, analgesics (including diclofenac and ibuprofen), beta-blocker heart drugs, antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs and hormones. They found all these drugs in water bodies and in drinking water. And they found that the concentrations were highest in heavily populated areas. Once they had ruled out industrial spillage, the researchers realised that the drugs had come from human body wastes. Exactly what I had predicted in 1982.
The chances are that no one knows what drugs can be found in your drinking water. Why? Because no one is looking. Most governments do not monitor water supplies to see if they contain drug residues. Nor do they require anyone else to do this.
But there seems little doubt that drinking water is now heavily contaminated with drug residues. And the long-term effect of all this is difficult to estimate. Minute amounts of antibiotics in drinking water can affect bacteria in many different ways. They can surely have a dramatic effect on the development of antibiotic-resistant organisms.
There is not yet any evidence showing a clear link between water pollution and problems (such as fertility) affecting human beings. But the absence of any such evidence may possibly be a result of the fact that, as far as I know, no one has yet done any research into this issue. The research would be extremely simple to do and wouldn’t cost very much. Scientists would simply count the number of people with fertility problems (or some other specific disorder) who had drunk re-circulated water and then compare that figure with the incidence of fertility problems among people who had drunk fresh spring or borehole water. But who would want to do such research? Certainly not the water companies.
How are the drugs in your drinking water affecting your health? Is your daily cocktail of tranquillisers, antibiotics, hormones, steroids, chemotherapy drugs, heart drugs, painkillers and so on making you ill? How do all these drugs interact? Are they likely to be at least partly responsible for the way the incidence of cancer is increasing? Are they affecting your immune system?
No one knows.
And no one in authority seems to want to know.
Maybe they are frightened to discover the truth.
Meanwhile, politicians around the world now drink spring water, at taxpayers’ expense, which is bottled at source before it has too much chance of becoming contaminated.

THIS IS AWFUL, I drank from a glass over Christmas overnight and it smelled bad.
As someone who was once on Rupert Murdoch’s payroll, did Vernon Coleman write such articles in the Sun newspaper post Hillsborough, and after the published, banner headline lies about Liverpool fans? If so, people like me on Merseyside are unlikely to have read them and benefited by them.
Is water from the Mersey safe to drink!?
I would suggest to buy an osmosis filter, possibly the 7 staged one, which not only filters out everything but remineralizers and re-energizes the water. Absolute lovely taste like spring-water, no electricity required, the only cost is first to buy the whole and then filters, half replaced in every half a year, all replaced once a year. Ours is from aquasafe.
https://www.klimalex.de/en/reverse-osmosis-systems/aquasafe-as5000-7-stage-reverse-osmosis-system-7-stage.html
I’ll have a look at this, thanks.
Water treatment professional here. Under rated comment. This is exactly what people should go for – iSpring’s on Amazon is $250 and similar.
In Buckstones Moss, maybe. In the estuary, certainly not!
Maybe I read to hastily but I didn’t see the biggest poison added to our water, waste product fluoride compound?
His book title: Meat causes cancer? LOL. The alternative, allegedly working and reviewed by thousands cancer cure is a strictly carnivore diet.
All of the former cancer “gurus” starting with Gerson recommended vegetarianism. Eating all meat will cause issues with your kidneys and acidosis eventually. Anything that is extreme will cause imbalance eventually.
I don’t know Dea, what I know are these:
No one should start a carnivore diet without really looking after the details, it is a high fat (animal fat) diet much more than eating lean meat and the source (quality) is everything.
Personally been aware of this major problem for more than a couple of decades. We drink a lot of water and switched to using gravity-fed water filters over 20 years ago, because we noticed a huge deterioration in the quality of tap water.
We still use the filters for cooking and washing up water but bottled mineral water for drinking. Back in ’15 our lovely little cat refused to even drink filtered water, so we started buying the bottled water for her. However, we quickly realised she was onto something important and started drinking the bottled water too. She is exceedingly sensitive to such things, very interesting too is there’s only one brand of bottled water she’ll drink.
