The following is a combination of the description of Dr. Richard K. Burt’s interview on the Brownstone Institute’s Substack, HERE, and the description under the video on YouTube, HERE. The video of the interview is embedded at the end.
Dr. Burt is a recently retired Northwestern University professor, Scripps faculty member and pioneer of haematopoietic stem cell transplant for autoimmune diseases. He provides the clearest explanation we’ve yet seen of the origins of covid, which he also lays out in a new book, ‘Kill Switch: The History of How Viruses Shaped Humanity and Led to COVID-19’.
Dr. Burt wrote the book for lay readers – from smallpox through the molecular-biology revolution after 1960 – after a Chinese post-doctorate told him in late December 2019 or early January 2020 that Shi Zhengli’s bat-coronavirus website had been scrubbed overnight.
He pulled National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (“NIAID”) grants routed through EcoHealth Alliance to Wuhan, saw gain-of-function work that made non-pathogenic viruses infect humans and in mid-to-late January 2020 briefed a major-network broadcaster. The reply was essentially “so what?”
Vaccines, Burt argues, have been a genuine “kill switch” for pandemics and have saved hundreds of millions of lives. The problem is the new project: engineering pathogens that never existed on Earth without inserting a molecular suicide gene or other containment – technology Burt himself published decades ago – and without serious oversight.
He walks through Fouchier’s 2012 H5N1 (influenza A, commonly known as bird flu) work, Fauci’s solo-authored 2012 paper claiming the benefits of such experiments outweigh the risk of a pandemic, the Ralph Baric–Shi Zhengli receptor-binding-domain collaboration in Nature Medicine and the later cover story that pointed away from a laboratory the US National Institutes of Health (“NIH”) had funded.
The Bayh-Dole Act turned tax-funded university research into pharmaceutical licenses while schools keep charity tax status; unlimited Political Action Committee (“PAC”) spending that can end a senator’s career who challenges the industry; US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) permitted direct-to-consumer drug adverts that underwrite corporate media on both the left and the right. Burt’s own multiple sclerosis (“MS”) transplant work – one-time, highly effective, no patent – is drowned out by infusion drugs that can bill tens or hundreds of thousands a year. He compares covid-era messaging to Hearst–Pulitzer yellow journalism after the USS Maine, and insists the fix is not hunting one villain but tracing the financial currents that keep the same “mistakes” alive.
The implications of the scenario Dr. Burt describes are profound. We have a bioweapons industry that has been hacking the microbial kingdom. The major media, ruled by revenue streams from pharmaceutical companies that benefit from this, know not to say anything about it and pretend it doesn’t exist. The profession of virology and epidemiology is also captured into silence.
Realising the scale of this creates a genuine shift in one’s understanding. Good people have done their best to put an end to these dangerous experiments, but it is unclear whether and to what extent they have had success.
This is an extremely serious matter. The word existential is overused – but it literally applies in this case. Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical industry stands ready with more injections, more potions, more pills, more costly and patented therapies.

Additionally, the full truth is seldom as clear cut as a one man/woman perspective/narrative. In an operation as vast and complex as covid, there can be many facts all true at the same time because to achieve it required thousands of people from many walks of life working on it for years (perhaps decades) in up to 190 of countries.
Shutting down debate and opinions/evidence with remarks such as “any other explanation [apart from your own] is controlled opposition” is a similar tactic used by those who pushed the covid PsyOp to censor and persecute those who spoke out against it. On the face of it, the only difference I can see between you and “them” is that you use the term “controlled opposition” to shut down differing opinions/evidence while the covid criminals used/use the terms “conspiracy theorist” and “anti-vaxxer.”

