The UN has been quietly gestating and building power for decades and, through agreements such as Agenda 2030, has become a sovereign power unto itself.  This shadow global government seeks to regulate every dimension of our lives.

The UN has morphed into a leviathan.  Its various agreements and goals seek to centrally dictate the world’s economy, migration, “reproductive health,” monetary systems, digital IDs, environment, agriculture, wages, climate modifications, one world health, and other related globalist programmes.

This article lists the UN organisations and a few of the partnerships that make up this leviathan.  By doing so, we hope to demonstrate the pervasiveness of the UN’s tentacles and how far its nefarious aim of becoming the One World Government has progressed.

The UN System Overview

There may be as few as 193 or as many as 199 countries in the world. According to the UN, 195 countries have joined the UN, comprising 193 member states and 2 non-member observer states: the Holy See (Vatican City) and Palestine.

The United Nations (“UN”) is part of the UN system, which, in addition to the UN itself, comprises many funds, programmes and specialised agencies, each of which has its own area of work, leadership and budget.

The programmes and funds are financed through voluntary rather than assessed contributions.

The specialised agencies are independent international organisations funded by both voluntary and assessed contributions. The UN coordinates its work with these separate UN system entities, which cooperate with the organisation to help it achieve its goals.

In addition to the UN System, the United Nations Office for Partnerships (“UN Partnerships”) works globally, regionally and in countries – to transform the world through partnerships.  The true extent of UN partnerships is more extensive than indicated below as UN agencies, funds and programmes each develop their own network of partnerships.   

To begin to grasp the scale of the UN’s influence and control globally, you can browse through an independent study commissioned by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs titled ‘A Study of Partnerships and Initiatives Registered on the UN SDG Partnerships Platform’ which was published in 2019.  You can also search the UN’s website for, for example, “strategic partnership.”

One noteworthy strategic partnership is the UN-WEF Partnership signed in June 2019 “to accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.”

In March 2022, UN Secretary-General António Guterres set up the UN High-Level Advisory Panel (“HLAB”) on Effective Multilateralism to advise member states “on those issues of key global concern where governance improvements are most needed.”

“Among the members in the HLAB on Effective Multilateralism were WEF-board member Tharman Shanmugaratnam (newly elected President of Singapore), WEF Young Global Leader Ilona Szabó de Carvalho, Rockefeller Foundation-trustee Donald Kaberuka and Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateral Commission member, Ann-Marie Slaughter,” Jacob Nordangård wrote.

“Their advice is a recipe for a worldwide technocratic management system that, if everything goes according to plan, will be guided by the global public–private partnership that was formalised in June 2019 with the signing of the United Nations and World Economic Forum’s strategic partnership,” he added.

Adding to the reach of the UN system and its partners, are the many conventions, treaties and standards signed over the decades. 

A UN convention is a legally binding agreement between countries and the UN. After a country signs a UN Convention, they have a legal obligation to respect, protect and fulfil the principles written in the Convention. There have been more than 76 conventions adopted by UN General Assembly resolutions.

Every treaty and every international agreement entered into by any UN member is registered with the UN’s Secretariat.  The UN treaty collection holds more than 560 multilateral treaties which cover a broad range of subject matters. These include treaties signed, for example, between two countries as well as treaties between the UN and one or more countries.

The UN system through its declarations, resolutions, reports and treaty bodies establishes standards which provide rules and guidance for governments and also monitors and holds them to account.

UN Specialised Agencies

UN specialised agencies are international organisations that coordinate their work with the UN through negotiated agreements. UN specialised agencies are international organisations working with the UN, in accordance with relationship agreements between each organisation and the UN. Specialised agencies each have a process for admitting members and appointing their administrative head.

The following information comes from the UN System Documentation research guide. There are 17 specialised agencies although reference is sometimes made to 15 specialised agencies because the World Bank Group, which is now treated as one organisation, is composed, in part, of three specialised agencies:

UN Partnerships: Partnering for the SDGs

1. Project Everyone: A not-for-profit communications agency co-founded by SDG Advocate and screenwriter Richard Curtis, in collaboration with artist Es Devlin, to create the SDG Pavilion.
2. COP28, also known as the ‘2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference’: The UN Partnerships team participated at COP28, bringing together internal and external partners, reinforcing existing networks, and developing new partnerships aimed at advancing the aim of “keeping 1.5 alive”.
3. The Conscious Fashion and Lifestyle Network: This is the UN-hosted online platform for industry stakeholders, media, Governments, and the UN system entities.
4. Women Rise for All: Convened by the UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed “Women Rise for All” is an initiative that highlights the leadership of women in a time of multiple crises, while advancing progress towards the SDGs.
5. Sustainable expertise to thrive within the Frankfurt Fashion Week: The Frankfurt Fashion Week took place in June 2022 to bring together sustainability, fashion, lifestyle, and culture to the city of Frankfurt.
6. Lenzing: An Austrian head-quartered international group that produces wood-based viscose fibres, modal fibres, lyocell fibres and filament yarn, which are used in the textile industry.  Lenzing is dedicated to reaching net-zero emissions by 2050.  The company was named a global “sustainability champion” in 2021.
7. Conscious Fashion Campaign: “The fashion industry is a powerful ally for our collective journey towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),” Un Partnership states. “To that end, UN Partnerships collaborates with the Conscious Fashion Campaign by guiding SDG messaging and branding at their high-level events and initiatives.”
8. Nexus Global: A non-profit organisation with over 6000 members from 70 countries, this global network unites young investors, social entrepreneurs and philanthropists.
9. UN Research Roadmap for the Covid-19 Recovery: Developed by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, in collaboration with UN Partnerships, it provides a framework for leveraging the power of science in support of better socioeconomic recovery and a more equitable, resilient and sustainable future.
10. SDG Studio: A collaboration between the UN and the Netherlands described as a “crucial platform for several high-level events for the 2021 UN General Assembly.”
11. Open Brief: A “global call to keep the world safe.”  Launched in March 2020 by the SDG Strategy Hub, the Open Brief to Creatives’ aim was to curb covid-19 by amplifying public health messages through creative efforts. 
12. 2030 Agenda Partnership Accelerator: An initiative aimed at accelerating effective partnerships in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The initiative is a joint effort of the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs and The Partnering Initiative, in collaboration with UN Partnerships, the UN Global Compact and the UN Development Coordination Office. 
13. SustainChain: Launched in 2020 by the US Coalition on Sustainability and Blue Chip Foundation, SustainChain is a platform that leverages systems-based technology to bring together people, projects, solutions and collective intelligence to drive sustainable change in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
14. Promoting the Role of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Achieving the Global Goals: For the last three years, the UN Partnerships has played a key catalytic role as a co-convener of the annual MSME Day Global Summit held at UN Headquarters in collaboration with a range of partners, including the International Council for Small Business, the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, the UN Conference on Trade and Development, the International Trade Centre, the International Labour Organisation and several Member State governments.
15. SDG Data Alliance: The geographic information system software company Esri, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the PVBLIC Foundation launched the SDG Data Alliance to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in July 2021.
16. Girl Up: The UN Foundation’s adolescent girl campaign, supports the empowerment of girls everywhere.
17. Media for Social Impact Summit: The UN Partnerships, in collaboration with the PVBLIC Foundation and the UN Department of Global Communications, has been co-organising the annual Media for Social Impact Summit at UN headquarters since 2014.
18. Nothing But Nets: The UN Foundation’s ‘Nothing But Nets’ is a global grassroots campaign that raises awareness, funds and voices to fight malaria. Through the UN Fund for International Partnerships (UNFIP), the UN Partnerships contributes to ‘Nothing But Nets’ by serving as the interface between the UN Foundation and the UN System.
19. Family Planning 2020: The UN Foundation’s Family Planning 2020 rapid response mechanism provides small grants to fund time-sensitive projects that increase access to contraceptives for women and girls.

12. Edward “Eddie” Ndopu, South African activist and humanitarian. He has also advised organizations such as the World Economic Forum, UN Women and Amnesty International. He is currently setting in motion plans to deliver a televised address to the UN from Space, to inspire greater ambition around the SDGs. This will make him the first physically disabled person to travel into space.
13. Jeffrey Sachs, University Professor and Director of the Centre for Sustainable Development at Columbia University.  He is also the Director of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network and a commissioner of the UN Broadband Commission for Development. He has been an advisor to three UN Secretaries-General.
14. Kailash Satyarthi, an Indian advocate of children’s rights who founded Bachpan Bachao Andolan, an anti-trafficking and anti-slavery movement in India.  He led The Global March Against Child Labour which resulted in the adoption of ILO Convention 182 on the Worst Forms of Child Labour, which in 2020, became the only universally ratified convention in the history of the International Labour Organisation (“ILO”), the only tripartite UN agency.
15. Brad Smith, Microsoft’s Vice Chair and President leads a team of more than 1,900 professionals across 120 nations.
16. Forest Whitaker, American actor, producer and founder of the Whitaker Peace and Development Initiative. He is also Chair and Co-Founder of the International Institute for Peace at Rutgers University.
17. Hamdi Ulukaya, a Turkish billionaire who is the founder and CEO of Chobani, the best-selling strained yoghurt brand in the US, and founder of Tent Partnership for Refugees.  He was appointed as an Eminent Advocate by UNHCR.