Should have said “now only one brand of bottled water she’ll drink” in the last comment.
Please tell us what brand of bottled water she drinks
Erm… don’t know if i’ll get away with this Becky but it begins with V. =)
Possibly not available in the US? Thank you.
Does it end with an s?
It ends with a c Becky and very possibly not available in the US. However, sure the US has similar quality water brands available too.
Thanks much!
Does it end with a C or an L, Mrs. D?
We’ve been using water filters for many years now. These sort of articles could make people really paranoid.
Good to see you friend and yep, think the article is good but that headline is awful.
Ends with a c and think as it’s naturally filtered through volcanic rock, which has many beneficial qualities, is what makes it so good.
Must also say our little Princess is extremely intelligent, a great communicator and the sort who would feel a pea under a thousand mattresses. However, she’s feisty, not the precious type, so if something really disturbs her, we pay attention.
Unfortunate that it has to be in plastic bottles! Its the only water I’d drink as its got a very good balance of natural chemicls and is filtered through 6 layers of Volcanic rock!
So true Jacqui but sadly, what isn’t contaminated at least in some way now? That volcanic rock is a great cleanser too.
The water itself is still very high quality, which is the best we can hope for currently.
Ooh! Getting somewhere with the two Ronnies and predictive programming stuff too. Not easy finding links to stuff i’d like to show you but here’s a start friend:

Thanks for posting this, Mrs. D! I do recollect watching this (30 years ago?) regardless, I didn’t understand the significance of it back then; thought perhaps it was plain stupid! Yet how profound this all is since Corbett’s passing back in 2005?
Thanks again-God bless you.
And prophetical…
Know what friend? Actually amazed how aware they both were, currently there are two sketches and three monologues which really made my jaw drop open. Also, didn’t Ronnie B have a gorgeous pair of pins? Still happy with my own but his were amazing.
Bought the 12 dvd box set of the shows many years ago. My hubby loves them complete but looking thru them for you, has encouraged me to encode stripped down mkvs for me to watch, without the stuff i don’t like.
God bless you and yours friend.
Ooh again! That sketch was over 47 years ago, series 5, which The Phantom Raspberry Blower Of Old London Town appeared in too. Which still makes me cry with laughter.
V and C…. the only bottled water my cats were willing to drink back then when we haven’t got the 7 staged osmosis filter system. I believe to cats, they are the best to judge this. However part of the story that the no1 favourite of them is still rain water, especially if it gets sunlight.
V…C water is unique enough due to its higher (I would say healthy) salt content (salt gives energy to your cells) and the silica content is allegedly removes heavy metal from your body. Otherwise it has pretty low mineral content but the so called science is not clear about it, according to some voices you can’t absorb minerals from water anyway but extra burden to the kidneys – I don’t know, but as the cats accepted only that – we tried many – I trust in only that.
Why we can’t write the name?
I think Volvic would appreciate really positive publicity/reviews, don’t you?
Indeed, while being abroad I was willing to pay 1.8 E for 1 litre and I was need at least 3 / day.
The RF drinks Malvern only, they have a bottling part of the well just for them.Tthe rest of the wells of Marvern are publicly available (hopefully no added nasty stuffs) if you live close enough. The taste is lovely, we used to travel there with huge glass containers once in every 2 week just for water.
https://malvernspa.org/collecting-malvern-water/
according to them, no water is good, because we know anyway that they took care of everything. let’s not forget the plastic bottled water that most people drink and summary from a press article this month: Using an innovative technique, scientists counted, on average, 240,000 detectable plastic fragments per liter of water, after testing the product from several popular brands. The results showed that each liter contained between 110,000 and 370,000 particles per liter, of which 90% were found to be nanoplastics, the rest microplastics. The most common type found was nylon, probably from the plastic filters used to purify water, followed by polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which is used to make bottles.
It is suggested to us that we have no way to escape, everything is contaminated. they didn’t look at the cola and pepsi bottles.
This article reminds me 8f My Oldest Brother, the brother who supposedly doesn’t drink Tap Water ,
But he will drink Coffee from home made with same tap water that he won’t drink cause if the chemicals ,
He thinks his hone made coffee some instantly makes the water drinkable.
