Carbon Dioxide is the Elixir of Life, Let’s Celebrate It Not Demonise It

“Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions are killing our planet. People must reduce their carbon footprint.” Both are popular claims that draw approving nods from some.

However, neither is true. CO2 is an elixir of life, supporting plants for hundreds of millions of years and making virtually all life on Earth possible. Plants rely on photosynthesis to produce glucose, using water from the soil and CO2 from the air.

Life-giving CO2 should be valued, not demonised

In short, CO2 is plant food. As a matter of fact, CO2 emissions from industrial processes of the last two centuries have been highly beneficial to plant growth. Scientific studies show that CO2 has played a significant role in the re-greening of the earth after abnormally low CO2 levels had limited much of the planet’s vegetation due to CO2 starvation.

Even the remarkable increase in global food production of the past century has been made possible by higher levels of CO2, along with moderately warmer temperatures and modern farming practices.

Scientific American reports that the COfertilization effect in natural ecosystems like forests is very evident. In a set of experiments, scientists artificially doubled CO2 from pre-industrial levels which “increased trees’ productivity by around 23 per cent.”

Francis Moore of the University of California, Davis, says, “For most of the other plants humans eat – including wheat, rice and soybeans – having higher CO2 will help them directly… Doubling CO2 from pre-industrial levels does boost the productivity of crops like wheat by some 11.5 per cent and of those such as corn by around 8.4 per cent.”

Artificially elevating CO2 levels in greenhouses has proven to be a game changer in many parts of the world. Increasing CO2 concentrations to more than 1,000 parts per million from the ambient level of about 400 ppm has helped greenhouse farms improve productivity by 20 to 30 per cent.

Tomato growers have increased productivity and reduced water demand with COenhancement. Studies show that elevated CO2 levels can enable tomatoes to grow in arid climate zones that are prone to droughts. Similarly, lemon trees have demonstrated improved drought resistance with elevated CO2 levels.

In India, studies showed farmers using greenhouses “were able to grow seven times more food using 90 per cent less water when compared to traditional farming.” Eighty-two per cent of farmers in India have small-scale operations of less than five acres. For them, greenhouse farms with elevated CO2 levels can prove to be a life-altering endeavour, especially when the entire greenhouse setup costs just $2,500.

In China, greenhouses have helped farmers rise above poverty. China Daily reports, “The government provides preferential loans … The government also sees to it that quality seeds are given and technicians sent to teach the farmers how to grow vegetables and fruits in greenhouses…. In China, people know that a family that owns a greenhouse must be a family that has bid goodbye to poverty.”

So, greenhouse farms with elevated CO2 not only reduce farming area, use of pesticides and irrigation needs, but also helps increase productivity. Thanks to elevated CO2 in greenhouses, I can now get fresh and clean tomatoes, bell peppers, chilli, lettuce, and other vegetables from greenhouses at the same price as outdoor produce.

I am celebrating CO2 not just for the greenhouse produce it feeds but for enabling and enriching life on our planet. To demonise this elixir of practically all living things is pure insanity.

And this information must be used as a “dagger to the heart” of the AWG/CC/Globalist clique and every supporter or CO2denier- repeated again and again and again, used against their corrupt globalist, showing the truly massive benefit of improved food production – visually. Keep thrusting it down their throats, literally; “it” cannot be denied any longer and it will indelibly stain their evil minds as well as inviting a response which will show how intellectually morally and ethically bankrupt “they” are. Keep attacking, don’t let up, “get dirty” if needs be and employ every “mass-psyops” technique going.

I think you touch on the conundrum in your comment, in that …”showing the truly massive benefit of improved food production” … EQUATES TO … population growth.

The planet is not in a bad state as they say, but they say it is, as they can spin and reaffirm their argument regards depopulation; simply because they are arrogant, narcissistic, satanic, eugenics loving psychopaths.

As I keep saying. If these globalists get away with this obvious lie, and the sheeple believe it, then what seems to me the natural progression will be: OXYGEN TAX.

As water vapour and clouds are responsible for approximately 80% or more of the greenhouse effect, surely they should be trying to abolish water. However, the same tactics that were used to cancel any challenge to their covid narrative, are being used to stop dissent in regard to their climate alarmism.

Bombshell on BFMTV: After the Vaccine Pass, the Carbon Pass will be set up!

The plotters have never so proved the conspiracy theorists so right, whom can no longer be relegated to the rank of wacky Illuminati bonesetters… BFMTV, under the command of billionaire Patrick Drahi – who would have asked for the loss of his French nationality and has Israeli nationality – prepares us for the carbon dictatorship to disguise modern slavery.
comment image
After the first full-scale test with the health pass, then the vaccination pass that has marginalized millions of human beings who do not wish to vaccinate, the carbon pass will go much further since refusal will no longer be possible. By the way, you may not know it, but you have already started the first step: do not heat to more than 19 ° C, otherwise watch out for the bill! You will therefore have a carbon quota not to be exceeded under penalty of sanctions and bans of all kinds.

Virginie Joron, Member of the European Parliament, is surprised on Twitter that “the carbon permit or #PassCarbone – the little brother of the #PassSanitaire – has become in less than 24 hours the obsession of BFMTV”.