Hi Kjetil, many truths can be true at the same time. So for example, Sasha Latypova and Dr. Bryan Ardis and Dr. David Martin and Dr. Richard Fleming and Dr. Judy Makovitz and Dr. Richard Burt can all be correct all at the same time. They are all giving different perspectives of the same thing, providing different pieces of the same puzzle.
Let’s take example of the contents of the covid vaccines. The reason why independent researchers were finding different things in the vaccines is because vaccine batches were not equal. They were conducting experiments within an experiment. They were experimenting on people by changing doses and ingredients to see what would happen. Do you recall the meticulous noting of the batch number people were vaccinated with? Did you not ask yourself why?
So there is no point arguing that a researcher in Spain has found xx and so all vaccines worldwide had xx in them and only xx in them and any one claiming anything else is “controlled opposition.” Or a researcher in the USA found xxy, so all vaccines had xxy in them and any one claiming any thing else is “controlled opposition.” Because both researchers are correct at the same time. to argue that one is correct while the other is “controlled opposition” is doing exactly what they want us to do – divide and conquer.
Be wary of anyone who claims to know the whole truth and discounts/dismisses everyone and everything else as “controlled opposition” or some other mantra intended to label and degrade – this is classic signs of narrative building for a PsyOp.
The key to discovering the full extent of what they did and are doing, and who was involved and is involved, is to allow people to freely voice their opinions/evidence and allow open debates, without fear or favour. I don’t believe that the full extent of what they have done has yet come out. New evidence will come to light for many years to come (even as far ahead as in a generation’s or more time), and we shouldn’t dismiss it simply because of a personal belief or faith in any one/single particular person or idea.
Be careful with Latipova, still denies the existence of the nanotech in the c-vax. Despite of MACs popping up and microscopic evidences.
However the rest is ok, when they can’t control the narrative anymore well enough they choose limited hangout – like Latipova when writing about the non existent viruses or the DNA fraud / theory.

Moderna could not have made their Covid vaccine without the Covid virus to work from which they had the patent for from 2013 or before.

The US Supreme Court 2013 ruled that only cDNA (Synthetic DNA – ModRNA DNA) is patentable. A vaccinated person is now legally, a “Trans Human”.
Obvious Questions:
1) These vaccines are not mRNA and they never were, by US Supreme Court Law 2013 they are ModRNA DNA because they are patented.
2) To make the vaccines, Moderna first had to have the Covid-19 Neucloids virus to create them from, which Moderna did from before 2013.
3) Does a Gene Therapy modified, but previously Human, but now Trans Human, have any Legal Rights, as there does not seem to be any Laws in place relating to them.
4) If mRNA is the key to Heaven and universal to all “natural life forms” on this planet, what door does ModRNA DNA open at death?
5) What Legal Standing Does a genetically modified Trans Human (as above) owned by a biotechnology company or others, have, in a Human Court Of Law .

Hi Jimmy Jukebox, I am of the same opinion as you that ALL vaccines are unnecessary and cause more harm than good. However, there are many who are still convinced that the “traditional” (non-mRNA) vaccines are, on the whole, beneficial – I, like you, am not one of those and recommend that people avoid ALL vaccines both for themselves and their children.
Just keep speaking about it to people. I am – and, although progress is very slow as they fight you every step of the way, over the years I have seen one or two “vaccines are good” die hards stop taking their annual flu vaccine – and seeing the benefit (i.e. not getting the colds/flu that they were getting every year they had a vaccine). Every person who experiences this for themselves is a convert and will pass the message on to others. It also raises questions/doubts in their minds about every other vaccine.
How we approach people can make a difference. The flu vaccines is perhaps the best one to start with for vaccine die hards. For example, first I explain that every vaccine contains the virus they claim to be vaccinating against. Then I pose the question, “When are you most likely to catch a cold/flu, from someone who passes you on the street or when the virus is injected into you?” This is the logical question that many of them will try to resist thinking about and will argue about as if their life depended on it, so be prepared to explain what an “attenuated” virus is and is not, and how injecting things into people bypasses their innate immune system to increase the chance of infection (a brief explanation of how our immune system works may be required, e.g. nasal hairs trap dust, pollen, bacteria and viruses before they can enter the lungs or that tonsils also help stop infections by acting as the immune system’s first line of defense against germs entering through the mouth and nose). Then I explain that flu is in fact very rare and colds/flu do not kill people. What is called flu deaths is in fact caused by pneumonia, which is an opportunist infection when people’s immune system is run down after e.g. a bad bout of cold/flu . Most commonly, pneumonia is a bacterial infection which is treated with antibiotics. Then I pose a challenge: try as an experiment, not having a flu vaccine this year and see what happens – this will go some way in proving whether what I am saying is true or false. If they are one of those who fears flu as if catching it is a death sentence, then I explain about vitamin D (which is my mind is the best “vaccine” against flu during the winter months in the temperate regions of the world).

Before that Dr. Called she was hesitant to fully investigate the vaccines.,.