Me I’m 57 turn 58 April and I Have Been Drinking Tap Water All My Life.
I’m a male / man born and raised,
I was born in a town that by time I was 7 years old in 1973 , the village wanted to Add Fluoride to the local municipal drinking water ,
Luckily my Mom Knew about the dangers if Fluoride in water.
We moved before the village even started pumping the flouride into the Tap Water.
Anyway I’m in Chicago IL , Chicago Gets it’s Water from Lake Michigan ,
I remember as a ki milk and Soda,Pop , (Coke , Pepsi , ) came in Glass Bottles,
Then milk was put in Paper Carton containers,
Eventually Milk , Soda Pop, and Water too came in Plastic Bottles,
I noticed fast food soda Pop and came in Paper Carton Containers , except a good while nowat least in Chicago , fast food places milk at breakfast time comes in a plastic bottle,
Here’s a link for the dangers of plastic bottle water Containers used for drinking.
The same Electron High Powered microscope used to detect what’s in a COVID-19 vaccine have now been used to go from Millionths of Plastic Particles before using the better high Powerful Electron microscope,

Plus: I never Order Hot Drinks at a Restaurant , Never !!!!
Reason: Lots of Cooks (Baristas) and Just plain Ignorant people don’t realize You Should Never Cook with water from The Hot Tap Faucet and Same with drinks Never Make Drinks with Hit Tap Water Faucet !!!? I installed Water Heaters over 20 years ago , and once ya See the Minerals build up in a water water tank you Just don’t do it. …
Back in 1980 The Chicago IL area only had 1 Brand of Bottle for Water and It Was Made OF Glass……
Just an additional point or 2 ,
About the Sewage ,
Waste water Gets treated ,
Ever look at The Country India ,
I seen videos and. heard stories that Because India’s Population is as big as china , it’s considered normal for a person to do his number 1 & number bowel movements on the street and even lakes that people swim in,
Yet hardly anyone in India very rarely gets sick.
This is another example why I don’t travel , nit every country’s water and food and air & soil is The Same , 8s completely different, that’s why once ya go on vacation It Feels Like Such A Joy To Home to your own Environment that you’re accustomed to living in.
“Meanwhile, politicians around the world now drink spring water, at taxpayers’ expense,” Permission to scream? Please?
But it’s not just me. I’m old anyway. It’s the children. The babies! Quite a lot of babies have bottled milk from milk powder mixed with tap water!
Then they are better than kittens. Formula made from tap water in the UK poisoned them, they all died in 24-48 hours after drinking that. The same formula worked with distilled water.
I now alternately drink bottled water and distilled water only because I cannot trust our “authorities” anymore and they treat public opinion with contempt on every issue.
When I distill about 5 litres of tap water, what remains in the boiling vessel is the usual solid residue that you find as “scale” on a kettle, plus about a dessertspoonful of stinky viscous yellow-green liquid.
Can anyone here tell me what this liquid is and where to send it to be analysed?
Though a Highlander, I spent most of my adult life living in the English southern counties until 2013. Down there the kettle would scale up like nothing else-hard water! Likewise with the pipes and immersion tanks. They always needed to be descaled/replaced as and when.
Yet since being up here for the last 10 years-no scale, at all whatsoever, the water is so soft and I drink it (filtered).
Not that I trust Scottish Water-they are doing things; we had a circular last year telling us that they were (‘improving’?) our water supply, but that what they were doing (words to this effect) might affect our fish if we were fish keepers.
I have three water butts, I’ll be filtering and drinking this water soon, yet they tell us rain water is geoengineered-strewth!
Sorry I can’t tell you “where to send it to be analysed”; who can you trust?
And He shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. Revelation 22:1.
What is this water?
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into eternal life. John 4:14.
Trust in the crucified Lord alone and all will be well. and that for all eternity…
Thanks for the reply.