Here is a small overview of the BFMTV journalists in this newspaper/scenario of the future where the implementation of a “carbon permit” to limit our greenhouse gas emissions is imagined. In concrete terms, this would mean that we would each have an authorized CO2 credit and not to exceed each year.
BFMTV explains to the consumer to plan how he wants to spend his CO2 credit, within the limit of 2 tons per year, knowing that a beef steak of 250g is equivalent to 6 kg of CO2, a full tank of 50 liters of 50 kg, a baguette at 150 g … A round trip by plane Paris/New York is very expensive: 1 ton of CO2. In 2019, a Swedish start-up had imagined with Mastercard a credit card that calculated the carbon footprint of each purchase and informed the consumer, even being able to “lock” spending as soon as “maximum carbon” was reached.

Thus, for MP Julie Lechanteux “after the vaccination pass, the #PassCarbone. What the worst dystopias portrayed to us, environmentalists demand. Their dream: a society of total control, where each of our purchases is deducted from a carbon quota. A society of injunction and contempt. »

Here are the results of the Elabe survey conducted for BFMTV with a sample of 1,005 people on the introduction of a “carbon permit” setting a maximum annual carbon emission threshold not to be exceeded: “52% of French people are opposed to the implementation of a “carbon permit” per person setting a maximum annual carbon emission threshold not to be exceeded, of which 28% are somewhat opposed and 24% are very opposed. Conversely, 48% are in favour, of which 40% are somewhat favourable and 8% very favourable.”
The “carbon permit” is at the origin of a double political and generational divide:

  • The voters of Jean-Luc Mélenchon (58% in favour) and Emmanuel Macron (57%) are mostly in favour, those of Marine Le Pen opposed (65%).
  • The 18-24 year olds (65% in favour) and to a lesser extent the 25-49 year olds (53%) are mostly in favour, while those aged 50 and over are against it (59%).

To combat this dystopian madness, it would be necessary to understand the genesis of this carbon story as Philippe Herlin notes on Twitter: “Scandalous propaganda for the #PassCarbone. What if journalists did their job and wondered about the reality of anthropogenic global warming? But questioning the causes of global warming are banned on social media and will earn you a ban, just as it did with vaccination.
If controlling people based on health criteria via the vaccination pass was possible, the elites will do it on other criteria. They prepare minds with articles in the form of questions, polls, catastrophic announcements on the climate… And of course we will have to find a scapegoat on whom to hit.
The media in 4-4-2.

i suggest those little poppets that were in favour of a low carbon pass – be given one – and then after a year or two, see if they are happy with their dismal limited miserable, no-holiday-for-you life.

One of the exceptionally rare articles where i salute you before reading the article Missy Rhoda. So happy you too see how the filth turn what is vital to us against us with their lies, that’s is if you’re daft enough to believe them.

Which is unfair to say, i’m an old dear and now know my education was full of lies, we still weren’t anything like as diseducated and dumbed down as future generations have been, espectially post the Covid bull.

So happy you republished this article:

https://expose-news.com/2022/11/09/germ-theory-a-theory-not-proven/

Sure many daft people thought they made The Expose cave, knew i’d read the article here before last year and that The Expose carries on trying to be a bastion of truth and different thinking.

Cant say how important it is to offer some financial support to sites like this, if u don’t just want to watch truth die.

Know old dears like me are are a dying breed and younger people were never even offered the chance of the education i received. Which is why the filth want to murder us old dears, we remember a time where ordinary people had power,

My education was very limited but still enough to discern lies and pure bull, if it helps the filth, it’s lies

Will add to this i’m a total social libertarian/extreme end social justice thinker according to the Political Compass test.

Even Gandhi had nothing on me but think that’s cos he had to cave on things i don’t know if i could, to promote our common good. Think he might have thought i can’t do owt, if i don’t submit to at least some power.

Being an extreme libertarian doesn’t equate permissiveness.

Freedom is essential but one must accept the consequences of our actions, where we hurt others is evil.
Libertarianism means we cant make choices for others and respect/accommodate the choice of others.

Done this text yet again but my fundamental principle of being me only change by tiny increments:

No doubt a few saddoes will steal it to represent them, thing is you can’t replicate it. I’m a true Renaissance type and will always have this sort of result.

Like for most things we humans get on one track and blind ourselves to other tracks. The greenhouse experiments are great. Lets grow more food, etc. BUT to assume there will be a universal benefit is to not look past your nose. Just one example, increasing CO2 in an experiment “irreversibly rev up a cyanobacterium’s ability to fix nitrogen” (Adapting to Elevated CO2, Rina Shaikh-Lesko | The Scientist September 1, 2015). What will this do, cause massive algae blooms? High CO2 levels will acidify the ocean. That has many ramifications. Ocean acidification from high CO2 creates difficulties for molluscs in maintaining their shells. Ocean acidification has many other effects.
For land plants, certainly there is more leafy growth and woody growth (not all as you might expect though, such as more woody than leafy), etc., but what about other plants and/or other aspects of plant physiology? The response of Cassava, an important food plant (1/3 of tropical carbs), was to grown tiny tubers instead of ones as large as yams, AND the leaves became poisonous. (Tiny tubers by Daniel Grushkin, The Scientist, October 1, 2009). This article has some discussion about the hoped-for silver lining of higher CO2. Yes, some plants will use less water but they have less mineral uptake because under high CO2 their stomata partially close, limiting the siphoning effect of transpiration -and they produce less protein.
We need non-adversarial discussion between people with good intentions and open minds. Real on-the-ground biologists are rarely consulted. They can attest to the massive decline in land animals, seabirds, songbirds, amphibians, insects, fish and the migration of species to higher latitudes and altitudes and other phenomenon of (yeek!) warming or other human activity.
Let us not fall into the insanity of the WEF kind of thinking or become extreme in the opposite direction but we need to collectively, cooperatively, take stock of our degrading planet and its healing, our only home.
