FoI confirms that Police Scotland were directed to refuse any complaints from the public about covid

In response to a Freedom of Information (“FoI”) Act request, Police Scotland has provided a directive that instructed police and staff not to accept complaints or reports regarding covid vaccinations.

Dated January 2022, the directive emphasised that requests from the public related to reporting alleged crimes about the vaccine should be refused.

It specifically referred to Mark Sexton’s criminal complaint, for which he had received a crime reference number, and asserted that “no such investigation is taking place.” This contradicted evidence that such an investigation was indeed taking place, including a Member of Parliament (“MP”) confirming there was an active investigation ongoing at the time.

In February, Ethical Approach submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to Police Scotland asking for a copy of the directive advising police staff “that they were not to accept communications, reports and the like, from the public, which related to covid-19 injections.”

The request was made after Mark Sexton posted a video of a police officer stating that Police Scotland’s Assistant Chief Constable (“ACC”) Alan Speirs ordered all officers not to accept or deal with covid or covid vaccine related crime submissions.

On 20 March, Police Scotland responded with a copy of the directive, which stated, “We are [ ] aware of individuals attending at police stations or calling police to either report what they believe to be criminal offences relating to the vaccine or to request police support in their attempts to ‘serve’ papers on staff and volunteers or to shut down facilities … Should any officer or member of staff be approached or contacted by people requesting assistance in line with any of the above, then these requests should be rejected.”

You can read the full directive as uploaded by Ethical Approach HERE, or read the request and the response on What Do They Know?’s website HERE.

The directive from ACC Alan Speirs was dated 25 January 2022 and makes specific mention of some people who had reported what they believed to be criminal offences and “have claimed that a police investigation is taking place into criminal allegations relating to the UK’s vaccine programme”:

Mark Sexton, a retired police officer, first submitted a criminal complaint to the police against the Government for misconduct and misfeasance in public office in June 2021.

On 20 December, Sexton submitted another complaint to the police. On 21 December 2021, Sexton and those who were assisting him received the crime reference number 6029679/21.

On 23 December 2021, all Chief Constables in England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales were notified of the live criminal investigation and the allocated crime number, as well as the International Criminal Court application.

In February 2022, we reported that a Member of Parliament at that time had confirmed “the criminal complaint that was lodged with the Metropolitan Police in December” was subject to a live criminal investigation and so “it would be inappropriate for him to comment on them further.”

It’s curious, if not deliberately misleading, that ACC Alan Speirs would direct officers and staff of Police Scotland that “no such investigation is taking place” in January 2022, while an MP said he cannot comment on it as the Metropolitan Police had a live criminal investigation. It seems, at the very least, no one outside the police service was made aware of what the police were or were not doing.

ACC Alan Speirs may need to be reminded of our rights and what his duties to the public are.  The UK government’s ‘After a crime: your rights’ webpage states:

ACC Alan Speirs may also need to be reminded of his oath.  According to the Police Reform Act 2002, every police officer and every special constable in the United Kingdom has sworn the following:

No police officer or constable has sworn an oath to ensure the public, of which they are a part, obey what ministers say simply because ministers wish us to behave or speak as they would prefer us to.  Their duty is to protect the public and their property from harm, which includes protecting the public from a tyrannical government’s diktats.

While previously it was a hobby culminating in writing articles for Wikipedia (until things made a drastic and undeniable turn in 2020) and a few books for private consumption, since March 2020 I have become a full-time researcher and writer in reaction to the global takeover that came into full view with the introduction of covid-19. For most of my life, I have tried to raise awareness that a small group of people planned to take over the world for their own benefit. There was no way I was going to sit back quietly and simply let them do it once they made their final move.

Considering the number of deaths and injuries caused by the jabs it was clear to even an imbecile a criminal investigation was required.
Sadly the police are just enforcers of the political tyrants now in control. They no lownger serve or protect the public.
All driving around now in unmarked cars like a police state & ignoring real crime..