Water butts are one way that We the People can collect rainwater, but the evil cabal scum are putting toxins in chemtrails that are intended to harm/kill us and ALL life, so some further processing of it is needed to make it purer.
The cabal have blocked off every way that we can get pure water from Nature, and they have a plan to BAN water butts with the excuse that collecting rainwater is “against the common good”, as if we would be “hogging” water and denying others access to it, just the cabal invert the truth about CO2 and nitrogen.
The demonic forces want to control both our food and water to exterminate carbon-based life, so we need to annihilate THEM to survive.
To Greg Hill: you don’t get your daily requirements of minerals from tap water as they almost all come from food (or should do in proper organic soil).
Volvic volcanic water supposedly has about 70 different elements that could help your body’s needs: the only problem is the nano/microplastics from the plastic bottles as islander mentions.
Maybe it is not only the quality (poisons) but also that it is structured or not. I admit I never understood that how structured water is free from poisons but I know one thing, my cats prefer rain water above all, especially if it is fresh and got sunlight and they are well, I have a couple of very nicely aged ones. Chemtrails or not, my plants are much better on rain water, on tap water – if we have to use it – they are poorly, hardly grow, etc.
We also have water butts for plants but that water doesn’t last long if there is no rain as happened in the period of 2020-2022 when the UK was absolutely unnaturally dry.
Thank you, Rhoda, for getting the word out about this. And thank you, Max, for pointing out the problem with microplastics in many brands of bottled water. I’ve read in many places that reverse osmosis filtered water is the purest, but it also has a problem with all of the nutritionally-important minerals that are naturally in water being removed along with toxins. You can buy reverse osmosis filters to make your own from regular tap water, but many places (like my home town) have stores where you can buy it ready made, storing it in re-usable jugs. I pay 60 U.S. cents per gallon for it. When I use it, I add a few drops of natural liquid minerals to replace the minerals that were removed as a side effect of the filtering.
Another massive attack of the populace through WATER ? after FOOD ?
At the moment, there seems to be a ccordinated mass media campaign to warn of bottled water (mineral water, spring water) containing plastic “nano” (?) particles ! A disguised means to incite people to drink tap water, much more contaminated by all the human, chemical, drug, industrial, agriculture rejects… plus the voluntary health beneficial or health destroying “additives” !?
Isn’t Homeopathy, which proves efficient every day, based on water memory ?
Yes!
Water has memory!
We are essentially “organized water”!
The uncanny hydrogen bonding in water and DNA-like substances helps to make us what we are: the toxins that the cabal put into our drinking water (and in turn our food) gradually eat away at our spiritual and physical health by design cf. the slow kill by bioweapon injections.
The Johnson government raised the level of added fluoride in a stealthily way. Roughly around the time when the covid scam started. It was a matter of public debate but they hide it so well that hardly any from the public knew about it.

There is a product called Clearly Filtered. It is a table top filter with no electricity required. It is supposed to be excellent at removing the vast majority of toxins in tap water (including Fluoride) without removing the minerals. I have tried it, and the water does taste much better. P.S. On a another note see vaticancatholic.com for critical information on the traditional Catholic faith which is necessary for salvation. Recite the 15-decade Rosary each day to solve problems.
Sorry but to my best knowledge to remove fluoride without removing the minerals is not possible.
Only reverse osmosis systems and distillation can remove it but their end product is a kind of tasteless ‘dead water’. This is why I suggested to use those types which give back minerals and energy to the water (above my comment to Islander).

Not drinking tap water is a great idea if you have an option! Unfortunately in my circumstances I haven’t….other than to buy distilled water(which I did) only to find that they are putting a disinfecting agent in it to make it unpalatable and perhaps even detrimental to our health. Not to mention the fact that you can’t buy demineralised or distilled water in glass bottles!
I’ve worked in water treatment for years. This article doesn’t begin to touch on the potential hazards of drinking tap water. Do yourselves a favor and buy a six or seven stage reverse osmosis drinking water system (with remineralization and optional UV disinfection if you can afford it) for a drinking water spout at your house. $250 on Amazon and will get rid of 97%+ of a wide array of contaminants.
