Matt Hancock this morning stated there will be no end to the new Tier 4 “guidance” until the vaccine has been injected into everybody.

Appearing on Sky News on the Sophy Ridge on Sunday show, the presenter asked the Health Secretary “Is it likely that if you are in a Tier 4 area now, you are going to be in a Tier 4 area until that vaccine is rolled out?”

The pompous Health Secretary responded by saying, “Well given how much faster this variant spreads it is going to be very difficult to keep it under control until we have the vaccine rolled out.”

The Government last night held a press conference “cancelling Christmas” in which the Chief Scientific Advisor, Sir Patrick Vallance said the “supposed” new strain of coronavirus was “70% more contagious”.

We are yet to see any evidence whatsoever to support this claim.

This is psychological warfare now and nothing to do with a virus. They built up the peoples hopes of legally spending Christmas with family to then snatch it away from them at the last minute.

However it should be noted the new guidance is not enshrined in UK law, so do what the hell you you were going to do anyway.
