Today, hundreds of masked demonstrators dressed in black and wearing balaclavas have blocked major roads and the Port of Dover, causing severe traffic disruption.
The protest, described by a local official as a “stop the boats” demonstration, involves approximately 300 men who have shut down the A20 and surrounding routes, preventing access to the ferry terminal.
Reports suggest the demonstrators may be affiliated with Patriot Platform, a group launched by Danny Thomas, though this has not been officially confirmed by authorities.
